From the new Official GTA V Trailer. Is this the Alamo Sea behind the Vinewood Sign, or maybe the Ocean? Or is there fog hiding the land or something? Are the Hills in the distance connected to the Mainland? Or are they separate islands? Also, can anyone tell me ( using the map known so far ) which direction this Screencap is pointing?

Bears were confirmed in a couple of the new previews that came out with the GTA Online Video ( or it might of been one of the Leslie Benzies Interviews ). -

Old Guns and New Guns

It looks a lot like a "Pipe Bomb". Only without a Detonator Cord. *EDIT: @Bmw1126 got it before me... -
I think we'll be pleasantly surprised by the variety of cheats in GTA V. I expect there to be at least 30+ Cheats ( which I'll only use after I have finished the Main Story ). Look for Invincibility, Unlimited Ammo, Wanted Level Cheats, Weapons Packages ( with attachments for the guns ) and plenty of Vehicle Spawn cheats ( with unique customizations ). As well as some new interesting cheats, similar to the Ped Riot one ( but maybe with zombies ), a Mega Punch cheat ( sending peds flying across the map ), and maybe even one that gives you super powers ( just to piss-off Volition/ the makers of Saints Row 4 ). Hopefully there is also an animal spawn cheat, so I can spawn a large brown bear in amongst the packed crowds of Downtown Los Santos ( and then sit back and watch as the carnage unfolds )

@ConQueSteD, No offence man.............. but you are somewhat dumber than I previously thought you were... I could try and write an articulate couple of paragraphs outlining how you are wrong, but I would be wasting my time. This belief is only reinforced after reading the ignorant post you just wrote. So good luck with your Xbone.

Grand Theft Auto V: The Official Trailer
BlackSox9 replied to Bronson's topic in GTA 5 Pre-Release Discussion (Closed)
My guess is that Rockstar hasn't really done a proper Trailer "encompassing everything" in GTA V yet ( covering more of the location and story / like they did with the old GTA's ). I reckon this one will be better than all the other Trailers combined. Official Trailers for the Old GTA's ~ GTA lll Official Trailer ~ GTA Vice City Official Trailer ~ GTA San Andreas Official Trailer ~ GTA Liberty City Stories Trailer ~ GTA Vice City Stories Trailer ~ GTA lV Last Trailer ~ Hopefully it's EPIC. -
Two things. 1) You're talking about spoilers, so put anything about spoilers in

@Cyanist, EA isn't going anywhere, not with all their Sports titles like Madden and FIFA, or game franchises like The Sims, Battlefield, Mass Effect, Dragon Age and Star Wars. They'll probably become even more powerful as the Gaming Genre grows even bigger ( attracting more people and money ). They're still a very influential Game Publisher, and their motives could have a massive impact on the direction the game industry takes ( probably negative ). So it's telling that they've thrown their weight behind Microsoft. And the link in my other post should work now.

What about how buddy-buddy EA is with Microsoft, launching Titanfall as an Xbox console exclusive ( yeah I know it's on PC as well ). A "Timed DLC" agreement for Battlefield 4 to come to the X1 first. Peggle 2 and Plants Vs Monsters: Garden Warfare will also appear first on Xbox One, plus all European Xbox One pre-orders will include a free copy of FIFA 14. While Sony has no deals whatsoever with EA, other than basic multi-plat titles coming to the PS4. Why does EA ( who are scum/ even if Battlefield is great ) favour Microsoft? Could it be that their policies are in line with EA's? EA is planning for all of their future games to be like SimCity ( Always Online & with DRM ). Here's an article about the planned future of their titles ~ http://au.gamespot.c...ny-more-6413672 A monthly fee for TES Online, Micro-Transactions for Ryse. This is just the beginning of a very negative future for gaming. Where we are getting bland regurgitated crap for games, and have to pay through the ass for it. And all of it will be helped along by your friend Microsoft...

You are remembering that wrong. Almost everybody who bought a PS3 was ranting and raving about the blu ray functionality and What the FUCK? Mad props about Kinect 2? Nobody likes Kinect!!! It's part of the reason people are still pissy about the Xbox One. Are you just making stuff up? And you know what I meant, pointing out a mix up like that doesn't dispute the fact that Sony were probably about to nickle and dime you until Microsoft's announcement went over like a fart in church. Sony even came out and stated that they entertained the prospect of "Always Online" & "DRM", I'm not disputing that. But they decided not to implement it, because they knew it would hurt their sales. That's because their business objective is to appeal to a niche market, the "Hardcore Gamer Market" ( Not the casual idiots who will buy anything ). Microsoft made a mistake and didn't realise that they needed the Hardcore Guys because they buy the majority of consoles at the beginning of the Console Generation ( and Microsoft's Multi-Media, Non-Game centric presentation of their console ended up hurting them ). And as for whether Sony had the foresight to see if Microsoft would implement DRM & Always Online, unless they had a spy in Microsoft they wouldn't know for sure what features the Xbox One was going to have ( even though they probably had their suspicions/ because it made sense from a business standpoint ). I think Sony did what it did at E3 because it made sense for their console. And Microsoft probably thought that Sony would implement similar features to theirs, and were ultimately wrong in their assumptions ( which cost them ). But the Xbox One is coming back with a vengeance ( and are really gaining in the pre-order department ), because people seem to have short-term memories. And for whatever reason have a high tolerance for the abuse they will take from Microsoft. If you forget the lessons learnt from mistakes made in the past you are doomed to repeat them...

This makes no sense.^^ Yeah, remember that the PS3 was one of the first Blu Ray Player's on the market ( that was why the price was so high ), and it was still cheaper than every single other one ( and it also played GAMES ). It's funny how no one said Sony was innovative for installing new Disc Drive Tech into the PS3, but Microsoft is getting mad-props for having the Kinect 2. Which is just a glorified upgrade of the first shitty one. ( Plus does anyone even like Kinect Games? )

Well you already said that you were buying an Xbox One in the Xbox Article. So you pretty much lied there. But don't worry, because you sound like a lot of "full of shit" people on the web right now ( and for the past 6 months ), trying to make out that you're neutral ( hedging your bets ). And I'm going to hazard a guess that you were real quiet during ( and just after ) E3 this year. But now you're full of "Shitbox Patriotism" again. Just remember that you are giving money to some real evil assholes at Microsoft ( with their archaic business practices ). These guys are trying to bring down the level of quality game development by churning out crap. Trying to force "DRM" and "Always Online" down your throat, so that you're pretty much just renting the game you paid full price for. And what's that? You don't have that anymore? Well you can thank Sony for that/ because they stuck too their guns . And remember that with the old policy they wanted to introduce ( Always Online/ DRM ), they can restrict your access to any game you have purchased, whenever they want. They can take the Servers down for your game whenever they please, so that if you want to come back and play the game again ( say in a year or two ), you can't . So you're pretty much just renting your games ( you don't own shit ). And I reckon if Microsoft could they would charge you $60-$120 initially for the game ( depending on what part of the world you live ), and then a fee of ( say ) $20 a month, and extra fees for DLC, and then after that they would install micro-transactions for in-game items......... But you would like that wouldn't you, you blind sheepish M$ Fanboy. It's idiots like you that throw your money at Microsoft, and allow them to think they can get away with this ( because their fans are fucking idiots ), that brings gaming down into a mediocre, stagnant state. Which luckily hasn't happened yet because Sony and the PlayStation Brand is still around. Well good luck casual gamer with your shitty excuse for a game console. I'll be playing real next-gen games on the PS4.

My bad then. I always thought they were all originally from Grove ST.. @Santiago, Remember when you recruited homies in GTA SA, and you could tell them to wait, or you could tell them to follow you ( or keep up ). CJ would say "Families over here". So I'm pretty sure there will be individual sets based off of street names ( like for instance Rolling 20's Balla's/ Temple Drive Ballas ). But some may be allied and some may not be, remember that just because gangs have the same colour, they won't always be allied. ( like with the Seville Boulevard Families - Grove Street Families relationship in GTA SA / where they started the game with Hostile relations and then reunite as Allies towards the end )

I'm getting "an" Xbox One at launch. ( If the word starts with a vowel sound then you say "an" instead of "a" ) ( Bloody Shitbox Fanboys )

Hopefully there is a way to skip the songs you don't like on the radio ( like in San Andreas ).

What are you looking for in GTA5?
BlackSox9 replied to Qdeathstar's topic in GTA 5 Pre-Release Discussion (Closed)
I wonder if you can do different things in the air while free-falling, like front flips, back flips, cartwheels and just generally spinning around all over the place. It could make sky-diving a little more interesting if you could do more things in the air... -
Overall I think that there a lot of good songs on the list so far. And we will find out what the rest of the Radio Stations have to offer on Sept 17 ( and what songs we missed as well ). We haven't even seen a Jazz, Heavy Metal or Classical Music Station yet, and I have a feeling we have missed a lot of songs in the Radio Stations we have identified. But from what I've seen so far I'm happy with the variety of music on offer.

The only thing is, maybe they should put that in the RnB Radio Station ( if there is one ). Because the Hip Hop Station should have proper Rap ( meaning no singing ). No offence but it's a bit soft. I usually want to listen to the Rap Station when I'm about to drive-by some ballers, or I'm in a car chase with the police. And it'll be a little weird doing it too that song...
