2 pointsYeah I liked watching cab drivers die from me ramming them head on, I wouldn't mind if I took some damage too. And as for scraping cop cars I don't mind getting a star for it, but I loved in SA when an npc did it and got the same punishment. In IV the jackasses did it all the time and never got the heat. Seeing mini crime movies play out on someone other than myself is always fun.

1 pointI do not think they lied about purchasable property, I think they announced that they would not include it to see how people responded. They got a negative response so they changed their minds. Yeah, I believe that was pretty early on. A lot would've changed since then, and this was a good thing, probably stemming from the responses. Is that what caused the delay??? Nah, Rockstar plans to delay their games. They can't release a game without delaying it, it's just how they work.

Has made me think of something, if you're playing as Michael and you're driving around Trevor's home area, would you see Trevor going about his usual daily routine? Lol I hope so, that would be pretty sweet. Keep an eye out for burnt out trucks I guess. Or just follow the speeding SWAT trucks?

1 pointI'd rather the police response is proportional to what I'm doing, if I shove a granny over the cop will shout and possibly shove me, what happens next is dependent on how I respond (do nothing and get a ticket, shove him and get arrested), or if I wander up to a group of pensioners and start hacking at them with a samurai sword the cop will draw down and start shooting at me like I'm one of any number of minorities

1 pointSpeeding is just going too far... Sure it's fun the first few times, but after a while it would get really annoying.
-
1 pointIf they make achievements specifically and only for people who pre-order I'm going to be pretty annoyed. I like achievement hunting, and it would annoy me if I couldn't get one achievement simply because I didn't preorder. Also, I hate multiplayer achievements because they are it is extremely unpredictable whether you will get them or not.

1 pointI do not even understand why they would drop from 6 to 5 stars. it seems completely random. They must have something up their sleeves. maybe the military operates outside the wanted system? they only go after you under cretin circumstances, like when you steal a jet.
-
1 pointI don't get why everyone is so excited by the stupid Blimp. It's top speed is probably only going to be about 5 m/h. So it's going to end up being very slow and sluggish. And if you decide to start dropping grenades on peds below, or maybe start sniping them. And you eventually get enough Stars for Law Enforcement too start sending choppers, you're screwed. Because unless the Blimp is armour plated, it's not going to take much to be destroyed. Or have enough speed too get away from the Cops. This also makes me think about another aerial vehicle. The 'Fighter Jet'. If there is no Military at 5 Stars, how are the police and other law enforcement going stop you if you're in a Fighter Jet? The best Aerial Vehicle that they will have will be unarmed helicopters...

1 pointThey're just trying to be entertaining. And it doesn't hurt that they're hyping up what's going to be a great game. I have found some of their vids to be entertaining anyway...
-
1 pointHow realistic should GTAV be?? After killing a few cops and getting a few stars, I want a S.W.A.T. team to kick down my door and pull me off of my Xbox, but not before tazering me and letting their police dog rip my arm off.
-
1 pointyou're exactly right on the PS3 developer issues... it was the biggest problem for PS3 this gen, which is now all figured out by most developers... xbox was built like a PC,and guess what?? sony learned their lesson and now all you hear from developers is how it's so simple to design for the PS4, like a PC... my main point was, xbox had the upper hand last gen despite how much we all adore the PS3... xbox did right last gen, but this gen they're not off on a good foot yet... E3 is still looming and this console debate is far from over... i'm just trying to add to the other side since this forum topic sounds like 13 pages of sony love despite the title... i'm a debater, so i am trying to add to the other side of the coin...

1 pointit's the rug man... it really ties the room together... so i watched heat and every single preview of GTA V a couple weeks ago spoke of an armored van robbery demo... with the trio wearing masks and planning out the hit... and holy crap, heat was the same way... there's a ton of GTA influence from this film, and not just for GTA V, but for the entire series... it was a great film and i saw all three GTA V characters in the story... deniro plays michael, and val kilmer plays franklin... trevor, well, he had a minor role in heat, he was played by kevin gage... he looked like the dude from kane & lynch yet he reminded me so much of trevor... great movie though, i'll probably watch it again before GTA V drops...

1 pointI think the weapon wheel and the D pad systems are good in their own ways. each can be greatly improved upon from other R* games, but they could also learn a few things from other games as well. If they bring back the weapon wheel from RDR, they could use a system like Army of Two-40th day weapon wheel, were the suppressor- scope option was just a button away, The place where the custom guns section is could be replaced with a specials area, or ammunition types. the weapon wheel makes the most sense to me, but I also want to keep the trademark gun up in the top right hand corner, just to give that authentic GTA feeling.

1 pointMost recently, I watched The Big Lebowski. No need to review that.
-
1 pointSadly this is true sometimes I cringe at watching their videos when they make incorrect statements sometimes I just scream WRONG WRONG FUCKING WRONG at the screen. That's why I hate vehicle breakdown videos of gta on YouTube cuz they're just so fucking wrong

1 pointCVG will be attepting to make their own map based on what they have seen. Should be interesting to see what they come up with and how it compared to Dubs map. They will be going over the map they have on their GTA 5 youtube show (GTA 5 o'clock) tomorrow. http://www.youtube.c...g?feature=watch oh and it looks like they will be using some of what you guys have come up with already on this topic.

1 point^ That's great news. Also, as a Vita owner I'm pretty happy that almost all PS4 games will play on it with the exception of pseye games. The reason I got my vita in the first place was because Sony said we'd get remote play with PS3, which didn't turn out to be as good as I'd hoped. Especially with shit resolutions. I really hope I'll be able to play any of my PS4 games anywhere, with decent resolutions.

1 pointI got this message in a mail: A German's View on Islam - worth reading. This is by far the best explanation of the Muslim terrorist situation I have ever read. His references to past history are accurate and clear. Not long, easy to understand, and well worth the read. The author of this email is Dr. Emanuel Tanya, a well-known and well-respected psychiatrist. A man, whose family was German aristocracy prior to World War II, owned a number of large industries and estates. When asked how many German people were true Nazis, the answer he gave can guide our attitude toward fanaticism. 'Very few people were true Nazis,' he said, 'but many enjoyed the return of German pride, and many more were too busy to care. I was one of those who just thought the Nazis were a bunch of fools. So, the majority just sat back and let it all happen. Then, before we knew it, they owned us, and we had lost control, and the end of the world had come. My family lost everything. I ended up in a concentration camp and the Allies destroyed my factories.' We are told again and again by 'experts' and 'talking heads' that Islam is the religion of peace and that the vast majority of Muslims just want to live in peace. Although this unqualified assertion may be true, it is entirely irrelevant. It is meaningless fluff, meant to make us feel better, and meant to somehow diminish the spectre of fanatics rampaging across the globe in the name of Islam. The fact is that the fanatics rule Islam at this moment in history. It is the fanatics who march. It is the fanatics who wage any one of 50 shooting wars worldwide. It is the fanatics who systematically slaughter Christian or tribal groups throughout Africa and are gradually taking over the entire continent in an Islamic wave. It is the fanatics who bomb, behead, murder, or honour-kill. It is the fanatics who take over mosque after mosque. It is the fanatics who zealously spread the stoning and hanging of rape victims and homosexuals. It is the fanatics who teach their young to kill and to become suicide bombers. The hard, quantifiable fact is that the peaceful majority, the 'silent majority,' is cowed and extraneous. Communist Russia was comprised of Russians who just wanted to live in peace, yet the Russian Communists were responsible for the murder of about 20 million people. The peaceful majority were irrelevant. China's huge population was peaceful as well, but Chinese Communists managed to kill a staggering 70 million people.. The average Japanese individual prior to World War II was not a warmongering sadist. Yet, Japan murdered and slaughtered its way across South East Asia in an orgy of killing that included the systematic murder of 12 million Chinese civilians; most killed by sword, shovel, and bayonet. And who can forget Rwanda, which collapsed into butchery. Could it not be said that the majority of Rwandans were 'peace loving'? History lessons are often incredibly simple and blunt, yet for all our powers of reason, we often miss the most basic and uncomplicated of points: peace-loving Muslims have been made irrelevant by their silence. Peace-loving Muslims will become our enemy if they don't speak up, because like my friend from Germany, they will awaken one day and find that the fanatics own them, and the end of their world will have begun. Peace-loving Germans, Japanese, Chinese, Russians, Rwandans, Serbs, Afghans, Iraqis, Palestinians, Somalis, Nigerians, Algerians, and many others have died because the peaceful majority did not speak up until it was too late. Now Islamic prayers have been introduced into Toronto and other public schools in Ontario, and, yes, in Ottawa too while the Lord's Prayer was removed (due to being so offensive?) The Islamic way may be peaceful for the time being in our country until the fanatics move in. In Australia, and indeed in many countries around the world, many of the most commonly consumed food items have the halal emblem on them. Just look at the back of some of the most popular chocolate bars, and at other food items in your local supermarket. Food on aircraft have the halal emblem, just to appease the privileged minority who are now rapidly expanding within the nation’s shores. In the U.K, the Muslim communities refuse to integrate and there are now dozens of “no-go” zones within major cities across the country that the police force dare not intrude upon. Sharia law prevails there, because the Muslim community in those areas refuse to acknowledge British law. As for us who watch it all unfold, we must pay attention to the only group that counts -- the fanatics who threaten our way of life. Lastly, anyone who doubts that the issue is serious and just deletes this email without sending it on, is contributing to the passiveness that allows the problems to expand. So, extend yourself a bit and send this on and on and on! Let us hope that thousands, world-wide, read this and think about it, and send it on - before it's too late. And we are silent.......

1 pointAll I know is I bought my e/cig about 6 weeks ago it has already paid for its self, I can take deeper breaths, I am already moving down to the lower nicotine levels with an aim to quit all together, many of the things I eat and drink on a daily basis taste a million times better than they did and I no longer smell like burned ass hole! They have my vote bubblegum flavour all the way baby.
