I think I speak for everyone here - Niko had an extremely low choice in customization. All there was was three stores of dull clothing. I would like to see the customization of San Andreas back, but more detailed. Clothing: Many different varieties of clothing, such as 80s, 90s, gangster, classy, poor, rich, average, gym, swim etc... Obviously not a store for each, but definitely more than in IV, maybe with customizable colors? Weight: I would like to see this return, and be able to be fat and slow and unable to jump if you eat too much, maybe with some extra clothing options once you reach a certain level of obesity. Muscle: Ability to work out hard and achieve results, but not as easily as in San Andreas where you literally had to press some buttons repeatedly to get fully ripped. And muscle to power ratio. Tattoos: More customizable than in San Andreas, like choosing "arm" for example and moving it exactly to where you want it on the arm, with multiple tattoos allowed on each body part, along with different colored inks available. Hair: Different hairstyles, and color options for each individual hairstyle. I would also love to see customizable beards. Maybe some form of hair growth, at least in facial hair, but not too much as to turn the game into the Sims. That's just a short list of customization that I'm looking for, IDK about you guys. This is not about vehicle customization, so don't bring that up and say I missed it. What else is there? Can you add upon anything?

the demo restored a little faith in series but i still am not on board with this being a completely new game... why not call it, "Saints Row: The Zen Invasion"... putting the IV indicates a change or shift in the series... but it looks like saints row 3 with some new aesthetics and powers... meh... i'd rather play saints row 3 from the look of this...

OG Loc never died. It's possible that he died in the past 20 years of time that has elapsed since SA. But then again, SA is in a completely different universe, so any mention of OG Loc will most likely just be an easter egg, like a CD (like in IV)

I've seen a lot of EULAs that state that the agreement is in effect once the user uses the software. Either way, they're putting in anti-cheat tech and that makes me happy.

Oh god no. C'mon. I know people are into hardcore rap, death metal and all that on this forum, but there is always so much hate for pop music. I'll never understand it. It may not be your cup of tea, but it doesn't mean its not someone else's. I welcome all kinds of music. I didn't think I liked death metal until The Lost and Damned, now the stuff has grown on me. I don't listen to it regularly, but I've learned to appreciate it as a genre.

I think there are two variants: A DHS SUV and a Sheriff's SUV. Since Trevor is climbing a prominent point of interest popular among tourists, I think the green-and-white variant is a DHS model.

He's saying it's more likely that the police cars from the more recent screenshots have replaced the one from the old screens than it is that there are two different models of police cars.

Here we go:

I always thought Grove Street Families were more like Bloods, and the Ballas were like the Crips. Since the ratio of Bloods to Crips is like 1:5, and the Ballas definitely outnumbered Grove Street 5 to 1 at the beginning of GTA San Andreas. Plus the Ballas gang colour purple is closer to Blue ( IE Crips ) then Grove Street's Green is. They're based loosely off both Bloods and Crips. As for the colors, Ballas wear purple which is closer to blue, but their name starts with "B" and Grove St puts BK. Green is worn by Pirus and Crips (more Crips wear green than purple in compton/gardena/watts..), CJ will say "Cuz" every once in a while (even though he means it as "family" or "relative"). Grove St has a OG Loc (Crip name) and Temple Drive can be based off Atlantic Drive Compton Crips. They have Ryder who is based off Eazy E (from Kelly Parc CC who wears Blue and Green).

I agree with Marcus, Looks like Trevor's probably over-watching Michael/Franklin, in the red car, who's being pursued. One thing i noticed from this image. Just look at how huge the mountains look in perspective to the cars and road. I don't think we've seen much of scale-perspective like this so far. It really does show us how dominant the landscape is compared to the flatlands of Liberty City. Look at how small we will feel stood at the base of that mountain to the right... I love it! This screenshot reminds me of the bottom left corner of the GTA:SA map.

That would confirm Fitty's observation of an oil rig off of the LS coast. Regarding the GI quote he posted, it seems odd that Trevor would gasp in fear as the shark came close. Seems like Trevor would be the type to punch it in the face and force it to perform fellatio on him. Ah, well. Good to hear that the characters will react to their environment.

Yeah I didn't have photoshop available. Here's an MS Paint image to coincide with the previous:

The way GI worded it "The camera switched to Trever's first person point of view behind the wheel of the tow truck." then without saying the camera goes somewhere else they say "The play tester hits the gas bla bla bla..." implying that the play tester was in full control of the truck while in first person mode. And, to be honest, why would they create interiors that are detailed enough to be featured in cutscenes, but not give a cockpit view?

A few things... These appear to be the same large mountain in the backgrounds (right in first pic, left in second pic): My original thought was to link that second pic with the lighthouse to this new pic with the airplane: Hard to see, but there are two distinct peaks above the airplane. The lower/darker one to the left may be the right-hand peak of the lighthouse pic. On top of that, the taller peak in the airplane pic could be the farthest (red) peak in this pic from the other topic: In the pic with Trevor you can see a possible farm. There's also the farm in the new pic of the airplane. Assuming the first pic is the northern/eastern edge of lake, that puts the lighthouse on the east coast of the map along with the rural farms in the northeast corner. That would likely include the farm from the Grapeseed viewfinder image which was discussed somewhere in this topic already.

Anyone think it would be cool if you could kind of create your own mini heist anytime you want? Like if you want you're free to walk into a bank whenever and try to rob the place, but of course it will be much more difficult to be successful on your own as with a group.

I don't know aboot you, but I have aboot 80 gigs of music on my sexbox. btw it's also available on the original xbox version of SA, and the downloadable Live version. BUT in the Live version, it's present but not usable.
