3 pointsElizabeta was jailed for life in IV so she couldn't really appear in it. I predict Jonny or Luis won't be in, but it would be funny if Luis was in it during a bank heist and repeating his initial appearance from GTA IV, lying on the floor as a hostage.

2 pointsPut this together in SketchUp. Lots of guesswork in parts obviously but I tried to match all the pictures. Added a link to the file: you'll need sketchup to look at it. http://www.smallfiles.org/download/3686/loss0.skp.html

1 pointI created this topic because it is a staple of Grand Theft Auto websites. What kind of things are you all looking for in GTA5? I'd like Rockstar to pick a new location maybe oversees for the next Grand Theft Auto. I'd also like to see them focus less on realism than they did for GTA4, (more like GTA-Sanandreas) but not as outlandish as Saint's Row.

1 pointThis is the gang topic. The original OP has been put in spoiler tags below in order to preserve conversation in the early posts, but the topic is about gangs in general, not one specific gang. - Massacre

1 pointactually the realism in GTA 4 was pretty awesome IMO, the thing that made it boring was the lack of things to actually do after you beat the game.

1 pointA smarter traffic system. As in cars that don't turn too slowly or drive at 200 mphs like in 'San Andreas' and ones that don't cut in front of you or crash into parked cars while turning like in 'GTA IV'. Also pedestrians that don't cross and block off traffic. I know this is just a minor detail that wouldn't really affect the missions, but it was just annoying in 'GTA IV' whenever I got bored and wanted to drive correctly. lolz Also different weather systems like maybe snow at the tops of the mountains in the games or stronger winds that caused damage. Also in 'San Andreas' I found it cool that the plans would have trouble flying during storms.

1 pointGTFO! If they have one Drake or Lil Shit song on the modern hip hop station Rockstar loses some respect...... There are plenty of other good modern Rap and HipHop songs that don't involve those clowns. Why not just put Soulja Boy on it too while your at it.......

1 pointSmarter AI would make gang shootouts more exciting, I know gangs probably don't use tactics but flanking and moving from cover to cover is a must.
-
1 pointthe reason why i mentioned elizabeta and gerald mccreary is there's a possibility of them breaking out of prison during TLAD... if that happened, they wouldn't wanna stick around liberty city...

1 pointYea, franklin is deffinatly not Ice Cube. but ive just been watching the trailer over and over again to find anything people have missed. i cant say ive found awhole lot, but there are some things people dont even think to look at in these trailers, or they dont think it is important, and that is normaly the stuff that i notice haha.

1 pointi foresee brucie and his brother making a cameo... the west coast seems more their thing... and yusuf because he's got a billion dolllars and could afford to take a trip to san andreas on the weekends... on the move/kinect... i agree with houser, there's no point for it in GTA... i don't want to yell commands at my TV, or have to get up because there's a dance dance revolution minigame starting... fuck that, i want to sit on the couch and blow shit up... i thought it was a great interview... sure it didn't reveal a lot, but none of the articles have since the game informer one... but what he touched on went into greater detail than any other interview or article... plus he talked about the future of the franchise and the reasonings for what they're doing in 5... i always like reading a dan houser interview, he's pretty candid...

1 pointEverything I thought I understood about the map has been turned on its head. In this shot you can see the desert prison, the dish array, the desert airstrip(kinda), the desert freeway, and a few of the contours visible from the cardiving scene. Sorry if this is all old news. I think this means LS is spread over the south of the map and everything else is north of there.
-
1 point"Why aren’t Kinect and PlayStation Move in GTA V?" Dan Houser: (what he really wants to say):...Because we're not f***ing idiots...
-
1 pointLooking at the desert again: Pretty sure this is the same old gas station: The flags are even in the right spot.
-
1 pointI think they learnt from the Iv delay. And from what it sounds like in the articles, Dan pretty much mentions they're testing small things out atm, which is bells and whistles, meaning the main story is more than likely finished. I want to see that dual layered blu-ray disc jammed to the brims with data!
-
1 pointRockstar doesn't need us to tell them how or when to market their games or announce release dates. They're pretty good at what they do. Delays are frustrating, but they're part of the business, and I'm not aware of anyone who decided to never again by a Rockstar game because of something like that.

1 pointthe game is being developed in Edinburgh, Scotland. Hurricane Sandy should'nt affect the production of the game lol

1 pointThe protag isn't always a noble, do-gooding hero, which is what we were getting at. Enemy is not synonymous with being evil.

1 pointYou don't replicate a city in meticulous detail and then add random shit that doesn't fit in. Oh shit you're right! Of course, because the statue of liberty does have a soda in its hand and working heart on the inside. Well son of a gun I feel just a lil silly now. Its a fucking video game. Don't take it so seriously, they could add it in if they wanted it could easily be a secret base hidden somewhere on the huge map. Whether it is underground or whatever. You do not work for Rockstar Games so don't go thinking you can go crossing stuff out. I don't remember New York been set out as 4 separate islands that was separated from the rest of the country.

1 pointI spoke to Sam Houser and he said it's going to be set in Munich and the story covers three decades, following a father then later a son as they try to expand their small grandfather clock making business.
-
1 pointYeah that's what I'm after. I don't mind if it's set in the US again, but I'd like more rural areas. A San Andreas based game on PS3/360 hardware would be ideal for me. I also want all of the features that GTA4 missed out on. Just stupid stuff like being able to hook up a trailer to trucks and drive around killing people when it jacknifes. Planes, helicopters, bicycles, jetski's, tanks... Destructible environments. Way more side missions and random stuff, a bit like the random people who come up to you on Red Dead Redemption. I could go on...
