If you never played it on XBOX, with component cables, what are you waiting for? It looks fantastic for such and an old game. V won't be out for ages anyway.

I'm kind of hoping the negative comments directed at Rockstar die down before the next bit of info is released because some of them are going to think it was their moaning which 'forced' Rockstar to release it.

If GTA can't outsell cookie-cutter bullshit like CoD, then the video game industry is fucked.

The way i look at it...... The longer they work on the game the more epic it will be. I dont care if we get no more info besides the release date.

I'll always remember the day me and my mates all went to buy SA. I don't know if we were at college... or supposed to be at college, but we all went down Lakeside (the local shitehole around here) and bought it from a GAME shop (we were only 17 but whatever, we didn't get questioned) and got the bus home. I got indoors, rushed upstairs, shut my bedroom door and that was it. I think the first think I did was look at the map, i'd already seen it on the official site but to have it there in my hands, to get a sense of the scale. I remember I spent a few hours in game fucking around on a BMX exploring the map and finding weapons, not knowing the full extent of what lay ahead of me. I was so enamoured with the countryside I think I forgot there was more of the map to unlock. Good times.

Would not surprise me if most of these people complaining and calling for a boycot are 12 year olds.I do notice that pile of non happy people is growing though,but i'm pretty sure Rockstar will release something soon

The thing about mods is that if you don't want real cars in the game, that's fine...but if you do then you can install a mod to add them. If other people do that it doesn't hurt you at all. After all the trailer confirmed that they're keeping the fake car brands from IV in V.

Nor should they be after GTA4. Keep following the formula R*, I dare ya... Really hoping V will be make GTA fun again. What was your problem with IV? It was the best GTA in my opinion. Okay yes the map wasnt as big and you cant fly planes, etc BUT the overall gameplay mechanics were SOOO much better! Driving mechanics, Shooting mechanics, Physics, And Graphics. Also it had the best Story out of all the GTA's so far and had the best character development. If you didnt like IV sorry kid you aint gonna like V cuz all GTA's are gonna be realistic, Story driven games now.

I'm reading some H.P. Lovecraft at the moment. Picked up the Nerconomicon to go with it, but every time I open the damn thing, I feel like a complete tool.

You're lucky then, in my first play through of Skyrim the civil war questline completely messed up my main storyline, had to us the console to fix it. Same with the thieves guild final quest. And unfortunately for my friend, everytime he goes under water his game crashes. Unfortunately he plays on PS3... I have a PS3 with Skyrim, and have experienced similar problems, freezes and shit. Same thing happens on other games, PS3 just sucks ass.
