@Ginginho. That idea sounds like a more hardcore version of "The Getaway" games on PS2 ~ Sounds like a great idea.

@Shlong Time Member. You're right that most people will buy whichever console looks better to them, regardless of specs, games & other features. They will more likely buy a new console based on which Brand offered them the more enjoyable experience Last-Gen. Like for instance maybe they thought that there was a better Online Infrastructure for the Xbox 360, and therefor Multiplayer games were stronger on that system. Or maybe they are looking for the console which looks to have a brighter future when it comes to games, like with Sony's larger stable of 1st Party Developers, ensuring great Exclusive games in the future. Or maybe they think that the Xbox One's controller is the best one ever made, and even though the Dualshock 4 is nice, it still doesn't measure up to the king of FPS. Or maybe they like the PlayStation 4's stronger hardware, meaning better looking Multi-Platform and Exclusive Games as Developers get to grips optimizing new game engines for the new consoles. Or maybe they like the All-In-One entertainment system which the Xbox One has in spades ( even though the cable integration really only benefits Americans/ and the PS4 already has many of the same Apps/ a Blu-Ray Drive/ Internet Explorer & DVR as well ). Either way, both systems will look very different in a few years with plenty of new features patched in over time. But one of the major things that can't be changed is the Hardware, and this could hurt the Xbox One in the future ( unless they can somehow unlock "the power of the cloud" ). Really I just wanted to get the facts straight regarding the differences between the two consoles. And because I'm biased towards one over the other ( favouring the PS4 ), it may look like I'm trying to stretch the truth or outright lie. But believe it or not everything I've said was 100% true. I'm just sick of all the disinformation that's been going around lately. PS4 FTW

So all of my points are invalid and non factual, just because I prefer one system over the other. Why don't you actually read my entire post? Is it because you're biased as well? It's well known that you're an Xbox Fanboy yourself. Tell me how anything I said was wrong. Or are you not willing to respond to me, because you know that I am right. My entire post was impartial and fair, whereas that article was full of speculative garbage designed to influence people into perceiving the PS4 negatively. If I had to hazard a guess, I would say that you were probably sore over the comment about the Xbox 360's Failure Rate ( which I know that you have ). And it's flawed design which led to it's overheating and fatal system failure ( RROD ). And @JustSmee liking your comment tells me that he ( like most Austalian's ) are so far up Microsoft's ass that they will buy any Xbox product no matter how shit it is. Keep up your ignorant bullshit, but the Xbox's superiority in the English Speaking world is at an end ( no matter how well it does in Australia/ they're lightweights compared to the other Gaming Countries on the world stage ).

How is it logical to say the that the system with the lowest specs will dictate the quality of games on both systems? When we already have proof that the opposite is true. There is already a noticeable difference in the Resolutions and Frame Rates for games on both the Xbox One and the PS4. With the Xbox One having sub-par versions of the multiplatform games shared between the two systems. So saying that any discussion in relation to the specs for games on either system is irrelevant is the opposite of logical. It's illogical and out-right wrong. God I'm sick of the blind ignorance on some of these forums...

That article is a load of biased bullshit. The PS4 is not the least reliable console at launch, that honour falls to the Xbox 360 ( with it's RROD fiasco ). Here are 4 reasons why that article is bullshit ~ 1) You have to remember that this is the biggest console launch in the history of Gaming, with over 1 million PS4's already sold ( in North America alone! ). 2) If you couple reason 1 with the idea that Social Media is more prevalent than it was during the launch of Last-Gen's Consoles, you will understand that any gamers with problem systems will be more visible. 3) There is a massive Console War going on right now ( if you haven't noticed ). With plenty of Hardcore Fans for both consoles willing to make fake reviews, and post disinformation on forums ( it will probably happen when the X1 comes out as well ). 4) There is the reality that most people will more likely take the time to write a negative review ( instead of a positive one ). As opposed to the majority of people who are satisfied with their product, and have no motivation to take the time to write a review. Because they are too busy playing games on their PS4's as we speak. Wait until March next year, when both Consoles have launched in all territories for a better overview of the Failure Rate situation for both consoles. I wrote this in the Xbox One article, but it is pertinent to your comment. The reduced specs for pretty much all of the Xbox One's games ( a lot of them are 720p Upscaled to 1080 & only at 30 FPS ) is a joke. Especially when Microsoft expects you to pay $100 more for it's System. Xbox One Games Vs PlayStation 4 Games Xbox One's Resolution & Frame Rates ~ COD Ghosts - 720p Upscaled to 1080p - 60 FPS Battlefield 4 - 720p Upscaled to 1080p - 60 FPS Dead Rising 3 - 720p Upscaled to 1080p - 30 FPS Ryse: Son of Rome - 900p Upscaled to 1080p - 30 FPS PlayStation 4's Resolution and Frame Rates ~ COD Ghosts - Native 1080p - 60 FPS Killzone Shadow Fall - Single Player - Native 1080p - 30 FPS ~ Multiplayer - Native 1080p - 60 FPS Battlefield 4 - 900p Upscaled to 1080p - 60 FPS Assassin's Creed 4 - Native 1080p - 60 FPS Thief - Native 1080p - 60 FPS http://www.google.co...XD7LgiMLv7jhggg And for those of you that say that there is no visual difference between 720p and 1080p, just remember that 1080p has more than twice the number of pixels compared too 720p. Here's a comparison of the resolutions ~ The games for the Xbox One have the same resolution as they do on the Xbox 360, which is pathetic. I mean if it can't output Native 1080p for the games that we have now, how is it going to cope with bigger and more ambitious games in the future ( Witcher 3/ MGS 5/ Fallout 4? ). So seeing that there is already a noticeable difference in the Graphical Outputs of Xbox One & PlayStation 4 games ( Resolution & Frame Rates ), it's not unreasonable to think that this disparity won't continue into the future.

O.K. so Xbox Gold has just recently given you "3" OLD AAA Games. And you say that no one would touch the free games that were given out on PS Plus. Over the last couple of years Sony ( through PlayStation Plus ) have given out dozens of AAA games. Only a few months after they were released at the time. Here is a list of Free PS3 Games ( Euro & US PlayStation Stores ) just going back to about June 2012 ( even though PS Plus started in 2010 ) ~ ~ Uncharted 3 ~ Red Dead Redemption ~ Batman Arkham City ~ Mass Effect 3 ~ Sleeping Dogs ~ Demon Souls ~ Dead Space 2 ~ XCOM: Enemy Unknown ~ Infamous 2 ~ Battlefield 3 ~ Saints Row: The Third ~ Deus Ex: Human Revolution ~ Hitman Absolution ~ Little Big Planet 2 ~ Saints Row 2 ~ Just Cause 2 ~ Crysis 2 ~ Vanquish ~ Resident Evil 5 ~ Lord of the Rings: War in the North ~ Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning ~ Borderlands ~ Darksiders ~ Bioshock 2 ( very underrated for a solid game ) ~ Mortal Kombat ~ Gotham City Imposters ~ Motorstorm Apocalypse ~ Bulletstorm ~ Starhawk ~ Dead or Alive 5 ~ Catherine ~ Okami HD ~ Ico & Shadow of the Colossus HD Collection ~ Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time ~ Limbo ~ Ratchet & Clank: All for One ~ Super Street Fighter lV ~ Mega Man 9 & 10 ~ Payday: The Heist ~ Lara Croft Guardian of Light ( Tomb Raider Game ) ~ Lara Croft & the Guardian of Light ( another Tomb Raider ) ~ Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine ~ Retro City Rampage ~ Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath HD ~ Outland ~ The Cave ~ NBA Jam On Fire Edition ~ NFL Blitz ~ Virtua Fighter 5 Plus more, but these are the best... Notable PSP/Vita Titles~ ~ Metal Gear Solid HD Collection ~ Super Stardust ~ Rayman Origins ~ Final Fantasy Tactics ~ Uncharted Golden Abyss ~ Gravity Rush ~ Wipeout 2048 ~ Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny ~ Plants Vs Zombies ~ Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus ~ Chronovolt ~ Unit 13 ~ Mortal Kombat And more, but these are some of the better games. Yeah you're right, no AAA games here... Plus this list was made in June. There have been even more Games given out since then.

Your fake neutrality is a joke really, like a lot of Xbox Fanboys all of a sudden you like and respect both consoles. Even though for years you probably ragged on the PS3. I already know that the majority of people in the English speaking world bought the Xbox 360 over the PS3 ( USA, Canada, Britain, Australia, New Zealand ), so most of them are biased, either admitting that they are Xbox Fans or pretending to be neutral now that they have seen the superior product offered by Sony. And there is a major difference between Microsoft and Sony's products this time around, with the PS4 having the obvious technical edge. Meaning Exclusives will look and run much better on the PS4, as well as Multiplat Games looking clearly better on the PS4, and with a smoother Frame Rate ( like with BF4, COD Ghosts & Assassin's Creed 4 ). Your precious Xbox One can't even run these Old-Gen games at Native 1080p now, how will it handle more ambitious games in the future. Plus Sony has more First Party Developers which means more exclusive AAA games. And has a better premium service, with PS+ giving you tonnes of free new games, compared too Xbox Gold giving you a pathetic selection of 2 old games a month. But idiots like you love to eat up all the crap that Microsoft squeezes out too you. So you will blindly buy the same crappy console ( like you did with the 360 ), with all the mediocre games running at 720p upscaled to 1080 ( which is the same as the 360/ which is Pathetic ). And pretend that you have a Next-Gen Console, instead of a shitty Multi Media Device which does some gaming on the side. So good luck too you with that crap, but you're a bloody hypocrite.

Isn't this exactly like Fallout 3's Announcement? It also had a Teaser Site with a Countdown Clock similar too this one. Plus a Teaser Trailer with the Release Date appeared after the clock ran out. @Qdeathstar aka "Shlong Time Member" ~ Bethesda hasn't made a comment yet.
-
This was supposedly found on Bethesda's Tumblr page a little while ago ( before being taken down ) ~
-
At first I thought that it could potentially be announced at the VGA's ( now called VGX ) on the 7th of December. But the Morse Code and Countdown Clock seem to be pointing to the 11th. Either way the Teaser Site could ultimately just be one giant Trolling attempt by some asshole.
-
Looks like you were right ~ http://www.ign.com/a...out-4-in-europe Here is the website the trademark was found on ~ http://esearch.oami..../data/012311734 I reckon that we will almost definitely see a Fallout 4 reveal on December 11th. With a possible Release Date made public at E3 next year ( based purely on speculation ). Also the http://thesurvivor2299.com/ site now has a "Vault-Tec" Symbol underneath the countdown clock. Also the Morse Code being played in the background translates to the Date which the clock is counting down towards - The Clock will run out on 11/12/13. ( 12/11/13 for the Americans ). Plus a few people have stated that they have done a reverse IP Address search for http://thesurvivor2299.com/ and have found it to be registered in Baltimore, Maryland USA. Not far from where Bethesda's Headquarters are.

Weren't you commenting on the technical shortcomings of the Xbox during the summer? Bravo, you got me. What I meant to say is that I will wait a couple of months before I comment on the "Failure Rates" for both systems. When we can more clearly see which console has the most problems. Instead of just speculating and making up bullshit statistics. I will be getting my PS4 on the 29th, so it will be interesting to see if there are any problems with it ( I doubt it ). Meanwhile on the 22nd we will see just how many problems the X1 has. After which I will gladly laugh at the Shitbox Fanboys who have been giving us crap for days...

I'm guessing that you are referring to the PS4's failure rate. Which has been blown way out of proportion by some of the Gaming News sites ( probably trying to get more hits ), and by Xbox Trolls making 1 Star Reviews for the PS4 on Amazon. I think I'll wait a couple of months before I comment on the technical shortcomings of the PS4 and Xbox One. By then there will be a more comprehensive figure for the Failure Rates of both consoles. But so far the Failure Rate for the PS4 seems to be pretty low.

I didn't post it in response to your comment. I could really care less what console you buy. I just thought that it was news worthy enough to put in the PS4 Section. Since I haven't seen it mentioned much elsewhere.

The PS4's GPU potentially holds even more power than previously thought ~ http://www.psu.com/a...inally-believed Story below ~ PS4's GPU may hold more power than originally believed "The PlayStation 4's graphical processing unit, which already has an impressive graphical output, appears to have additional processors that weren't counted in the original figure. The PS4's GPU, entitled "Pitcairn," is clocked in at 1.84 teraflops of processing per second, thanks to the former count of 1152 stream processors, which allow devices to better manage and delegate information for faster loading. However, after a closer look by MyDrivers.com, the PS4 has more. Pitcairn, or the AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series, according to the images provided, houses 20 graphic cores, and each core has 64 stream processors, which totals to be 1280, leaving 128 of these stream processors unaccounted for. Now, as the report on the WCCF Tech website indicates, these extra processors could simply be dead. However, the chance that these extra processors are merely dormant is worth consideration, which means that the PS4 could have more graphical power in the future than it does now. Sony has done things like this in the past: the PS3 didn't use all the processor cores that the Cell Processor had, which was chalked up to avoiding redundancy, and the PlayStation Portable didn't have its maximum 333 MHz output either in order to better manage battery life. Until Sony issues a formal statement on this extra hardware, the existence of the extra stream processors can only inspire speculation. Once official word releases, be sure to find out more about the PS4 and its future right here at PSU."

This Teaser Site might also be for another Bethesda game coming out in 2014, called "The Evil Within". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zc-jvqJV4SI Someone on NeoGAF made a comment about some kind of redirect to a YouTube video for this game hidden in the code. I guess we'll see if that's true or not soon enough.

Whoever wrote that article is an idiot. The TOS ( Terms of Service ) Agreement they are referring too is the exact same one that Sony has used for the PlayStation 1, 2 & 3. And has never been enforced by Sony. Shuhei Yoshida the President of Sony Worldwide Studios even came out today and made a statement on Twitter clarifying that there has been no change in Sony's stance on selling second-hand/ used-games. Meanwhile every dumbass Xbot comes out saying "OMG $ony Phonies are soo stupid, now they can't trade in games like our Lord & Master Micro$oft wanted to do too us" Derp...
