  1. that's ghetto, but after a prick dropped our bong and it smashed we took a lemonade bottle and made it into a really shitty water bong. Just made two holes and stuck the blunt in one of them. Never again, causes tumors and shit after long term use ha sikter!
  2. Hahaha that's hilarious... really curious how that happened exactly. I'd already fucked my knee about 9 months prior. I stood up on the back seat of a school bus (which are fucking packed by the way) and turned but my foot was caught, as a result I dislocated my patella. Never went to the hospital or had it checked or anything, just took 2 days off (the weekend) and went back to school and walking on it with my full weight on it (bad idea). So anyway I went out to a house party, wasn't even remotely tipsy and went to get a beer, on the way back it did the same thing (but without provocation) and I did a 360 and hit the deck. A mate swiped my beer I had to go to hospital and was put on a splint + crutches. I didn't move for the first few days so the crutches were basically useless (the first two days were when I needed them) and anytime I walked the splint fell down so I was moved my desk over to my bed and just went about usual business in my bed. 6 months + a course of physio later it's alright now but every so often I can feel it going and next time they said they might be pushed to do surgery.
  3. late Season 2 spoiler ahead Am I having a brainfart right now or is the reason for the outbreak not been said yet? This show is easily one of the best on TV right now, surpassing even Breaking Bad.
  4. *dubstep drop* It's about time we got a breaking bad game, ala The Walking Dead
  5. Converse are really shitty quality now. If you're not worried about look like a pleb get Reebok's new ATV and tell me how they go, supposedly they help build leg muscle due to strategic placement of weights. My mothers caterpillars had the supposed "steel toe cap" last one impact from a door falling on it. The cap went all bent and distressed and wouldn't protect shit. Then she went to a swap meet/car boot and got some massive boots from a retired policeman who had the same pair for ten years. He'd dropped something like ~$170 on them and they looked close to brand new. Those bastards didn't have trouble with anything.
  6. At a house party I dislocated my knee walking from the kitchen to the living room.
  7. XBL wasn't down for ages though.
  8. I wear Converse and Timberlands. The latter are for bad weather and general things. Converse are everyday wear. I've found they are generally hardwearing apart from small details such as lettering on the back of them and rubber siding but they do get very dirty. Cleaning them is the same as any cleaning any shoe really. I use baby wipes, if that isn't enough to get them clean I let the baby wipes dry out and use 70% isopropyl, these will get clean and remove just about anything, including one incident where I had melted latex on my shoe. For small hard to reach areas I use a toothbrush and isopropyl. Elbow grease is the real trick here, the toothbrush won't damage anything so go as hard as you want. I've even found it'll remove sharpie and other permanent markers. And FYI if you're paying for work boots and need something strong $100 is not a good limit. You're limiting yourself to low end steel caps, where the material will wear away and the steel gets easily damaged and is not as thick. You definately get what you pay for with shoes. (aside from ridiculously expensive items like Gucci and Yeezy's)
  9. It's the issues with judging. A one dimensional wrestler could take a guy down then stand back up and rinse and repeat all of the day bro and he'd win despite not doing anything with the takedowns. Too much weight is put into takedowns. It just so happens that garbage fighters train them all day so they can win via points. I'm ok with wrestling. Weidman is great for it, he has a solid stand up game and if he isn't comfortable striking he'll take him down and beat the piss out of them. Its when you get guys like Guida and Jon Fitch who recognize the gaps in the rules and abuse it. There's rules in there that basically halt boring fights. Referees don't bother to use them. The first is Rule 23 - Timidity. If somebody is legitimately laying and praying, they can take a point for timidity, they aren't attempting to engage. Schaub would have had a point taken away every single round in his last fight. The second is the stand up rule. I think it's 30 or so seconds with no actual work being done (I.e. bettering the position or attempting ground and pound and submissions) they can be stood up. The referees just aren't bothering and are perfectly content with letting these guys lay on top of each other for 3 fucking rounds without the slightest warning. Dan Miragliotta is horrendous for this, the only time I've seen him enforce timidity was Anderson Silva, and he did it in the last minute of the fifth round, he should've warned him and then taken points when he carried on. He stands them up either unfairly or just doesn't bother. Kim Winslow is probably the queen of unfair stand ups, and the guy who refereed the Schaub fight is a repeat offender for letting guys lay there for 3 rounds.
  10. Jackson is actually a great coach IMO. He obviously has his major players who are very fight smart themselves, GSP, Jon Jones etc. But then he takes in smaller players like Diego and Jardine who don't really have anything going for them (Diego entered with a background in wrestling and frankly isn't very good at it and Jardine had some pretty god awful striking) and utilizing gaps in the judging makes them successful. Gaidojutso encompasses just about everything worth using from Wrestling, BJJ and the like and is a pretty impressive martial art in itsself. That said, that fight was all Gomi. Diego got a few takedowns that he didn't do anything with because his ground game leaves something to be desired for and that was it really. ''DO NOT ATTACK...WAIT 30 SECONDS. TAKE HIM DOWN. DO NOT PASS GUARD.'' - Greg Jackson
  11. Heard Struve got a tooth stuck in his cheek or something. Holy shit: [image]https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BEdXu1eCIAELrGo.jpg:large[/image] Knew it was a matter of time before Hunt finally laid his big lunchbox hands on him. Gomi got robbed btw.

    Saints Row

Finally did it. Final time: 17 Hours and 18 Minutes
  13. So uh? The game finally made it out but it's crap?
  14. It's a nice setup. Seems like one of the newer laptops so it wont be a huge pile of shit everything pre-2008 is.
  15. Sell it and get a jasper instead. Good luck getting that to overheat. Basically any xbox prior to jasper chipset is prone to overheating, red rings whatever you want to call it.

    PS4

The guy who listed the durango on eBay and leaked the specs, his buddy posted these (or something similar) a few weeks ago, they just didn't get much prominence because he wasn't selling it this time. (He's also currently on the run aparantly
  17. run this on it. http://www.hdsentinel.com/ See if its throwing up any errors, and maybe try return it.
  18. Horrible ricer gimmicky junk imo. That said I made the mistake of buying a G500. What a piece of garbitch. It now randomly double clicks for no reason and scroll wheel is a bit funny. In addition to the well documented sensor problems (its shit and poorly placed) Logitech have mercifully granted me an RMA in exchange for the god tier and frankly superior to most mice, G400
  19. It fixes much of the color issues LCD had... bearing in mind that was only the issues cheap TN panels had and IPS fixed them. I use a 19inch AOC 917Sw monitor that's 16:10 and for my second monitor an old 17 inch Acer AL1715.
  20. Give Hotline Miami a go, brilliant game.
  21. Some hard drives are just really loud. I have an external that's a real clunker but works fine.
  22. small range dirty bombs
  23. Watch it - Halo 2 is one of the best (funnest etc) games ever to play local multiplayer on, right up there with Time Splitters 2 and UT 2003. San Andreas's multiplayer was pretty crap and non existant on PC (SA:MP and MTA were good, but they were not official). Not to mention Halo and San Andreas are two completely different games.
