That has nothing to do with the release date.

Using common sense to determine whether or not a certain topic exists isn't a victory, it's just not being a dumbass.. Carry on.

Because it's a valid and original topic. And who's "we"? Are you implying some kind of revolution, fanman?

That's justification for suicide right there. Where exactly in Butt-fuck nowhere are you?

I did the same, but the other way around. I felt awful for a long, long time.

They used Vietnam briefly in the first Black Ops, but didn't do it justice at all. If a new take on Vietnam were to be done, I would be leery of Activision/Treyarch's ability to do it well. I'd leave it up to EA and/or Dice. A reboot of Battlefield: Vietnam, perhaps.

I agree. mp3's hit detection and gun mechanics were pretty much perfect. It just feels right. Gta 4's on the other hand is trash, but taking into account that the game is like 5 years old I realize it was pretty damn good for its time.

Totally agree. Cheats take away from any feeling of progression and accomplishment. Earning money by doing various missions, activities, gambling or by robbing is better than just entering a cheat. Progressing through the Main Story missions or completing a certain number of challenges/ activities to unlock weapons/ upgrades/ cars/ safehouses is better then entering a cheat. Looking for collectibles and getting spawned weapons that way, or completing vigilante/ ambulance/ firefighting missions and getting bonuses boosting health/ armour and the ability to become fireproof is better then just entering a cheat to become invincible/ or replace your health and armour automatically. Cheats are better for going on killing sprees, and for generally creating as much mayhem as you can, seeing how long you can last against the cops ( although if there is an invincible cheat you could last forever/ unless they have a glitch like in GTA SA where police helicopter rounds are able to penetrate you ). I don't save after accessing cheats, and usually won't fuck around with them until most of the game is completed. And I definitely never use them for story missions.

Not gonna lie, this is what I hate about Canada. There's no attempt for other cultures to assimilate. It's just "Set up shop here, never move, and stay segregated." Most of them don't even bother to learn English. Multiculturalism is a fucking joke. Harsh. It all depends on attitude, there are plenty of cities that celebrate other cultures, traditions and languages for all to enjoy. It's way better than our very own paranoid Quebec, whose PQ language law police is currently forcing people to stop teaching English, exclude the anglophone minority from a newsletter, and take English off menus because they're so worried about "losing" their Frenchness. In the exceptional cases like the Shafia family, yes, there obviously needs to be some better communication about what's acceptable behaviour here vs. back in the old country. Speaking as a first-generation Canadian, I would disagree. It's unfair to make such broad generalizations, change doesn't happen as soon as you step off the plane. The 'stay segregated' mentality applies a lot more to people who recently moved here, and I can see where they are coming from; if I moved to a country where there was a huge culture shock and nothing was familiar, I'd want to huddle among my kind to feel some sense of home and community. Like when I was on tour with a show in South Korea, holy fuck, kimchee for breakfast? I don't think so. But once their children start going to school and meeting other kids and bringing that Canadian-ness home, learning English and/or French without their parents' accents, then growing up and starting their own families, the integration begins. When I was a teen many years ago, my mom once screamed at me that she didn't understand why I hadn't taken on any of her values or something stupid. I think that's when she finally realized that she was raising Canadian kids, not nice submissive religious Greek girls. If that she had wanted Greek kids, she should have stayed in Greece (or at least taught us to speak her language). That's why I say my mom is Greek, my dad is Arabic...I'm not either, I am Canadian. ...And a pothead. I want to smoke weed from that Arabic bong.
