Love the GRA DLC. Favourite weapons - Esther with Tiny Tot Ammunition ( very handy for crowds outdoors ) Sprtel-Wood 9700 with Maximum Charge Ammo ( Green Laser better than Red, Plus it EATS through enemies when you have the maximum achievable criticals ) Medicine Stick ( I wanted a unique brush gun and the GRA DLC provided )

I want your name and address, smoking marajuana is a felony, and I shall report you to the AUTHORIT............................ HAHAHA couldn't finish that sentence. But in all seriousness weed WILL cause psychosis and permanent brain-damage after consistent and prolonged use. But that doesn't stop it from being a whole lot of FUN!!!

Sounds good to me.

Best Safehouse I reckon is the Brotherhood of Steel's one. Ammo Craft Bench and Workbench in there. BOS Palidin in there with a 100% Repair. A whole heap of storage. Has a good hidden feeling to it underneath the cistern in the shack. Doesn't take long to get to it ( One Loading Screen after fast travel ). Whenever I start a new game the first thing I usually do is complete the BOS Quests for the PA Training and their Safehouse. I Use the T-51 Power Armour for a bit, then go strait to the Deathclaw Promonitory for the Enclave Power Armour. I'm the kind of player that has to get the best gear as soon as possible, because I can't stand feeling under-powered.

Protagonist Predictions?

Listen fuckhead you could be 7 foot and solid muscle, and I would still find a way to beat you to death. Even if I have to take you by surprise with a weapon. Unlike you I still feel fear, but that would not stop me from taking a beating. I've been in a tonne of fights and I know sometimes you have to take a beating. You've probably never even been in a fight, let alone fought multiple people. A real fight is very different to acting hard behind a computer. -

Listen mate, the only reason I called you a kid was because that was what you reffered to me as. And I'm actually 24 Years old today. Some may consider this is a kid, and I like to think I'm still pretty juvenile ( with alot to learn ). But don't be talking about slapping, because you probably wouldn't even dare talk shit like that to me in real life. I'd break your jaw then stomp your little head into the ground. Talking to you is pointless because u call someone kid that yourself are. U are stubborn little brat. U must slap yourself several times then you will MAYBE be little smarter. Your knowledge about making games is to small to understand stuff. Slap this info in your head. Character customization is not in any way affecting performance! Performance can be affected by making objects with to much polygons and good graphic card is needed to handle lots of polygons. Very high res textures like 2024x2024 will need lots of GPU ram and normal RAM. Graphic effects like AA, high anisotropic filtering, shadows effects, ECT ECT That is causing performance loss on poor hardware but not character customization ! I got no time to argue with stubborn people and lose my time. Instead I want to use my free time for playing games. U go learn new stuff and stop being such a stubborn little brat. -

You have no idea what age the character is just by hearing his voice and if you ask me he sounds more old than he does young. First of all he talks about having kids so he cant be that young. He says he wanted to retire, so he wouldn't be in his twenties anyway. And probably the biggest point of all. We have no idea that the guy talking in the trailer is even the protagonist. Stop pulling facts out your ass. As much as it pains me to say it, I think we're most likely playing a middle-aged white guy. Again. I know of people who are 14 or 15 and have kid(s) ( yes multiple ), so they can be in their 20's and have kids. And maybe he's just retiring from a life of crime. High class criminals and Drug Dealers can make alot of money in a short space of time, so I wouldn't be suprised if some are smart and just retire ( before they get killed or put in jail ). These are usually criminals that nobody has heard of ( because the only one's you usually hear about are the one's that get caught ). And like the other's posted, who saids that the voice in the trailer is even the voice of the protaganist. -

What the hell are you talking about, UlanBator's inference was that Agent will be out AFTER GTA V ( unless I'm mistaking ). You didn't read what he wrote properly, like alot of other posts. -
Actually that's pretty easy because everyone here seems to hate San Andreas

I don't want it to be back, I thought player customization was fucking retarded. I prefer GTA to have a set player that way I get the feeling of being that person and not playing that person. I'd rather have a mini-game then a tattoo. Sure if the mini game was actually good. But most of them in GTA lV were crap. Hopefully they take a step up in GTA V My judgements were made due to what you said in your posts and how you said them. If you don't want to evaluate yourself that's up to you. But everything I said in reference to your character I think is accurate. It's not a personal thing because I don't know who you are, or how you act in real life. But I think your online persona is a real asshole. But this may be a compliment to you. Also I don't give a shit about the trailer speculation anymore. I'll say it; you are soo right about me being soo off the mark in regards to the specualtion, I don't care, it's more important to you than it is to me. I care more about the disrespect you show towards other members ( and not just me ) -

Oh and Massacre your arrogance is unbelievable. You probably didn't even rewatch the trailer at my suggestion because your superior intellect knew that you could never be wrong. People like you that never second guess themselves, and are so self-assured are a joke. Do you know the philosophy of Dialectics, in short it is about entertaining opposing arguments and theories between two ( or more ) people using reason to find the most true answer to the problem or subject. This is different to debating, because I'm not commited to my own theories. I'm open to other's opinions, and not trying to be proven right. I'm just trying to understand as much as I can about everything. So I can find the best possible truth in things. All of this might sound a bit crazy but it's how I try to look at things. You seem to be a very stubborn and unreasonable person, very un-open to other's ideas. -

O.K you Holier Than Thou Prick what observations did you have about the trailer. And I bet you anything that plenty of people would like to see tattoo's come back in GTA V. -

GTA V Trailer + Breakdown
BlackSox9 replied to Grizzly's topic in GTA 5 Pre-Release Discussion (Closed)
Of course I'm assuming, this entire topic is based on people's assumptions. I'm glad to see some people's assumptions are more valuble than others. I'm not saying these things will definitely be in GTA V, because I don't know anything about the game yet. Oh and Marney why don't you tell me some of your assumptions so I can lol at them ( and I very much doubt you actually lol'd, hardly anyone that writes that crappy acronym actually does ). I just watched the trailer again and it seemed Rockstar had setup indicators in the trailer. If you watched it slowly pausing every second or so it seemed to present some insights into Rockstar's intentions. Maybe I was wrong ( I was feeling a bit tired and lethargic and not thinking strait ), but that Ltdee guy made a topic yesterday and I thought I would entertain his ideas by rewatching the trailer and looking for what he was talking about. And some of it kinda made sense. I knew Massacre would lock the topic as soon as he saw it, and everyone else would think it was a joke. But fuck them Call me crazy ( please, I don't mind i'm not like The Joker ), but the hiking guy and the golf guy look exactly the same, ( if you look closely ). The only difference is the beard. Maybe they're just similar character models or maybe white people all look the same to me ( I don't know ). And actually watch the part in the trailer where the red car is pulled up at the intersection ( 22 Seconds in ). First it shows a piercings sign behind the convertable, than as the woman crosses the road it kind of focuses on her right arm with the tatoo. I think this may be a very subtle sign that character customization will be back. These assumptions are probably wrong, and maybe I should of made that more clear in my other post. All I was trying to do was post some entertaining observations I had made. Obviously this was wrong because presenting a different view of how the game will be or what the protaganist will be like was a mistake. Massacre and Marney what boring crap would you like to see in the game? And what boring character do you think would make a good protaganist? This Ned Luke Dickhead? Massacre you definitly hate customization in games, so what gameplay features would you implement in their place? What would make GTA V the ultimate game in your eyes? You obviously know what everyone wants so please enlighten me as to how San Andreas features might detract from a positive experience in GTA V. Because no offence but I can't envision your boring game being any good. No RPG elements, No Weapon Mods, No buying businesses, No extra clothing, No Piercings, No Tatoos, No Muscle/Fat............................... No fun? It seems to me you want a great looking game with a great story. But nothing to do in the world aside from crappy friend activities. THIS IS SHIT!!! and I don't want it to be like that. What I want is for Rockstar to put everything they possibly can into the game ( plus the kitchen sink ). -
You mean the multiplayer side of Max Payne 3. Because there was no customization in MP3's Singleplayer.

GTA V Trailer + Breakdown
BlackSox9 replied to Grizzly's topic in GTA 5 Pre-Release Discussion (Closed)
I'm starting to see alot more things in the trailer after not watching it for some time, for instance: It's the same guy hiking ( guy in the middle ) as the one playing golf, only now he has a beard. Customization anyone? And at 24 Seconds into the trailer you see a sign for piercings ( while the convertable put's it's top down ), and the woman crossing the road just happens to have a tattoo. Also a Wig Store ( could be nothing that one ). Also the no fishing sign on the Pier at 10 Seconds in, could indicate fishing. There is Exercise Equipment next to the two women doing Yoga at 30 Seconds in and the beach gym at 33 Seconds in. Maybe exercising will be making a return. So the Fat, Muscle, Skinny sytem could be returning. The scene at 46 Seconds into the trailer where the men come out of the van. They have silencers on their AK's. So maybe weapon modification. Plus they're wearing gas masks, maybe this could be used in game to circumvent gas attacks that the police might be using. Or it could just be apart of their disguise. Also in the same scene you see an older 50's style car in the background ( I didn't see any Retro cars in GTA lV ). And Finally this scene either looks like a main story mission or you can rob stores when free roaming and are able to recruit friends/associates to help you. That's just half the trailer there for you. O.K second half: When the guy is driving the blue car 49 Seconds in, you see a pizza shop. This might be a stretch but there could be pizza delivery missions ( kind of like Taxi Missions ). In the same scene you see a 24/7 Global News outlet, I think this means there will be more News Updates of your actions ingame ( think high speed chases covered by News Helicopters ). And maybe a News show on TV ( either short episode or a 24/7 network). I'm seeing rental signs for multiple properties throughout the trailer, this I think means purchasing real estate will be a major money maker in this game ( or could just be safehouses, which is still good ). Wolf's For Rent Sign behind the Blue Car 49 Seconds in. The commercial real estate advertisement at 38 Seconds in. The For-Sale Sign for the house at 54 seconds in. The mexican workers being dusted in the field at 44 seconds in. Maybe farms are purchaseable and could be upgraded to using cheap foreign labour. It showed the port at 51 Seconds in. It Could be like in San Andreas but maybe you can import things ( aswell as exporting stolen cars ), like luxury, sport, prototype/ fantasy cars, and miltary grade vehicles with armour and weapons built-in. At 51 Seconds in where you see the homeless people under the underpass. You can also see 2 people in the back of a pickup, so maybe you can recruit cheap labour for something. For instance illegal drug laboratories, back room sweat shops, or just to help renovate your home. Liquor Store at 55 seconds in, again could mean store robbery's in-game, as well as hookers ( but we knew they were coming back ). Also that place looks pretty far away from Los Santos, with two of the women wearing cowboy hats, it could be either going down South towards the border with Mexico or East towards Nevada and Las Vegas, Las Venturas. Lastly with the three people hiking, the man and the women too his left ( when they face the camera ), are holding hands. If he is the protaganist it is possible that this may be a girlfirend he is taking out on a date. -
More like the unluckiest. There is no way I would want the massive spoiler he is getting in his gameplay session. All I want is a bit more info about the game itself and maybe a bit of what the story and the main character are about. Then nothing until I get hands on with the game itself. Can't wait for that new game smell Should get the GTA V info on the 9th of November 2012.

Parkour/ Free-running in GTA5
BlackSox9 replied to Tj1987's topic in GTA 5 Pre-Release Discussion (Closed)
Make it so some of your enemies can do that gay ass free-running shit. Then your character can follow them in a car, get out ahead of them and casually walk up to them as they come off a building and shoot them in the spine. Let's see how much running they do after that -

Just waiting for a confirmed release date -
Ezio Auditore started off in Assasin's Creed 2 as a Spoiled Brat and by the end of the game he graduated to a Giant Douchbag. The following games in the series he wasn't much better, they just replaced his dumbass/ arrogant personality with an even more boring one. I will Remember his AC games for the story and the great gameplay, but not for his character. Thank god AC3 has a new main character. Solid Snake always reminded me of Snake Plisken. He's the Ultimate Cool-as-a-Cucumber Badass. Tommy Vercetti was a stereotype, of a sterotype, of a mafioso gangsta. Boring, and nothing new or original, I would say his personality was like his appearance flashy on the outside/ dull and lifeless on the inside. Not the highlight of Vice City. CJ was a young black gangsta stereotype, but at least he was a bit more original than Tommy. He was the first playable black protaganist in a GTA game, and a major reason not to like San Andreas for many uptight closet-racist gamers. That just gave me another reason to like it, and to be impressed with Rockstar for trying different things. Things that might be unpopular with a mass audience. Rap is not very popular in society, at least not proper rap. And this game helped spark a bit more interest in it. John Marston was an interesting character, even if they tried too hard to make him into a likeable average joe, who just happens to be an expert marksman, and a mass murdering gunslinger ( kind of the same thing with Nathan Drake ). For once I would like them to make a truly unlikeable anti-hero. Niko was an almost perfect character. Truly original ( haven't seen anything like him in other games ), he was not perfect ( far from it ), and very human in the mistakes he had made in his past. He was likeable and un-likeable at the same time, and had an interesting personality and backstory to boot. If Rockstar can continue to make characters that are as original as he was, I will be very happy. Can't wait to see what they come up with

Different Police Districts
BlackSox9 replied to Ace Of Spades's topic in GTA 5 Pre-Release Discussion (Closed)
besides civillian airports not having restricted airspace as compared to a real restricted airspace like established for military operation, it wouldn't make any sense since service units like cops, firefighters and of course medics always have priority over regular air traffic, so they would in fact just penetrate an airport's airspace. further, some badass mafia killer commando hunting our protagonist down in a helicopter wouldn't give a fuck about airspace restrictions. they're in for the killing but respect airspace structure? srsly? You obviously don't know about police procedure in L.A ( and this is probably similar to other Western Major Cities aswell ). Firstly they must seek clearance from the Air Traffic Controller, before going into an Airport's restricted airspace ( and it IS restricted, civilian or not ). Most of the time this will be denied because of the many Commercial Planes landing and taking off, especially at LAX ( one of the busiest Airports in the world ). If they were as reckless as you are implying, I'm sure the Mid-Air Collision Rate would skyrocket ( if you would forgive the pun ). And if you still say they would completely shutdown the entire airports departure and arrival cycle, just so the police can chase one crazy person leading them on a high speed chase, you sir are crazy. I mean srsly? -

Different Police Districts
BlackSox9 replied to Ace Of Spades's topic in GTA 5 Pre-Release Discussion (Closed)
You can never have too many Wanted Levels maybe 7 Stars gets Aliens involved. Here's the Pitch: Maybe they were secretly watching the planet than see you causing alot of Mayhem and think you would make a good experimental subject and try and capture you. When this fails they try and kill you. Or Maybe at 7 stars Special Forces Units get involved alongside the army.
