    publicity wise and making a big who-ha, this would tactically be perfect. its never been done before. release a trailer, then screen shots, have a month or so dark period, then BANG, its being released tomorrow. no warning, no announcement. it would be a selllllll outt.!!!! they're trying to build up the hunger. the more we crave for it the more we talk about it.

    like others said, i dont need the i7, using the money for the graphics card. spoke to the component retailer and he advised for gaming to stick to i5. again i7 for rendering and CAD/design work. even then, i5 can still keep up with rendering to some limits. but the home pc is going to be for gaming only. [with webbing etc]

    i rather have a huge map, more content, more stuff to do in a game like GTA then quality of graphics... even if GTA 5 has the same quality as 4 i'd be okay with it, as long as its BIG... and keeps me occupied for years of fun.

    i had it going up during dial up days. think i started just when windows 98 came out. very basic, not much on the web. just there for minimal college research and emails. 1st movie i downloaded was about 700MB and took few days. sometimes a week. in a way i do wish the internet didnt grow so big. its effed everyones brain up. and such a waste of time. like mine.

    was thinking about this the other day, check what everything around me does, new interactions etc... drive around in a few cars, see the sites. but i think the exploring part will be limited like other episodes, until missions are completed. agreed thats if that part isnt locked off [mission completions etc] forgot about that...

    all i want is a mo-fo lorry with trailer attachment. used to give me so many more hours of game play in SA. i think that comes before modding. reason: we can all mod car in real life and in other games, we cant get a lorry, attach a trailer and bring hell to a city.

    it would be nice if cops tried tactics.... like driving and they box you in, or use spikes, cops in bikes, more real. also with this. when shooting peds in general, would be nice to see limbs fly off and more gore.

    Give it a few weeks. lol... its true though... whats the delay... my guess is they aint ready. if they aint ready to give more screens it could be most possible that the game also isnt ready. so very slim chance of 2012 release. maybe mid 2013.

    Currently have a Quad 9550, 6GB RAM, 1GB gfx, and total s*** asrock motherboard. sh** PSU. standard cooler on all, midi gaming case, windows XP been saving about £1500 [$2250] to build a mid-high spec gaming pc, now i'm thinking shall i wait for GTA5 to be released [or recommended specs] before i buy and build? or should i just go ahead. If i do it right now the spec will be as follows: i5 4.5ghz [over clocked], H100 cooler, Gigabyte Z77 motherboard, 16GB corsair vengeance, 850W corsair PSU, EVGA GTX 680 2GB, Antec 1200 case, 250GB SSD [or around that size], windows 7 any thoughts?

    i just hope they don't rush this [even though i can't wait for it]. i rather have a large map to play with and more "activities" to do around the map. with the map i'm guessing its just going to be a big city, areas will be restricted by means of road blocks, building sites etc etc. [opposed to bridges] the city itself will be closed in by land and sea... sea going on forever... and land being the countryside going on forever [repeating the map area]. the coasts might be beach's or cliffs. hope they have many terrains

    not enough funds to run ultra. save for a while, otherwise whats going to happen is you build a PC with your budget and then next year when a new game is out your PC wont be up to spec. simple equation is more you spend on top components. = more future proof PC is

    Don't know if its been asked before but is GTA 5 going to be out on PC? most of the retailing websites only have PS3 or xbox. And RDR wasn't on PC so could they also do the same for GTA5?

    animals that attack would be great. or keep as pets, like dogs etc... follow the character around etc. even attack other peds on command.

    what would make this game epic: has to have trucks with trailer attachment, like san andreas mountains to drive up and fly off [which looks like they'll have] animals [attacking ones] more guns more interaction with peds [swaring, slapping, asking, threatening] customisation on cars waterfalls [which looks like they'll have]
