I'm doing the epsilon missions now but they don't count towards percentage. I can't even get the rest of the towing missions.

I've finished the main missions and now don't seem to be getting anymore Strangers and Freaks missions. they aren't appearing on the map and when I try to call any of them it either rings out or I get a busy signal. Have I missed something or is it too late once the story missions are done? Because I still need to do at least 6 to get the pass on them.

I think I got that speed in the mission where you need to get the two supercars to race you. I can't remember but my theory is a catch up mechanic on the mission so you don't fail if you clip something

178.15mph in a stock bullet. I modded an Adder and tried to top it but didn't. I topped it out on the freeway too. I think this is what they meant by over tuning.
