May 23rd Russian Previews
eXo Mirakle replied to DuPz0r's topic in GTA 5 Pre-Release Discussion (Closed)
I think what the Russians haven't thought of is maybe, just maybe, that mission was only a small one to demonstrate the combat. It'd make no sense to put one of the big heists in. -
I had my hopes high at the start when they revealed the console. I was like "Your off to a good start Microsoft, don't disappoint me." Then I got a kick in the balls and found out next to nothing about XboxOne apart from all that TV shit. When they finally finished with all that talk, I thought "maybe we'll hear something about games now?" Then came CoD, which I'm not a big fan of. Also, instead of showing CoD, why not show off one of their exclusives? I was disappointed. I loved my 360 but it looks like I'm going to be reunited with Sony, depending on E3 of course.

Don't worry guys, I got this. I'll scare him.

I myself am looking forward to rolling them and crushing the guys on the outside. Cause that's what they get for being there. -

This is just a couple with a quick google search. Also, I don't think they would jump from car to car. I think it's more of a easier and quicker way to transport more officers. -

Anybody got a line on this? It really isn't anything new. Can't believe I wasted my money. -

yea, like dup just said a little ways above me, they do edit the screenshots... i think they take the screenshot at a ridiculously high resolution and shrink it down to enhance it... the best way to compare the game would be to look at the trailer screencaps... I think it will look better than this, at least the people. Look at them faces. -
Grand Theft Auto Online
eXo Mirakle replied to DuPz0r's topic in GTA 5 Pre-Release Discussion (Closed)
it was like that in saints row and that game was stupid and fun as hell. Rockstar could feasibly pull it off and somehow work a story into your online character to. I read somewhere, can't remember where or if it was even GTA V, that they are planning something big for multiplayer. Could be a story like you said or it could just be little missions in free roam that you can do with friends. Stuff like: Bank robberies, assassinations, cage fighting, taking out bases (like in RDR), hunting, racing, etc. Just a thought.- 512 replies

Grand Theft Auto Online

I was wondering what character customization would be like in multiplayer. Whether it would be like GTA IV, where you can really only change the sex and a few clothing items, or would you choose a default look and be able to go to shops in free roam. It wouldn't be that hard to implement into multiplayer, would it?- 512 replies

As a separate game mode like Team Deathmatch or something, I can see that happening but without all the prepping. One team is security and/or police and the other is the robbers.

That looks like Franklin shooting at them. Dressed in green as well. I wonder if that means he's apart of The Families? -

I want to play it now but I'm glad that they want it as good as they can get before releasing it. If they didn't push it back, I wonder how many of these awesome things would still be in it. -

They meant Los Santos is different from Vice City. They didn't mess up at all. I see now. I stand corrected. -

Ah, I missed that. I skimmed through everything cause ironically, I was tired from staying up waiting for the info. I might go back through and give it a proper read now that I'm refreshed. Thanks Gun. -

I just realised Edge called Los Santos "Vice City" in the Waterworld part. "From the moment Trevor gets in a motorised dinghy and sets off up the coast it’s clear that we’re not in Vice City any more." I know it's nothing big. I just found it funny. Also, about the heist crew you can hire. They say you gotta split the earnings. Can you hire them and then kill them near the end so you don't have to pay them? -
GTA V Animal Discussion

I'd say they mean hunting as in, you go shoot the wild animals and that's it. Not like hunting in RDR. -

Maybe you can get harpoons? Wouldn't be a surprise. -
The 2 different Buffalo pics give me small hope of car customization.

How realistic should GTA V be?
eXo Mirakle replied to Caolan Mc Garry's topic in GTA 5 Pre-Release Discussion (Closed)
The weapon wheel from RDR would be cool. Whatever weapons you have selected are what your character is carrying but he still has more than what's shown. I've seen so many people say that having the RDR weapon style would limit you more and it wouldn't be GTA but in reality you held more in RDR. You got to hold numerous pistols, rifles, shotguns, snipers, thrown, etc. You just had to use the wheel. I'd also prefer the wheel so I don't have to keep tapping the D-Pad to get to the weapon I want. -
R18+ in Australia.
eXo Mirakle replied to eXo Mirakle's topic in GTA 5 Pre-Release Discussion (Closed)
I don't think they would re-release the old GTA games. I probably could import games now. I didn't even think of importing, good suggestion. Thanks guys. -
The disgust in his voice could be because his friend is stupid enough to think dealing drugs is enough. It's obvious he's a bit more ambitious than his friend. I'd say it'd be the typical "I'm done with the gangsta, thug life. I want something better and less dangerous" type of thing. You could be right though. This is just my opinion. We'll never truly know till the game comes out.

I don't know if this has been covered but here goes. So recently Australia, where I live, has been allowed R18+ games. I've heard that some things had to be edited for Australians in past GTA games to fit into the MA15+ category. I was thinking this could mean stuff like decapitations will return like in Vice City, also sex scenes and nudity, etc. More of an uncut version really. I remember the strippers in GTA 4 never got naked and shooting people never really left any marks apart from a little blood stain. I was wondering what you guys think of this. Did Australians miss anything? Or was it pretty much the same game?
-
Just cause you don't want to deal drugs doesn't mean you don't like to use them. Majority of people I know who smoke that shit, aren't dealers. Also, he could just be against it cause he doesn't want to be stuck in that life forever. By the sounds of it, he'll do illegal things but only if it leads to him having a good life later. Which, for most drug dealers, it doesn't happen that way.

What are you looking for in GTA5?
eXo Mirakle replied to Qdeathstar's topic in GTA 5 Pre-Release Discussion (Closed)
In Sleeping Dogs (amazing game, give it a try if you've never played it), you can jump from your car to another car to hijack it. To do that, you hold the X button (PS3) to open your door and hang out of the car, and when a green marker appears on a nearby car, you release the button to jump onto the car. But you'll continue to hold the door open as long as you hold the X button. The O button served no purpose when driving in GTA IV. Jumping from car to car isn't very realistic, given the protagonists, but holding your door open would be a good use of the button. ItYeah, I wouldn't like to jump from car to car. Like you said, it just wouldn't fit in GTA. I remember trying to hit people with the door on Sleeping Dogs but it done nothing. I wanna drive along the side of a sidewalk with my door open. It'd probably get ripped off in not time, but it would be worth it.
