I was just thinking. If the game is set only in Los Santos, which is pretty much confirmed now. Will it be bigger than San Andreas in terms of actual map size? I realize San Andreas covered three cities and surrounding countryside, but everything was shrunk down and the cities were far smaller than any real city. GTA V clearly looks much richer in detail and bigger looking from what we have seen of it so far. But will it actually be bigger than San Andreas, or ever Red Dead?, since Rockstar have mentioned it is the largest and most ambitious game yet in their latest statement. Might as well start discussing it, but don't moan that the game is going to suck because it's not going to be San Andreas, that's not the point of this thread. Personally I hope it is bigger. Most have dwindled pretty much, as such it wouldn't be a focal point in the new game if its set anytime recent. AGREED!! I hope they make another GTA set in the 90's. The only way you'd get a good gangster if you go down the Max Payne 3 road and set GTA in somewhere dangerous like Brazil, or Mexico, etc. Well you see, Los Angeles (South Central, Compton, Crenshaw) ARE dangerous. And no way Brazil will be in a GTA game, at least in the near future, because of MP3. I doubt there will be a GTA set out of USA any time soon, there will probably be a revisit to VC before that happens, but who knows.

I don't think it's necessarily fake, but I don't believe it's directly related to GTA V. And yes, GTA5videos is a shitastic channel.

I've decided not to tell you because I can't bear to listen to you and other noobs go on about it all over again.

The DLC has already been confirmed, there will be three separate episodes: one that takes you back to Los Santos in 1947, where you play as a detective called "Cool Felps" and have to solve various crimes around the city. One will be set in 1911 and will involve horses in some way, it will be wild west themed and you will play as "Jim Marsden". The last will be set in Brazil and will be entirely in slow motion and the protag is called "Mack Spane".

rockstar has been known to pretty much say "fuck you" to the media types, they dont care what the critics think because they arnt making the game for them, there making the games for all of us die-hard fans and they know exactly what we want so dont worry too much about water-downed violence bro
