The ENB's are good but they require some user work to perfect them. My friend uses ENB+iCE on his GTA IV and used his own config and it looks gorgeous. ofc then he had to OC to get good performance out of it because GTA IV naturally performs poorly

I probably wouldn't even give GTA IV a 9/10. It's a shoddy game. They're also relatively unknown. And, honestly, above 95% is pretty much perfect. Ah, well.
