Bollocks to sensible names for my guns, I prefer to be childish! Anyway, done a lot of work at Sanctuary and added some new buildings including a whore house! And now for the whore house - was originally going to put something else along with 'tits' too but I ran out of the required resources at the time. One of the rooms for watching porn... One of the bedrooms. You get free drugs/chems too! Even pervs can watch... Washing & toilet facilities - a rather strange & disturbing set up! Strip bar on the top floor: Complete with a raised 'catwalk' I've also took the time to restore a destroyed house or two at other settlements and have started work on a 'monster' structure at Abernathy Farm. Essentially I've turned Fallout 4 into my own version of Grand Designs!

With regards to the Silver Shroud Quest...

First time in a while I've been on GTA but I finally managed to drag myself away from Fallout! Anyway, pics from today - just dicking about with the Tampa mostly. A 'douchebag' selfie. -
Love this guy's commentary! Did a pretty good job too.

Nah, over Twitter. I accused them of being 'fucking stupid' and said their criticisms are damn well wrong (and I used their hashtag) - next had one of their presenters replying saying "It's in our Top 20 games of the year and you're still complaining. Brilliant." Yet he/they put in the top 20 games of the year yet spent most of the time criticising it!! Surely the whole point of a top 20 is you actually praise the games?
-
Got into a little disagreement with one of the presenters of 'Videogame Nation' (on Challenge). They've put it in their 'top 20 games' of 2015 but ridiculously low down on their list (7th for fuck sake! ) Yet he spent most of the time criticising it! Now claims it's a 'flawed masterpiece' - now granted there are some minor problems, but describing it as flawed is going too far. Surely the whole point of a 'top 20' is to talk about how good a game was, but yet they spent the majority of time criticising it. For one other game they had in the top 20 all they talked about was how they liked the look of the English countryside?! Baffling.

Well my t-shirt arrived! (along with a pack of Haribo)

I'm much the same - only done one or two story quests and a few side quests. Kind of neglected most of my settlements - only tend to give them the basics and then leave them as they are. As for the attacks - I keep forgetting about them so the residents go down to 0, however, just fast travelling to them and the residents 'reappear'. I do have intentions to build up all my 'main' settlements - already building up Sanctuary obviously, and want to build up the Castle, Sunshine Tidings Co-op etc. Might get the game finished in about 6 months!
-
I am! In the process of building it at the moment - ground floor has all the stalls whilst the first floor has all the 'shop' shelves etc. Pretty pointless on the face of it, but I'm intent on building up a good community! Also working on building a 'walkway' in the sky which will eventually connect all my buildings together. Was originally going to leave it for a while but after seeing other people's settlements, I changed my mind after I got a few ideas.

This made me laugh before!

Not posted any in a while. Anyway, these are my 'latest' taken last month. Weather has been shit for the past few weeks so haven't been out and about for a while. Finally! Will be interesting to see how much the luxury yacht will cost - I still have about $9m in the bank. Was going to buy Just Cause 3 as another game to play over Christmas, but think I'll be too busy with this and Fallout 4.
-
I hope they don't patch the settlement size glitch. After seeing someone else's settlement (Sanctuary) on The Gaming Bible, I have some big plans and ideas for mine!
-
Will probably make some additions to my 'mansion' and some tweaks but for now I'll need to turn my attention to the rest of the settlement and the others too which I've neglected. I may actually do some quests! I think I can now judge Fallout 4 to be one of the best games I've ever played. Mind you, I usually say that for most open world games!

Right, finally took some screenshots - apologies for the amount but I just wanted to show off a little bit! Tried putting various bits and pieces around the 'house' (i.e junk I've collected) but some of it is glitched where it just falls through the floor or disappears. Anyway to start off with.... I built an extension so it's now 'attached' to the house on the left Bit of 'decking': Up on the 'roof terrace' Ground floor is the workshop area - obviously this still needs stuff added to once I unlock the relevant perks First floor living quarters Second floor living quarters for all the riff-raff! Third floor living quarters (my space!) Essential reading.... Top floor... first off, the office area! (lights, pics etc could only be put pretty low on the walls sadly due to the height of the building). And you can see what I mean with the junk objects glitching.... Note the 'facepalm' from Piper! Nice views from the balcony Showing off a little bit....

I'm only level 27 too, even though I have been playing it a lot. The vast majority of my time has been spent scavenging, exploring, clearing out places, trading and working on my home at sanctuary. So bollocks to the quests and trying to find my son, I've a home to finish! Which reminds me, I must get round to taking some screenshots - I'm quite proud of it!
-
Me neither. Cleared another place out and found more power armour, then (for once) did a side quest and found even more power armour and also another Fat Man (which I can sell since I already have one). Just shows how bloody good this game is when I set out to do one thing then ending up doing something completely different! Anyway, this is my collection of power armour so far - just need to find a helmet for the latest set I found before.
-
I must be the only one who's hardly done any quests (just a few side ones) and spent the majority of my time scavenging, wandering and building up my 'home' at Sanctuary. Looks pretty impressive now - have built an extension on the side and made a 'roof terrace' complete with patio furniture! Must remember to take a few screenshots later.

Being a massive fan of Fallout, I couldn't resist buying another t-shirt when I spotted it on Qwertee: https://www.qwertee.com/(can't paste the image sorry!). Bought three in the past from there including a pip boy 'Road Warrior' t-shirt. If anyone else wants to buy anything from there, I advise getting the next size up as they do shrink a bit after the first wash.
-
I'm nowhere near the end too - the only quests I've done are side-ones. Most of my time has been spent exploring, scavenging and 'working' on Sanctuary (built quite a 'man-pad'!). Going to be a long time before I finish the game!
-
Can you move any settlers around between settlements? Got quite a few at one settlement but would prefer to move them to Sanctuary. One of my settlements got attacked last night - soon as I got there, about 5 super mutants came after me along with a couple of mutant hounds. Somehow I managed to hold and kill them off whilst frantically running and turning round! (I had stupidly forgot to put my power armour on). As for my 'home' at Sanctuary, gradually adding bits to it as and when I can but in very short supply of steel - need to find some new places to scavenge as I can't afford to keep buying it (need the caps to spend on ammo and stimpaks). Will take some screenshots later.
-
Personally, I'm absolutely loving the game and it's going to be a long time before I put down the game (well apart from when I eventually get Just Cause 3). Easily GOTY for me but that's easy to say considering I've only bought two games this year (the other being Dragonage Inquisition but that was released November last year anyway). Always love how I go out to do a certain thing but then spot somewhere worth exploring and end up doing something completely different anyway! As for settlements - got a few going but Sanctuary is my main focus at the moment. Get that built up first and then look to see what I can do with the rest.
-
I've practically spent the night working on my new 'building' - took a lot of faffing around and it isn't pretty (I suppose you could say it looks like a bomb's hit it! ) Couldn't build any higher unfortunately but this is how it looks at the moment. Still a lot to do and there'll be a few changes along the way... Going to have to put a wire fence on the 'balconies' - I fell off quite a few times whilst building!
