patching works, but the network itself isn't up... i was able to update new vegas a couple weeks ago too... but i am like you dup, i am worried that i might miss out on the exclusive mission and have to replay the game just to play it... i mean don't get me wrong, i expect i'll play it again but i would be pretty upset if i miss out on it in the first playthrough... and i've decided not to sell my pre-order codes since no one will probably want them with the network being down...

oh yea, because i pre-ordered the game just for the soundtrack ...

cause i look greek?? not sure why either... the more i watch the trailer, the more i feel like graham might be the "sorta" good guy here, trying to do what caeser did with the legion, but with better intentions... after all, "honest hearts" means something ... he see's the same scenario that he saw in arizona, with tribes fighting for territory, and perhaps wonders if this could be a way to it the right way... then again, he could see the same tyrannical vision of murderous control... i mean after all, he was caeser's right hand man for many years... but he might also see... etc... fuck this speculating, let's get on with it already!! at least i won't be distracted by LA Noire on top of HH for another week or so... there was a heavy focus on weapons in the trailer too... lots of melee, thrown, and i saw a powerfist in a couple of scenes too... a few new guns like an auto-shotty and a modified service rifle?? and the pistol with greek (or latin/roman)... not much in the line of laser weapons though... but i think we'll be walking away with some unique gems ... hey, what if there are "turf-wars" going on in zion?! having to return to defend the place?? lol, sorry but it might actually be more fun than the wars in san andreas...

geohot and anonymous opened the floodgates... they might not be responsible for the recent attacks but they made hacking sony the cool thing to do right now... hackers never really bothered me to be honest but now that they are actually fucking with me, i feel the urge to create a railway rifle and pin their limbs to the wall behind them... i really dig the 'ol fashioned tribal wars, which beckons back to the days when caeser and graham reshaped the southwest all by themselves, which i am sure plays a heavy role in the story of honest hearts... it looks like perhaps graham needs some assistance (or retribution) with the mormans he originally hailed from... i am beginning to think that the white legs represent the group of mormons that hail the burned man's return (because of the medical wrap), and daniel represents the true mormons... and since graham has been run out of the legion, he decides that perhaps he can help his fellow mormon followers in taking back zion and focusing on revenge against the legion... it sounds like this story is going to really mess with the main faction stories of the mojave... dead money was kind of a game all itself, but honest hearts is definitely a missing piece to the main story...

i don't see that, unless it was form an unofficial screenshot... makes sense that perhaps someone survived vault 22 and managed to make it to zion with information, perhaps even starting one of the tribes... who knows... did you hear the other rather disappointing news regarding honest hearts?? since the playstation network is down, honest hearts is delayed until the network is back up... the reasoning; there's an agreement between microsoft, sony and bethesda that states the rest of the add-on have to release simultaneously... EDIT: nevermind, i finally spotted the "22" painted on the mountainside... not sure what it represents, kind of looks like 3 vault doors opening with a beakon light and 22 written all over underneath the vaults... or it could be the year the white legs were founded, 2222... again, who knows...

i guess that isn't patrick stewart?? the name i saw was no one i ever heard of... and i thought i spotted a variant of the combat armor, so i am sure there's something decent out there as far as armor goes... the tribal stuff doesn't look all that interesting though... and holy shit, i think i saw an automatic shotgun!! i hope it's deadlier than the riot shotgun ... and i think i saw a women who was about to throw a fire axe!! i like the vertical build of zion and the colors... and yes, the yao guai has returned!! and what the fuck was that venus fly trap?! hopefully it spits something at you because the plants in vault 22 were WEAK!!...

sony has taken back it's deadline, or claimed that it was never set in stone... i think they don't want the hackers to have a heads up as to when the store returns... i thought it was kind of fishy yesterday that they would even mention a deadline... with something like this and millions of pissed off customers, the worse thing to do is give a deadline, then not make it... you'd think they learned their lesson last week, lol...

i thought honest hearts sounded as such... zion sounded like a giant mountainous playground... well well, this is great news... at least i don't have to do "everything" before i leave, nor would i need to conserve my inventory... i am sure there's plenty of safe containers to store stuff in until you can transfer it back to the mojave...

so is fallout DLC but they'll miss out on that one for a while... i recall last year that broken steel, the pitt and point lookout remained as top 20 downloads for a few months... i bet dead money was up there for a while as well... basically, playstation has probably lost out on nearly a billion dollars in sales for store items and having to pay developers that were slotted to release this month... @massacre - leave the blood stains... just clean up the fecal matter...

she's got a cute voice, i've heard her stuff on QORE... if the playstation network was working right now, the actual footage and story would be all over the internet by now instead of trapped in a 20 second clip... that old world blues story was suppose to be in this month's episode...

well i guess i won't get the privilege of playing "HONEST HEARTS" with my fellow xbox and PC gamers when it launches next week... instead it'll be just like old times when i get to play it after everyone has already beaten it... i can't stress this enough, but FUCK HACKERS!!

@superdupzor - the online network will be working yes, but the store is still rumoured to be down initially... which means that the social club probably works, but the store might still be down...

boooooooooooo!! actually i don't really care at the moment... i am more upset that the store could still be down when "honest hearts" comes out on may 17th... i might get a little upset but, i do have LA noire play when that time comes... i wonder if with the network being down, or even the store being down if it affects us from syncing our game with the R* social club... there is exclusive content for those that do link it up, and it would suck to be cut off from that content due to the network being down... perhaps the social club works separately form the network, like netflix does...

i was going to mention this... i think it's realistic to think that GTAV will be at least 2 discs on the 360... R* packs a lot of content into their games... but they did manage to pack a lot of stuff into a single disc for RDR so, i guess it's possible that they can get it to fit on one... but if R* is expanding the GTA universe, it's easy to say that the data for V will be far greater than the data from RDR... so i still say 2 discs... and if they implement the facial tech from LA noire, we could be looking at 3 to 4 discs...

SONY will now forever be targeted by hackers, thanks to geohot and anonymous... god dammit i want my system back... i wish hackers would just stick with PC and leave the good honest console fans alone who don't want to mod their systems... we're happy with just playing games the way they were intended... 95% of the sony fanbase has no intentions of ever modding their system and hacking... but the problem now is PC hackers want in on the action, and don't give a shit about the consequences, fully thinking they are in the right anyways... like i said, i just want my system back... fuck hackers...

if no one has played just cause 2, shame on you... what a gorgeous looking open-world map... i am kind of curious as to the scale of fallout 3 and fallout new vegas compared to that chart... i would have to say it's closer to far cry 2's size, minus the vehicular travel of course... and i though fuel! was suppose to be thousands of square miles, why isn't it on that chart??

probably, i haven't turned on the PS3 in a few days... thinking about watching some noir films on netflix though so, i might fire it up this evening...

haha, somehow i knew that was going to happen... thank you R* for not gimping the game across all platforms, just to get the 360 version to fit it on one disc... considering that this was a PS exclusive, i was afraid they'd drastically cut into the game to make it fit... this reassures me that they didn't ...
