What a great game. You're all right about the OCD though, I'm starting to pick and choose what crap to take now. Just can't be bothered continuously going back and forth. I've build somewhat of a stronghold at Sanctuary. Gate at the front, two sentry's on the pillars, a guard tower, and I've build a wall with the bridge behind it and a staircase, essentially allowing you to man the wall. The creative people are going to love this. In terms of Sniper, I kinda just build my own using the .308 pistol. Once thing I must applaud about this game, the FPS shooting actually works. I hardly ever use VATS. I have about 800 .38 bullets and I just modified my pistol to a quick fire. So far I can kill raiders and ghouls with relative ease. I ended up clearing all of the Corvega assembly plant with a shotgun! And in case you miss it, there's a gated area at the back with a bunker. Go there and you'll get an interesting radio signal. Question: Protectron personality, I tried changing to Subway Steward since I had a subway token, but he didn't recognize it! I thought it would be a smart way to clear out the Super Duper Mart, but couldn't get it to work.

Someone on reddit has created a quick guide of how to grow adhesive in your own strongholds. Yep that's right, GROW adhesive! https://www.reddit.com/r/fo4/comments/3sezph/psa_there_is_an_unlimited_renewable_source_of/

http://www.gamespot.com/articles/fallout-4-wont-have-fallout-3s-three-dog-voice-act/1100-6430444/ Dang it, I read roomy sandbox as random sodomy and was about to get really exited.

Resources for sanctuary, is there only a certain number of places you can gather them? Like; wood; metal; ceramics, etc...? And do you unlock new items for the interiors as you find them? Still kind of unsure about how it all works. There's one thing that bugs me, might just be an OCD, but i noticed that when you save, the thumbnail doesn't update. It does however update after you've turned your PS4 off and on again.... Because of this, i actually have to read the date & time to see which save file i want to load... Hopefully they fix this small issue.

Well that's handy - just found another Power Armour and a Fat Man too. Did a few minor improvements to one of my shacks at Sanctuary - figured out how to wire the lights up to the switch, pylon, generator etc and added a few homely bits such as sofa (which I took from one of the houses), a rug, a bed and a painting of a cat! That's my priorities in order!

Most useful option I've found for Protectrons is to set them to law enforcement. They'll kill hostiles, but recognize you as a civilian and not attack you.

My armor and weapons are as upgraded as they can be at my current level. Have to reach 13 and 16 to upgrade any further. I'm nowhere near Diamond City, though, thanks to my constant scavenging and crafting. Every time I reach a new location, I end up filling my inventory and having to go back to Red Rocket to store shit. I'm not looking forward to leaving Red Rocket for a new home, and having to make 20 trips to transfer all of my junk.

Awesome tip, Dup, thanks. I have a decent little garden started in the yards behind the crafting house in Sanctuary; so far it's got melons, gourds, taro, corn and carrots. It's amazing what you can find foraging in the woods, not just ruined buildings and abandoned lots - seek and ye shall find.

i'm sarcastic at times, i pick and choose the moments, and i get favorable results most of the time... i guess you gotta know your audience... also, dup, if you're low on crafting material, hit up other settlements that you never visit and strip their places down of trees and buildings and shit... if you're never gonna visit, then take their materials... i also hate that the thumbnail save doesn't show a proper image... i go by location listed too...

Unlike GTA, I am ok with not glitching this game It seems caps are harder to come by in the game. You get less money for looting raiders and stuff. Bones was right, if you ever see adhesive (duct tape, wonderglue) at vendors, but that shit. you need it for every mod. Didn't Bethesda even say this game would focus more on crafting and less on caps? If you get the gun mod perks, you can make some serious weapons. The ones you find are good enough when you mod them. Never mind buying weapons for caps. I say save that shit for power cores or whatever they are called for the power armour. Also, stock up on .44 rounds when you can. It seems to be a very rare ammo type. You will thank me later especially if your going with the gunsligner perk. I fucking love revolvers. Let's just say my character doesn't have high enough charisma lol. Might get the lady killer perk. Then agian my goodie 2 shoes character right now is still mourning his wife lol. I'm so tempted to be sarcastic in the dialogue when I can but I don't know how that would affect story progress. Probably save that for a new characters and be a sarcastic asshole for the whole game.
