I plan on doing a bicycle tour of San Andreas as Franklin. Can't wait for the final map so I can start planning my route. I'll be sure to post the time it takes.

I'm split between the Gameplay trailer and Franklin's trailer. Everyone I talk about GTA V to and most people online seem to dislike Franklin's the most, but I loved it. Probably because it was very action filled (shooting, police chases) and it reminded me of the good old days of GTA San Andreas.

I thought i'd share this vista, with you guys. That ground fog in the background looks awesome imo.

I have something a little more cool to show. It's still crude, and i probably wont even need to finish it since GTA V is out in two weeks. The only major conflict I think will happen, will be Trevor, Michael and Franklin vs The FIB. There will almost certainly be some friction between Mike and Trevor, but I think that Franklin will play the peace maker, and keep everyone on the same page That sounds nice. But to add to that, I actually think Trevor and Franklin aren't going to get along in the beginning, and grow to like and trust each other after 1-2 heists.

How long did it take to cross the GTA IV via annihilator? Just times that by 5 and there's our estimate. I'd say 25 minutes tops. Probably 15-20 by jet.

^ Yeah everyone seems to disregard Franklin's trailer probably because it's not exactly original in the GTA series but whenever I'm talking to my friends (who are not as big of GTA as me I might add) about GTA V they all seem to love the similarities between V and SA.. And I can't really blame them, imo San Andreas was the shiet back in it's time.. Grove Street 4 Life!

Not anything exciting, but i thought I'd give some screenshots a go on full settings now i have my new card. The graphic settings are all on full, but the only thing letting it down is the low resolution,(1280x1024) wish i could have run it at 1080p (That's next on my shopping list!) Next thing for me to do is mod GTA with that ENB graphics accelerator. Post a picture from any GTA.

i am playing fallout new vegas because i beat IV and the episodes a couple months ago... i played through all the missions for all three characters as best as i could to lining up the story timelines for each character... that gave me the GTAV vibe ...

I had a mate who used to work for EB Games and GAME over here and he used to get reps and communique from time to time. My understanding was they were like food reps in supermarkets in that they were there to sell things and provide tidbits of info without knowing the actual quality of the product. By car maybe. It only takes an hour to fly from Edinburgh to Heathrow.

If I had any idea what the fuck was going on, I might be disappointed. I am sure Americans love sport more for the statistics than the game itself... How the hell do you keep up with all that shit That pretty much sums up my league season...

Trailer 2 and the last one were my favorites. Both fast-paced and action packed. Both make the release date seem farther away...

Trailer one for me. The Faces' song really tied it together -- it had the summery vibe that is the essence of So-Cal. Those opening modulated piano chords set to the backdrop of the LS skyline at twilight was incredible. Michael's infamous soliloquy over those chords will always bring back the initial feelings of hype and awe that we all felt. The sequence of events building up to the song's climax was so well-coordinated, too. God, what an incredible trailer. To think that it was almost two years ago...

yeah that's on my wish list, a slower in game clock. it's not that bad right now, sure, but i also like that idea of 3-4 hour full days.

exactly. If we had to kill off one of them then the ones who got the CE or LE would get ripped off since each protagonist has a special ability. And a lot of people would be mad cause then they couldn't use their favorite character.

I find it funny when foreign cab drivers are listening to international music on their favourite music station like in GTA Liberty City Stories and in GTA IV. It also feels good to ask the taxi driver to switch to a better station. I also like the cab drivers talking about their stupid lives while driving me to a bar. I also like balsting the cab driver in the head with a 12 guage shot gun. And getting a free ride too. Independence FM always made fun of my cool songs. Who doesn't listen to Celine Dion and James Taylor? I listen to Celine Dion whenever I'm in a high speed chase from the law and being tha realist muthphaka you ever saw. I hope the next Independence FM DJ will be a girl. Sorry, I'm rambling. I'm a lil high while typing this.

Well that's the first of enb I've seen in consoles. I never said it wasn't possible though, just limited. R* have made 'V look very nice for current gen, and im not doubtful it will play very nice too. On the subject of graphics while we're here, I'd like to add one thing. As much graphics help present a game, it is only presentation. The core of the game is what makes a game what it is, and that's simply 'fun'. Look back at the classics; chess, backgammon etc. Those vintage games have almost no presentation but are still fun.

How about undead nightmare in a gta setting

I was a fan of undead nightmare, so I would find it interesting for something like that in GTA V and with a Zombie Free roam.

There was a time when I mainframe would be proud of having that much RAM. But you need it because you edit videos? I use the ram for multiple programs, I have game engines, 3D software, 2d software and video editing software. And i have a lot of them open at the same time to speed up my workflow. But yeah 16GB is still a little overboard, but it's the most my motherboard can handle, so i thought i might as well invest...
