So with the assumption of dogs and multiple rumors that circulated, would you like to see more realistic cops? This includes K-9, battering rams, and being more intelligent over all Sure K-9 would be cool but I don't want a too realistic police AI, and although the cops in GTA 4 were retarded as hell, it was good enough for me

You don't replicate a city in meticulous detail and then add random shit that doesn't fit in. Something Row.

would be pretty funny if the cops chased you if you were seen pickin up a prostitute lol, but yeah i think more realistic the better

all you'd have to do is get in a car, drive off fast as fuck lol plus you have to learn that fucking with the cops comes with consequences Also something I noticed in the trailer, when the black guy is running away, theres 3 cops chasing after him along with a chopper, and theres no gun in sight! Could mean it's going to be more realistic

K9's, tasers, riot gear, tyre punctures, truncheons/knight sticks, CS gas They should actually try and engage in some sort of combat, it would be brilliant if when they are in groups they try to hold you down while they arrest, it would be like an episode of cops xD

Depends where the force is used. I mean, I don't want to get shot to death for resisting arrest.

I understand the Nuclear test site area bs, but I just dont understand how anyone can bitch about a military base. If you want Tanks, Hydras, Patriots, and other Military basesd vehicles, guns, an aircraft, Wouldn't you expect a military base to have em all.

Im with PedestrianRiotz. Whats so terrible about putting a military base that doesn't show up on the map, somewhere in the middle of the desert. Some how nobody has a problem with making their character jump 50 ft. in the air by calling a # on their phone, but God forbid they add a really cool military base. Besides, if theres no military base, then where did the Hydra in the trailer come from?..

You don't replicate a city in meticulous detail and then add random shit that doesn't fit in. Oh shit you're right! Of course, because the statue of liberty does have a soda in its hand and working heart on the inside. Well son of a gun I feel just a lil silly now. Its a fucking video game. Don't take it so seriously, they could add it in if they wanted it could easily be a secret base hidden somewhere on the huge map. Whether it is underground or whatever. You do not work for Rockstar Games so don't go thinking you can go crossing stuff out. I don't remember New York been set out as 4 separate islands that was separated from the rest of the country.

As everyone else seems to be planning on doing, play the initial missions then go looking for cool spots, collectables, Easter eggs. *cough*find a hooker*cough*

Faster cars need more torque and stiffer suspension. If you floor an Infernus at a set of lights, it should wheelspin uncontrollably. Through a corner it should stay flat but be disturbed by small bumps in the road. I'd also like it if they got rid of the constant redlining when you floor it. I could understand if it's while you're drifting but in a straight line the main character should be able to change gear properly. Then again, it is America and we know what they're like with manual cars

Dan Houser: "virtually none of the characters from the previous games returned, as a lot of them are dead anyway." virtually (adv) - 1: almost entirely - 2: for all practical purposes They aren't coming back. Just looking at IV shows you that in this universe of GTA games they never existed. You don't need Rockstar to tell you that, you only need to look at the game itself. And for that matter in the universe where they did most of them are dead. Besides, like Ast said, their stories are over. They were epic and exciting, but we've reached the end of their narrative, and to try and messily add on to it now would only serve to degrade it.
