1 pointIt's funny, Old World Blues has a perk that lets you cap your level and xp (starting at level 30), but like Synch, most of us will have our skills maxed out at 40. I haven't hit level 40 yet because I can't stop making new couriers, but I'm sticking with my current one (mercenary/caravan guard/cowboy hat and throwing hatchet-sporting badass) until the bitter end, so I'll be there in a day or two. I'm somewhere between 25 and 30 right now.

-1 pointsI'm a little disappointed that New Vegas won't have any post ending gameplay...that's what I liked about fallout 3 and its expansions, I didn't have to start ALL the way over if I missed something. And wish they'd bring back the perk at every level...been playing fallout 3 a lot lately and its so nice to get a perk every level.

-1 pointsHad a few piles of bricks and barriers sporn after I hit them. Pretty sure I've had music playing in a patrol car and civilian cars with a siren instead of horn but I could be mistaken.
