check out my first attempt at a gta movie trailer we did tonight

A custom job is the way to go, no matter what the project is, make it fit you, not the other way around!! Maybe you could post a sample clip, me wants to hear you play something using both pickups.

I use a ernie ball stereo volume pedal to mix it however loud i want with the original guitar signal. It's a pretty neat setup actually that I'm using right now. I use a soldano decatone for the right main channel and a marshall jcm 800 50 watt for the left channel. The trick was making some custom switches to make both of the amps switch from clean/dirty at the same time. (because the marshall uses old skewl switches and the soldano uses electronic switching)

haha, nice ... i was trying to make stuff like this with my twitter buddy, wendy, but i kept getting frustrated when her PSN name would pop up above her head during recording... i should probably just say fuck it and deal with it...

It's a midi pickup! Basically makes your guitar just about any instrument. Here's a link to a demo of one. They are pretty neat!
