I have something a little more cool to show. It's still crude, and i probably wont even need to finish it since GTA V is out in two weeks. But who knows, once the game is out, i could make some use of a finished version. It's a quick sketch up of our map terrain in 3D so you can move it around and stuff. Click Image for 3D model:

DAM! I've been trying to figure out where that other dam sits since the trailer came out. Looking at these images, it's hard to pinpoint it's location, But I thought that maybe the meeting shot is actually at the damn, and the observatory sits just right and higher than the reservoir? also, LoL> http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=581108

I don't think that any one of the protagonists will betray the other two. Because... 1) It's way too obvious ( and Rockstar probably has something better up their sleeves )............. And 2) It will fuck up the main "game mechanic" of switching between the 3 characters at will ( if one is locked out ). BUT.... If one of the protagonists does betray the other two, it would be interesting if you could still play the game from the double-crossers point of view. I.E. being able to switch to them during Free-Roam or during a Non-Heist Mission so you can mess around with the other two characters. ( I don't know how it would work gameplay-wise, but it sounds good )

Yeah, using your reward points is like paying for the contest. They know that some people out there will rush to buy tons more games so they can spam their entries. And earn Gamestop money at the same time. That is a terribly greedy competition strategy, and sucks for the fans. It's worse than QD's spampetition which has probably cost the winning competee's more money in electricity staying on the forums waiting for their next goal, than the cost of GTA V... xD

I plan on doing that, and a lap around the entire island on a jetski. Let's get a set route for the bike tour and compare times, although I'm sure either will be one the most created races.

I was just thinking. If the game is set only in Los Santos, which is pretty much confirmed now. Will it be bigger than San Andreas in terms of actual map size? I realize San Andreas covered three cities and surrounding countryside, but everything was shrunk down and the cities were far smaller than any real city. GTA V clearly looks much richer in detail and bigger looking from what we have seen of it so far. But will it actually be bigger than San Andreas, or ever Red Dead?, since Rockstar have mentioned it is the largest and most ambitious game yet in their latest statement. Might as well start discussing it, but don't moan that the game is going to suck because it's not going to be San Andreas, that's not the point of this thread. Personally I hope it is bigger. Liverpool's biggest achievement was keeping Suarez, he's the one that can get them into the top 4, if they really push on. Liverpool can improve in other areas imo, there strikers are decent. Sturridge is coming good, and Suarez is at least a 20 goal season striker. Everton got a very good deal on Fellaini, his buy out clause at the end of July was £23 million. So United had to pay £4.5 million more because of dithering. The Coentrao deal is 50/50 atm apparently, seems crazy though, especially since they have Evra there who is still decent. Flamini did have one very good season, his last at Arsenal before he moved to Milan, can't remember seeing him play since that time, but if he can reproduce that previous form, he will be an asset to Arsenal. They still need a good striker though, Giroud not really on the same level as other Top 6 strikers. Also not sure why Arsenal won't buy a decent keeper, Julio Cesar was at QPR and no one came in for him, seems crazy Arsenal didn't put in a bid considering he'd be pretty cheap.

I'm going with a Scarlett Johansson Black Widow character. After seeing ^dat ass in the GTAO trailer that's all that goes through my mind when it comes to character creation.

The locations of Mulholland & Pacoima Dams ( Mulholland is labelled "A" & Pacoima "B" ) ~ Mulholland Dam ( & Hollywood Reservoir ) ~ Pacoima Dam ( & Pacoima Reservoir ) ( In GTA V it's called "Land Act Dam" as seen in the Screen below ) ~ So I guess I was wrong. It looks like there will be two Dams in GTA V.

Nah man haha I also thought this. But no, those two are the same dams. Or at least thats what I heard! But I kinda hope now thats theres two.. the more structures the better! That same dam is in the gameplay trailer when the Private Jet flies over it. You mean you're telling me Rockstar changed the complete layout of that dam that close to launch? No they didn't. There's definitely 2 dams. from what i can find la only has 1 dam the pic i left is likely based on this real life dam as the one in la is called Mulholland Dam and is located in hollywood, it has hollywood Reservoir behind it (also known as lake hollywood) Los Angeles County has at least 116 dams.

Gangs confirmed so far ~ 1) "Families Street Gangs" ( a primarily black street gang based in 'Southern Los Santos' ) ( Main Identifier - they wear the colour "Green" ) ( the names of any "Individual Sets" for this gang are still unknown ) 2) "Ballas Street Gangs" ( a primarily black street gang based in 'Southern Los Santos' ) ( Main Identifier - they wear the colour "Purple" ) ( the names of any "Individual Sets" for this gang are still unknown ) 3) "Vagos Street Gangs" ( a primarily latino street gang based in 'Southern & Eastern Los Santos' ) ( Main Identifier - they probably wear the colour "Yellow"/ because that's what they wore in GTA SA ) ( the names of any "Individual Sets" for this gang are also unknown/ plus I could definitely see other latino gangs like the "Los Aztecas Street Gang" being included when the game finally comes out ) 4) "The Lost Motorcycle Club" ( a primarily white biker gang based in 'Blaine County & It's Badlands' ) ( Main Identifier - they wear leather jackets with "The Lost MC" "Logo" on it/ also called "A Patch" ) ( this is the only Biker Gang confirmed so far, but I could definitely see the "Angels of Death MC" or new gangs being present when the game finally comes out/ like one similar to the real life Biker Gang - "The Mongols MC" ) Any other Street/ Biker Gangs or Criminal Organisations have yet to be confirmed, but could very possibly be in the game on release. I like the idea of a multi player online game and all, but id also like the freedom of a free roam, or something closer to the Party Mode in Gta4. I don't mind playing with other people every now and then, but having some alone time is even better. Maybe being able to set up an isolative game like party mode where you can allow people to join if they want, or you can go solo for awhile till you've honed your skills.

thought i'd get a closer up view of the bandanas massy was goin on about. its overboard but i love it started a quest mod called deimos. so far it seems pretty clever. not a quests that tells you exactly what to do. gonna read computer logs and search. not TOO hard at all to figure it out tho. a good balance of searching but not ridiculous. and ya i used to but more effort in my screens but these days.,..fuck it. fuckin loving the enb im using now tho. probably wont ever change

i am playing fallout new vegas because i beat IV and the episodes a couple months ago... i played through all the missions for all three characters as best as i could to lining up the story timelines for each character... that gave me the GTAV vibe ...

The only major conflict I think will happen, will be Trevor, Michael and Franklin vs The FIB. There will almost certainly be some friction between Mike and Trevor, but I think that Franklin will play the peace maker, and keep everyone on the same page That sounds nice. But to add to that, I actually think Trevor and Franklin aren't going to get along in the beginning, and grow to like and trust each other after 1-2 heists.

I agree that I don't think that any of the characters will be killed off as that will affect gameplay post-story. ie. kill off Franklin after all the hard work you've done to build him up and buy him things and then he dies. I can't see it happening. I do like the idea though of a major conflict and I think it'll happen, especially involving Michael. I get the impression he'll be pulled from pillar to post by Franklin, Trevor, the FIB and his family while Franklin will be sucked into the good life and Trevor will be in it for the kicks.

^^^Ohhhhh.... Should've read the post... Anyway, my guess (along with a lot of other people) is that Michael and Trevor are going to have a falling out at some point during the game, as suggested by the trailers. Maybe this will happen toward the end of the game, leading to a standoff for the final act? I'm kinda hoping that we get to pick our favourite character to side with during the dispute, and maybe the other character will become unavailable while they battle it out...

Bones I used your trick of leveling up on both good and neutral by using this method. (For the achievements) Go either way into level 8, I think it was, go to previous save and adjust karma approprietly for same level again. Last character on Fallout 3, finally went neutral on a couple of levels. Still haven't done evil on any file. My current game, this dude (yep finally played a dude) got all the way to level 30 before even looking for dad L0L.

That could work. Have multilayer criminals who have been caught sent to prison to do their time in real time (only a day or two) but with the twist being that it is a separate game play element in itself. Players can use the time to build their reputation, recruit and be recruited into crews, gamble to make money from other players or even start and participate in fights. You could also attempt to escape, post bail or just wait your time until you're freed.

Those vineyard vines look like a destructible environment to me. I'm 95% certain you will be able to wreak havoc on SanAndreas' wine industry by ripping through them The flood canals look awesome with the water running through them. I hope the water levels rise after a rain storm that would be epic.

If a group of our crew gets thrown into a heist or a robbery with some randoms, and they're douche bags, the leader should chuck them a doller for good will, but keep all the rest to split with the crew. Teach them a lesson for messing around. < This is something i will do at some point in my time online! Also, forced friendship between 16 players isn't going to happen. Like RDR you will either join forces or gang up on the fool... It always happens. It will be fun as fuck.

I wouldnt mind san fierro and las venturas as dlc..... The more map space the better, imo.

I have an AMAZING idea! During the story mode their should be an airport under construction, then once you beat the story mode the airport will be complete and there will be flights to different lands, but they will all be closed due to complications. Then once Rockstar releases DLC a flight will open up allowing you to fly to another land. (a whole new map) If that can't happen then I would like to see DLC that contains vehicles or weapons.
