    Rockstar have very high standards. Their games have to be top notch. They've never gone for cheapness in order to gain more money. If they're going to add something, it's for the benefit of the actual game itself and it's players, not themselves as a company.

    The ability to drive up and down the vast landscape in a modded off-road vehicle. Mmm..

    I'd like more variety in the emergency services. In other words, I'd like to see a fire chief vehicle along with the fire engine, a separate EMT along with the ambulance and different vehicles for different police vehicles. Maybe the addition of trucks for the K-9 unit and such.

    He may appear in some DLC. He wouldn't of been told if he'd be doing something for DLC as of yet anyway from Rockstar. As far as I know, Rockstar start every game of with the location, the story, the characters and then additional missions and interfaces throughout the city.

    This game starts out as an sandbox game, not a RPG or a Racing one. They'd have to waste the use of two buttons to do it. I don't think there's a real need for one.
