you're right, There is no texture difference. The only changes are lighting/reflection/refraction and post production filters. Which can be GPU hungry, but it's worth it! Also the Time cycle has been overhauled i think. They coded their own skylights and light effects for different times of the day and weather cycles. It's not even a hard mod to install. You just drag - drop the files into the GTAIV route folder, and modify the config according to your setup, and you're ready to go. Installing GTAIV and getting the v1.0.4.0 patch to work properly is a different matter! I had to pinch my arm because it looks better than reality! If I had IV for pc, how would I acquire this mod? What hardware would I need in order to run this as smoothly as possible? The game is some years old now, I don't know if I would need a high end pc or just a "better than average" gaming pc. What are your pc specs and how does it run the game?

You wasted a lot of time and thought on something that took no time or thought to come up with. We're referring to it as "GTA V" because we don't know the actual title, yet. Yeah, no shit, it says "fake" in the title. They're also in the "Fan Art/Fakes" section of the image gallery.

you should be able to buy mansions/lands/stores/airplanes/bars/ guns stores/casinos/and car shops and be a boss and hire people to work for you as well or even fire them if they not doing what they suppose to do and you can also make millions of dallars i think that sounds like a brilliant idea to do for a chang they never had that in none of the gta's i know someone got to agree with me on that and you can do drug trafficking at the same time and you can kill other bosses and take over their businesses as well.

How powerful do you think current gen consoles are bud? We're not at that point in time yet where you can walk the whole planet just by pushing on the left analog stick. Also, Hawaii is small? It's well big enough to be scaled down (like NYC/GTAIV) to make a great location setting. If you're so concerned that R* don't know what thy're doing then email them your ideas at [email protected] (yes that's a real email address) if they think you're idea is a good one and should be in their next GTA they'll do it.

I've corrected a few bits of your post and sig, still not perfect but it's better than it was. Hope you don't mind. As regards to Hawaii it was just an idea (not actually mine to begin with) which went down with members a lot better than your monstrocity of a brainwave.

i think hawaii wouldn't be a good place for gta5 because hawaii is small they should just come to agreement that they should have all citys from the united states and also other countrys like russia/canada/and italy even though they probably won't have that on there but they should still come agreement about that.
