Wow, there's a lot of new people in here... Not surprising, given the game's current hype. Read through the older posts peeps, all your questions will be answered tenfold! Sure, it'll take a few hours, at least, but you'll see pure gold, like Banana Pudding's constant arguments about perspective and scaling, or some drunk guy who threatened to have Massacre's posting privileges taken away. You'll also see hundreds of posts by members who have only posted 20 times constantly quoting Game Informer's statement that the game will be bigger than San Andreas, RDR and GTA IV combined, as though they were the first person to report it. Enjoy! And by the time you catch up to this post, the game will be out!

it was... hopefully GTAV does better in that regard with the invites... the IV series is so glitchy with them... anywho, freeroam madness, batch 1 ... that last one was one of the best of the match, i smacked my head into that pillar and fell to my death ... ---------------- 2nd batch... there were a few decent shots in that batch...

Plus the heat distortion coming out of the back of the engine exhaust. This has to be the best pic of the bunch.

I hope the theme for V is good. The opening music in SA had a cool vibe, and IV's was fitting, but when that GTA V logo comes up as the game is loading, I really hope they put an epic musical score in. It won't matter when I start playing I'm sure, but this outstandingly awesome game deserves nothing less.

depends on your point of view... if i had to choose, it would be us, gta base, and gtaforum.nl... i love seeing that rickety old crop duster ... and the boat scene from gta-scene is cool too... this one feels a little "recycled" but i do love the gangsta vibe...

But Fitty you should know better than trying to just mess with a guy with less posts than you(me). Also, as you can see, I have people on my side agreeing that the map is close like I said. But whatevs I was just trying to give decent information to compare the confirmed part of the map to gta iv to show just how big it is. I just wanted to give bacm to this amazing forumn for giving such great info! Your help and information is appreciated. I know and I hope everybody else understands that you were comparing the topography of Liberty City to the topography of Los Santos excluding the surrounding area and countryside.

Well, buddy, if we take a look at the map it's compared to the confirmed part of the map. Not like i'm comparing GTA IV's map to Mt. Chilidad or something. That would disgust me. Rockstar is better than piecemeal DLC. RDR and MP3 were one thing, but GTA actually matters. Small, pointless multiplayer DLC would be a disgrace to GTA.

Welcome friend, I just wanted to point out that I am amazed that you went through the effort of capitalizing the first letter of every word but then somehow left "i" as lowercase... not hating, just think its funny. Anyways, I am less concerned with the aggressiveness or intelligence of the police and more concerned with the process of escaping. I have been playing SA again and one thing that I am noticing is that escaping the police is some much more fun then it is in IV. In IV it was not necessarily difficult, but it felt like a chore. In SA I find myself wanting to get a wanted level just so I can screw with the cops for a few minutes before running off to a pay and spray. In IV I avoid getting the police on me, even 1 star, just because its such a bother sometimes. Based on what I have seen I think V will be much better and provide a lot more enjoyable ways of loosing the cops. I am interested in seeing how those mask work.
