Grove Street, the airport and Mt.Chiliad. That's if the first and third options are within the game.

Oh yeah, the ability to control the game's gameplay speed (Not just when you're in a car) and more climbable environments, not just ladders. I like to free run in GTA IV, so with more climbable environments, it would be a lot more fun to free run.

I'm looking for better car crashes, parachutes, tons of customisation, ability to purchase more items (Cars, Guns, Houses etc), more drivable vehicles, more side missions, more buildings to enter, more weapons, realistic traffic (Buses driving around etc) and the ability to customise your own radio station on consoles (Like Independance FM on GTA IV for PC). That's all I can think of for now.
