He also explains how the switching feature works there is an indicator for each and every protagonist on the zoomed out map which you can select and switch (not scripted) He confirms that the mission that was showed during the press showing is 100% gameplay even parts that normally would be a cutscene. that's about the only newish info. we already knew most of that. just interesting about the cut scene notes.

Although I agree most of the music that gets put out today is pretty bad (I blame the internet), I think it's pretty safe to say Rockstar will come through with some pretty good stuff. I don't know who on their staff selects music, but whoever they are, they have good taste. Plus, it's also fair to say Rockstar will have almost as many throwback stations as mainstream. I feel good about the potential current Hip Hop station -- Al has always been a dope producer; I heard last month that Snoop did something; Game already let it be known he worked on it; more recently, my homie in the Bay (although he lies sometimes) told me E-40 liscened a track off. GTA always stays local with its Hip Hop stations, so I expect some Kendrick Lamar, Odd Future, Pac Div, Ab-Soul, Nipsey Hussle, Dom Kennedy. There's some good music in all of those cats. And, there will be a dubstep station -- or at least dubstep being played on an electronic music station. It's fucked up for some, but that's what's hot right now. So it is what it is. Oh i didn't realize you worked for Rockstar and knew those were in the game just because they used them for the trailer. FYI jackass, i never said their wouldn't be older music, i just said they are trying to go modern, and that most modern music sucks. Name one instance when a piece of music in a Rockstar trailer wasn't in the game itself? With regards to Radar Love, several previews sited it as being in the game, as they heard it during the demo. Also, every GTA game set in (or near) modern times has modern music in it. Most of it's not bad, but if you hear something you don't like, you have the ability to change to another station.

I've seen 2 people say something like 'How many people get away from the police in real life? If they were too realistic it would be too hard'. I have to say that in real life you don't have 8 weapons including a machine gun and RPG , the ability to take cover and use 3rd person to see over the cover or the ability to throw anyone in the world out of their car and take it. Or the weapon accuracy of a video game This is GTA. In real life you get shot you're all like 'AHHH I've been shot!' but in GTA you need to get shot like 10 times to die plus your health regenerates and if you can get shot in the leg 9 times you can still walk and run effortlessly and flawlessly. Also you may be scared in real life facing the threat of death or being shot and left to bleed but in GTA it's just losing a life followed by respawning (and it's not like you even have limited lives).

In GTA IV when someone attacks you in front of the police he will (maybe) be arrested. I would like selfdefend me without getting a wanted level. I once followed an arrested ped in GTA IV. When the police finnaly arrested the man they put him/her in their car, but when the police stops their car the arested man would get out and run away. (This happened 20 times in one arrestation, then i killed them all because it was getting anoying)

speaking of grinding up people. i want to see the combine harvester make a return, since there is a countryside. i miss running over people with it and having a red cloud with body chunks spitting out of the back of it. It would look great with the new HD Graphics.

i want the camera to return. photos you take get linked to your social club/facebook. whatever. and your able to view them on the computer etc. lol

I agree they should bring back the military when you reach a 6 star wanted level. M1 tanks, Hummers, and transport trucks for ground pursuit. Jets, blackhawks, apache gunships, and and that little 2seat heli with the guns and rockets thats in TBOGT( name escapes me) for air assault. But i think there should be some sort of limit on police presence when you reach 5 or 6 stars. One thing that sucked in the previous games was how the police had an endless supply of men, and heilcopters. You could sit there in a corner for an hour and shoot down the same heilcopters and blow up the same cop cars, it got too damn boring. At some point they should eventually run out. They should be limited to 10 helicopters, regular mavericks, once you eliminate them, you see the noose black hawks. Once you destroy those, then the Army comes. At the same time, there should be a reward/trophy if you survive for a certain length of time into the 6* wanted level or something. Make it really difficult to achieve, but if you reach it, they all retreat, and youre now crowned Kingpin for a 24hr period where there is no law enforcement anywhere. And criminals are all over the streets robbing people and burning things, pedestrians are all in panic mode, the city looks like a wasteland with cars everywhere on fire or destroyed.(similar actions like the riots in SA)plus all stations are broadcasting the crisis. A little bit of the Dark Knight Rises with people being thrown on to the streets, furnature and clothes everywhere. Plus its every man for himself, so you have to watch your back as people start to bum rush you for money and weapons. Bullets whisping by your head. If you have a working vehicle, you are now the target of all the criminals, streets are blocked off, crazy guys with flamethrowers and mini guns are now lighting you up. In fact now its even worse than the army cause you have no idea what to expect. As you rush down an ally, car bombs are going off, people with chainsaws are running infront of you. Other criminals are ontop of your car smashing in the window or hanging from the bumper as you speed away.(similar to the code in SA where all citizens come to kill you) Only you see other people under attack. If you help them then you earn other achievements.(help a bus full of people get to the docks to escape, or pick up random strangers and take them to their homes amidst the violence) The radio would tip you off as to who to save and where. Like for instance it announces that the mayor was going to stick it out in city hall but he is now in trouble and is calling for any citizen to help rescue him. These missions are entirely optional, if you wanted to just barracade yourself in a safe house for 24hrs and wait it out then you can. But all this rioting would give you a chance to hit up a bank for a ton of cash, only you have competition, On your way there you see some guy already running out of the bank with money bags and other criminals are now shooting at him and trying to take the cash. This would also open up the home invasion missions they had in SA. You can either break into a home and start taking stuff out to your box truck or just cruise the streets and watch for other people doing it, shoot them and steal their truck instead, then take it to a storage facility before the same thing happens to you. Pickup trucks in pursuit with guys standing in the beds with a mounted M-60 firing at you, or lobbing molotov cocktails at you. And if youre lucky to make it to rooftops, you have snipers trying to pick you off. You would get the impression that you just roamed into a freemode full of people that all decided to target you. If you found an undamaged plane or heli and decide to take to the skies then shoulder fired rockets would race from the ground below tracking your heat signature and shoot you down forcing you to bail out and parachute to a safe location all while gunshots and explosions are heard and seen everywhere. And now youre seen by any criminal within site as they spot you parachute floating down. And if you survive the 24 hr period of caos, you see the police roll in with their APCs and riot gear, with shields and nightsticks to seize control once again. If they dont witness you comitting any crime as they come through, then youre off the hook and everything turns back to normal as they pass through. However if you are caught in the middle of a theft, its automatic 4* and it starts all over again. of course if you die at all before everything turns to normal, then you lose any achievements you earned during the caos.

I like the Creedence Clearwater Revival version ( and I like a lot of their other songs as well ). But 'I Heard It Through The Grapevine' is much more of a 'Soul Song' to me than a 'Rock Song'. Especially the way Marvin Gaye sings it. The way I see it is that Soul comes from the heart, and that the Real Soul Artists, take all the pain and sorrow they've felt throughout their lives and use it as their muse when they sing. And that song really makes me feel something when I hear Marvin Gaye's version, much more than CCR's version, their version doesn't end up having the same impact for me. But if you feel the opposite, that's O.K.

Make it so some of your enemies can do that gay ass free-running shit. Then your character can follow them in a car, get out ahead of them and casually walk up to them as they come off a building and shoot them in the spine. Let's see how much running they do after that
