1 pointIt seems to me that Rockstar are stepping up there marketing campaign even more, here's the facebook post: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10151761658686023&set=a.91876221022.119453.16547831022&type=1&theater The picture of the items:

1 pointR* have released more screens! Here are some new screens featuring a taste of the fast life in Los Santos and Blaine County. Stay tuned for much more details and media from the game in August including the first proper unveiling of Grand Theft Auto Online.

1 pointSorry guys, most of mine were too blury to show. Would have been better if my room was lit. Here's a couple though of the best i have... That middle one was where i landed after paragliding.

1 pointkinda reminiscent of the pub shot we took months ago ... someone got blasted out into the street...
-
1 pointIf those are available im going to assume that they launched a full page for the game instead in the games section, instead of that one with just the charecter trailers. I shall check later.
-
1 pointThere are still two screenshots from Game Informer that were never "officially released" by Rockstar. I guess those are fake too.

1 pointbut this image never showed up in the official R* gallery... That because it's a fake. The Screenshot is really of GTA lV's Liberty City, with a few tweaks thrown in to make it look more like Los Santos ( like the LS Sign and the Submarine ).

1 pointAs per usual, IGN cocked up during their analysis of the screens... They didn't even remember Love Fist from Vice City (without looking it up first), and kept referring to Kent Paul as "Lazlow". That's after they confessed to being "GTA experts"...

1 pointI mentioned the airport from whichever character trailer. Dup pointed out the pic from the gameplay trailer showing what is very likely the military base at that location. The Marine helicopter shown in that area is pretty much confirming it.

1 pointI've noticed TV and FLIR devices on a few other helicopters in screenshots/caps. Doesn't mean, of course, that they'll be operable, though. The Police Maverick and Annihilator in IV had nose-mounted cameras and radomes and they weren't functional. Can't wait to find out for sure in a few months. 7 weeks

1 pointwow, i thought north west was losing some steam thanks to the royal baby, but good to see she's getting some attention on the gta forums.

1 pointDeathmatches have been proclaimed a pants-free zone. Down with pants!!!
-
1 pointbOnEs, if you're going to post pics with that much glare, at least put on pants next time.
-
1 pointreally? even i got frustrated in the deathmactch.. that's no way to treat a lady, you try to blow her out of the sky next time of course... plus, the iGTA crew could always use more pilots ... results of the competitive stuff... i am missing two races... one GTA and one standard... suck it, deal with it... you can pretty much map my living room with the amount of glare on these shots... ----------- freeroam pics will take a bit... hang in there...

1 pointSo, the helicopter is clearly labeled "MARINES." Does this mean that we get to deal with more than just one branch of the military? Or have the jar heads replaced the grunts? Sent from my iToilet.

1 pointMalware Bytes and Microsoft Security Centre, Avira, Avast, Nod32 (pick one of these 4) AdAware was awesome back in 2007 but now it's a total ram whore and isn't even that good. But those I suggested are practically unbeatable, I use a custom firewall (Comodo) and NoScript in firefox that makes me enable everything on a page (it isn;t exactly a lengthy process and as scripts you blocked are remembered across website)

1 pointI've seen a few people comment about buying or taking over properties ("empires" as you put it) and role playing. It just doesn't work well in a game that isn't an MMORPG or similar. The main problem is that free roam sessions are not enduring. That "world" where you did a bunch of stuff only exists while you are there. Once everyone leaves that world is gone and everything is reset. Sure they could give every Crew their own session to keep (which I find unlikely for various reasons) and then you'd have to allow another crew to come in and fight for territory. But that's pointless to a degree where you might as well just start a fresh free roam session so everyone has a fair chance. It would be ridiculously easy to take over the whole map while the other Crew isn't online or has very few players (derp). I think there could be some areas to take over and defend during a session (like RDR's Land Grab) but nothing permanent as explained above. I would expect gang hideouts (computer controlled) more, though. As for roleplaying itself that's left up to the fans to decide. GTA isn't a roleplaying game and I hope it never becomes one. Having the option to do so is fine but not something to be forced upon players. Maybe one day Rockstar will have something like APB that works. I'm sure Rockstar has some cool Crew features for GTA V and beyond but not a whole new genre. It's still going to be Grand Theft Auto.

1 pointI believe at E3 Sony mentioned that driveclub will be in the instant game collection of plus for free when the ps4 comes out... that's a brand new game!

1 pointI don't like how they are encouraging us to pay for extra features that could easily be available in the regular game. I prefer GTAIV style DLC, which had a really good value for money. I also loved the RDR zombie DLC, as it was simply fun and came with it's own story. I wonder, will all these features (extra tattoos, clothes, weapons, vehicles) release as one DLC a few months later, or as separate ones?
