The New York City Department of Records just digitized over 870,000 never-before-seen photos and put them online. There are many black & white pics from the 1930s showing the cityscape and even some crime scene photos. The vast majority of the pics are color from the 1980s when the city photographed every single building. The gallery is through here but it's currently down from everyone wanting to see. They don't look older or younger, although he looks more low res in the exterminator outfit. Perhaps the "older version" as you are calling him is from a more recent build of the game, developers do change or alter things throughout the course of production. Ron Paul is America's last hope. Simple as that, if they pass up the opportunity to elect him as their next president they'll never get another chance at true democracy. It's funny when people outside of America realize and understand how the American gov't works when yet the own citizens of the US don't even have a fucking clue. Hardest mission in the whole GTA universe, EVER: Supply Lines. It's the one where you have to fly around in Zero's RC plane shooting moving vans and bikes (destroying them fully along with their drivers), while on a fuel limit. Thank god it's not needed to progress, or I would still be stuck in San Fierro. Easiest: Any of the first missions in each game, probably.
