  1. I like my weather reports with a little sexual innuendo, the weather reports on the radio in GTA IV were fine. Maybe there's an app for the game's smartphone to provide more detailed weather, but I don't really think it should be more than sunny, cloudy, rain, etc. Although I like the idea of wind effecting car handling.
  2. Check out this Demo of hacking mode in Watch Dogs I usually feel like the multiplayer in open world games tend to be tacked on (R* games being the exception of course), but the idea that someone could be in my game hacking me as I play just feels so right in the overall feel of this game! I honestly couldn't give care less what was being said about Watch Dogs interactive multiplayer during E3, but now I know I have to get this game.

You're right but the did show gameplay footage, check the second ign link and the one just below. I was a bit busy during this year's E3, but I managed to catch Ubisoft's conference and they demo'd the game live. I'll add the demo in this post so you can check out the gameplay. I added the ign interview because when I saw the demo I thought you had to fast travel between cities, although that's not what the creative director said to ign

I feel like this game flew under the radar for a lot of people at E3 this year, but it got me very excited. It's an online open world racing game set in the whole of the United States featuring everything from racing on the streets, off-road and even tracks, In addition to challenges like takedowns and off-roading. Cars can be customized for the nature of your race or challenge. What I found to be so impressive is the sheer size of the game, you could literally drive from LA to New York! There are plenty of US cities featured in the game as well as diverse countrysides. I found the following interview with Julian Gerighty, the games creative director to be quite informative, although I should warn you that Greg Millers laugh will rape your ears http://www.ign.com/v...gn-live-e3-2013 This game looks like it will be great, but it's also got me really excited at what a next gen GTA might be like.
  5. I have a recurring nightmare where I unscrew one of my nipples and eat it, so I tend to avoid sleep until I pass out which is why I'm always tired. I play videogames to stay up so Dozy Gamer sums it up rather nicely. Ok so maybe the recurring nightmare bit isn't true but I did have that dream once and woke up frightened and confused, fortunately both my nipples were intact. I could probably start a whole blog about all my weird dreams. You can find me on Destructoid as DozyGamer too.
  6. Yup, it was featured in an episode of VH1's The Fabulous Life of Billionaire Lumberjacks. It belonged to the guy responsible for cutting down the magical erected forest which cursed all of mankind with morning wood. Also I wonder if we could buy pets. I want to get Franklin a cat that Chop could chase around. There's my contribution.
  7. It seems to be a thing with some custom chopper builders, they like a cleaner look - see http://4.bp.blogspot...s1600/21591.jpg for an example This has actually got me a little excited at how deep the vehicle customization goes.
  8. I don't know if it's all those stupid deodorant ads that were on ign's live coverage; but is Franklin sniffing his armpits?
  9. Found this leaked Watch Dogs E3 trailer on youtube, apparently posted a couple of hours ago. It's all CG though and doesn't say much about the game, I hope we get more on Watch Dogs in the next couple of days. I also remember Rockstar -while not actually participating in E3 2004- released the above screenshot online of CJ on a bicycle in front of the Los Santos convention center. Which, of course, is based on the iconic LA convention center where E3 is held every year. While I know Rockstar hasn't been in E3 for a long time, I'd be lying if I said I'm not hoping for, at least, a screenshot of the new LS convention center in the next couple of days.
  10. No water bikes GS, Jesus can ride on water too. Jesus must be the 4th protagonist!
  11. I watched now you see me a couple of days ago, it was alright I guess. I also started watching the new season of Arrested Development and I don't understand why that show ever got cancelled. It's a bit confusing to keep up though, since they're showing how the past couple of years have been for the different characters. I recently got to watch Tobias's last couple of years and his ANUSTART! He's probably my favorite character in the show.
  12. Oops, sorry I'm on vacation and I'm posting from my phone so things are a bit weird.
  13. To put what Cheezy said in broader terms, wars are fought for the attainment of wealth and/or power and are justified by ideology. Wether it's religious or political ideology, it is merely a means to an end. It is something we all identify with, all people hold something to be sacred wether it's their religion, their nationality or even their favorite sports team. We defy logic and reason to believe in something because it's convenient or familiar. 14. Appreciate the offer Cheezy, I'm only going to be in town until tomorrow then hitting the road to NY. Another time perhaps.
  15. I love Boston! I went to Uni there and fell in love with the city. Though I gotta say I'd prefer a sequel to Bully set in a University in a psuedo-Boston. They could even include Bullworth as a town outside the city. It's actually cool to read so many of you would like to see a GTA set in Boston today since I arrived in Boston earlier today to attend my brother's graduation! I've been getting all nostalgic going all around town.
  16. I wonder if we'll be able to listen to the radio in the sub. I think Floppy has two people posting from his profile, or he's just a troll. His English is sometimes good, and other times it is firstably argue. @BlackSox what happened to Snake Plissken?
  17. Yeah I downloaded blood dragon a couple of days ago and it's pretty funny. Though to be honest I found it really hard to see much and it kind of made me want to play FC3 again.
  18. I was unaware there were so many 1986's
  19. After AC3, I had lost interest since I was hoping Desmond would finally get his own game. Though this trailer just hyped me up again. If you really don't feel like paying for the game Massacre, remember that "nothing is true, everything is permitted" including shoplifting! I wasn't aware about that whole peta mess from a couple of months ago, and I must say Peta is a cult. They keep saying GO VEGAN! Like Epsilonists say Kifflom. They're only riding the publicity Ubisoft will be creating with marketing the game. If they did care, they would go after those awful (as in gameplay wise) hunting games Cabela's shits out every other year. I'm sorry to bring up something from a couple of months back but peta really pisses me off.
  20. I know I've seen these artworks before but I don't think I ever noticed the teddy on Trevor's truck before. Who's Betty.
  21. I think Niko's plane ticket was just hinting at the setting of the next GTA more than anything else. The consequences of the last decisions in IV were too drastic for him. Packie though... I think it's plausible because there was no explanation to why they would show him leaving LC at the end of TBoGT. He does tell Niko that he always wanted to see Ireland though, but why show him leaving at the end of TBoGT and not IV. I'd still just rather have the GTA version of Fallout though.
  22. Imagine an alternate reality, where our protagonists have never met, and have survived some kind of apocalyptic event and human civilization has been destroyed. Los Santos and the surrounding countryside have become a horrible (awesome) dystopia where insane gangs kill each other for basic necessities. Trevor is a lonesome renegade living in the wilderness killing any trespassers and fighting off rogue gangs that try to take his territory. Michael becomes the leader of a seemingly utopian society that have plenty of resources and living in a secured gated community in the suburbs of Los Santos. Franklin is in south LS with Lamar and the Grove Street boys fighting gangs for resources, using heavy grade weapons that used to belong to the cops. The trio needs to come together as a powerful force encroaching towards the West destroying everything in it's path. This force is essentially the remnants of the US military run by a right wing lunatic who plan to wipe out all the people living in the Western Wastelands and rebuild their xenophobic version of America (think the Enclave and the worst parts of the Brotherhood from the Fallout series lead by Father Comstock from Bioshock Infinite). They have superior military power and Michael needs to share his resources with the Franklin and his gang to stand a chance. Trevor helps them get to some kind of super weapon in the military base, then destroy the Enclave enemies from the East. Imagine the pop-culture references Rockstar good make! From Mad Max to Escape from LA, in addition the games mentioned above. It may not even be that far-fetched considering how Rockstar flipped the dramatic and realistic RDR world into a whacky post-apocalyptic zombie Western. So basically yes, I want a Rockstar Fallout game. Whoops, sorry I did a search for DLC I guess this topic existed.
