I hate this so-called comedian, he's annoying as fuck ( his voice sounds like someone taking a shit in your ear ). This WCTR has to be the worst talk radio station Rockstar have ever created. Lazlow's show on the station was shit as well. Whoever thought that putting this guy in the show was a good idea, is an idiot. He reminds me of that not-funny black comedian that was on Conan a little while ago. He was ruining the show with his half assed bit ( yelling, being annoying, smiling all the time thinking he's so funny/ Boring Dickhead ). But it seemed that no one wanted to tell him he was a crappy comedian, because he would probably pull the race card. If you want a funny Black Comedian, look no further than Dave Chappelle. Plus wasn't this JB Smoove the same guy that had a recurring role on "Curb Your Enthusiasm"? He wasn't funny in that either. I don't know why Larry David though it was a good idea to keep putting him in it.

I doubt that they would make a protagonist that is on the "Evil" side of the Karma spectrum. But there will be other characters in the cast to fulfil the "Bad Guy" role, not just enemies like the Enclave but people within the main cast as well. Plus they could have the protagonist make "Grey Area" moral decisions which question his good nature. Like unethical decisions based on his/ or his friends survival.

Just like @spiritcrusher77 says, the main character will ( like all of the characters ) have the ability to speak. Plus he won't be by himself, he will end up meeting other people on his journey through the Wasteland. And will eventually form alliances and friendships with some of these people, so that eventually a group of main characters will be formed that will journey through and explore the Wastes together. Over the course of the series some characters will die, and be replaced by new members. As well as new threats emerging every so often ( like The Enclave/ The Legion/ The Master/ or some new threat ??? ). Even after saying all that, I doubt that any TV Studios would take the risk of making a show this ambitious. Even though the end result could end being one of the best shows on TV.

Would you watch a TV Show centred around Fallout? It could be similar in layout to "The Walking Dead", but set in a more dystopian world ( the irradiated wasteland ) were there are different factions such as The Enclave, Slave Traders and Brotherhood of Steel, plus plenty of different human & mutated enemies to contend with like Bandits, Super Mutants, Ghouls, Deathclaws etc. Much more variety than just Zombies. The protagonist could be someone who has just come out of one of the vaults ( like in Fallout 3 ). So the new world can be slowly introduced over the episodes. Encountering new characters, enemies and factions on a journey tied into the main plotline. It could be great with a half-decent writer.

It's actually wine red. I was trying to get the same colour as the Elegy but I can't seem to match it. Oh. The shadow makes it look black too me... Wine Red is nice as well with maybe a "Torino Red" pearlescent added to it.

The Felon is a great car with solid stats. I recommend changing the Matte Black paintjob to a Metallic "Midnight Blue" with an"Ultra Blue" Pearlescent colour scheme.

Even with a high sneak skill masking any sound you make, enemies will still spot you pretty easily if you're out in the open and in broad daylight. I remember having a character with 100 sneak and being detected by bandits 100 yards ahead of me ( on Very Hard Difficulty settings/ which boosts the perception skill of enemies, I think ). One of them was standing with his side too me as I approached, and must of seen me in his peripheral vision ( this was during the middle of the day ). Where as another time ( with the same character ), I was only a coupe of yards away from a Deathclaw, but I was in the darkness of a cave. So it couldn't detect shit, even with it's 100 Perception Skill. So using cover like darkness and other things to block an enemies field of vision is as important as the Sneak Skill ( which only reduces sound made ), when it comes to sneaking up on enemies unaware. Plus I also think the weight of the armour you use plays a factor in how much noise you make. And if you knock over anything in the environment. I could be wrong about a couple of things here, since I haven't played the game for a couple of years now ( so I'm relying on memory ).

I agree, about the whole Lead-Free Solder thing. PlayStations are made in Taiwan, and the conditions for workers there are much higher than that of mainland China ( where the Xbox 360 and One are made ). Plus the products are usually of a higher quality as well.

That article shows a PS4 in a closed case with hardly any ventilation. What do they expect? Any electronic device put in that situation ( that emits heat ) would end up over-heating. If anything I would expect the Xbone to overheat more regularly, and have major system failures like the Xbox 360 did ( with it's RRoD/ Red Ring of Death ). I recently swapped out two of my old cars for some new ones. I swapped my Batti 801 for a Paggasi Monroe, and my Gauntlet for a Cognoscenti Cabrio. Monroe ~ Cabrio ~ I'll post some pics of my custom ones later on...

The more expensive a snack is the more health it will replenish when eating it. For instance the Meteorite Chocolate Bar seems to replenish the most health, but you can carry less of them compared to the other snacks. And remember that you can replenish all of your health for a dollar at Ammunation with the Soda/ Soft Drink Machine there. And of course buy some Armour while you're there, even though it's weak as fuck ( this is mainly for Online/ for Single Player there are Free Armour Spawns ).

It will probably be on PS Plus somewhere down the line.

It sounds like you have a weak Internet Connection, or maybe too many people are using your Network at the same time ( piggybacking off it ). Do you live in an apartment? Because there haven't been problems like this on Rockstar's side of things for a while ( at least not for me ). Their servers have been working a lot better as of late. One question, have you had other problems with your internet connection, like when streaming movies or downloading games/ dlc's? If so then you should probably contact your ISP ( internet service provider ) for technical help. It could even be as simple as moving were your router is in the room ( to avoid black-spots ), or using a wired connection ( Ethernet cable ) between your Router and Xbox/ PlayStation.
