That was roughly 40 minutes long... I don't think so. My guess is this is going to be the begining of a gameplay series like RDR, and tomorrow we'll see just some gameplay introducing us to Los Santos, along with the character switch for good measure. you and me have been on the same page since the start of this whole gameplay debate... it's going to be very similar to RDR's gameplay series videos IMO... and you're probably right in that this one will more than likely be about showing off los santos, and not necessarily how to play the game, but the world in which you play in...

I was thinking they would have about 4 short videos. one for Micheal, the heist and the high life in LS. The second for Franklin, the Gang life and the streets of LS. Third for Trevor and the country side. the fourth MP. In each one we will get little snips of how things work, but nothing in to much detail.

Focusing on LS is the only safe way to do it and not lean to heavily on one character or another, IMO. Otherwise they would be going against the balance that they've been building up around the three. If it's going to be anything like the RDR vids, we should likely get videos that focus on the peds, guns/combat techniques, heists, special abilities, how you can interact with world (car customisation, property, and things to buy), and MP.

Maybe there could be a deep sea trench in the ocean, far off the coast. Inside the trench is a deep chasm, and you need a submarine to reach it's deepest depths. Eventually the chasm opens out into a huge area of inky blackness. You journey further into the seemingly endless depths, only to discover massive structures made out of an unknown material, which look to be the ruins of an ancient civilization. I officialy anounce that that was a pretty stupid question. A town is a town. But if you really want to know my opinion of what i think. I think smaller than LS airport. Why is that? R* could have a collection of 3 buildings and call that a town or they could all be the size of Montgomery in SA. they could make something half the size of LS in GTA:SA and it could still be a town because it is all relative. I wasn't asking for the definition of what a town is, I am just curious about how big all these towns are going to be. So I "officially announce" it was a very reasonable question.

GTAO is the single most exciting thing for me. I've been expecting alot from Multiplayer for the last couple of years...

Why? They did it with RDR, LAN, and MP3. I've seen quite a few people around the 'netz saying "they won't do that" just because they didn't do it with IV or earlier GTAs. They fail to look at the big picture which is Rockstar's marketing strategies for all of their games. That's how we know when to expect info - by looking at other recent game releases from Rockstar.

it doesn't seem like they spoiled all that much with max payne or RDR or LA noire when they did those gameplay series videos... they're just trying to show you new features and how to play the game... they're not gonna spoil the story or easter eggs or anything vital to the experience...

Not sure if I want to watch that gameplay vid or not. I would have liked the actual gameplay to have been a surprise when I play it for the first time but I probably won't be able to help it and end up watching it..... sadly.

They said no coop for the main story so idk about separate heists missions. if some dude took michaels wife and daughter i dont think michael would even give a shit

Definitely PS3 cos i dont have an Xbox, and perhaps in a few years i'll get a PC version for MODs and such.

Ps3 for me always had playstations. I personally couldn't deal with swapping discs all the time.

Max Payne 3 will be on 2 discs. With the way GTA V looks and with the information Rockstar gave on announcement, it looks like GTA V will be on multiple-discs as well. I have a problem with switching discs to play the same game, so I'm going with the Playstation 3.

PS3. I've never played a GTA game on PC or XBox, only on Playstations.

/added poll. I'm waiting for the people to scream about the next consoles or Wii U. PlayStation 3 for me.
