had to scrap a flat basketball, desk fan, and military grade circuit board... but it was worth it...
-
nope, fans of bethesda are gonna buy them regardless... same with rockstar, yet they drag theirs out for years... and lots of gamers are always like, "aww man, i gotta wait until fall?! "... now they can be like, "fuck yea, next month! "
-
some more rumors flying around are fallout 76 could drop later in july instead of at the end of the year... i mean, fallout 4 was pretty much done when they announced it, so 76 could be in the same boat... perhaps they knew what the fall scheduling looked like and figured the best opportunity to get a jump start on it is an early release... i feel like 2 months is enough time to get a game packaged and sent out...

RDR2 Pre-Order Bonus / Special Editions
CaPn bOnEs replied to CaPn bOnEs's topic in Red Dead Redemption 2
i am still on the fence about the box, but it's so expensive without a game... had they said $120, and taken out an item or two and thru the game in, i would buy it... but with the bonus content on the others, like vicey said, it's all obsolete a few hours in anyways... i don't use anything from the GTAV collectors edition i bought online... nothing! lol... i am full on digital now, and i think the special and ultimate are physical copies as well... nah, hard pass on that shit lol... -

i am no rush for elder scrolls... just like i was in no rush for a new fallout... at this point in time, i trust bethesda more than rockstar when it comes to delivering a game at the right time... if they show anything new for the elder scrolls series at E3, cool... if they don't? cool... i am fine waiting for when the time is right... name one mother fucker you know that thought we were getting a new fallout game this year? at least when they tease it, it's coming... not like RDR2, which should of came out last fall lol... and could still possibly be delayed out of 2018 altogether lol... game companies delayed games to not be in their path... then once again... but now?? nope, they're tired of it, this fall is jam packed with games... rockstar would be smart in delaying it again, because a lot of games aren't backing down anymore...
-
because fallout 76 isn't going to be an MMO... it's just fallout 4 2.0 with rumored online co-op... elder scrolls online was built to be a warcraft style game... people have said tho, it's gotten a lot better over the years, but i still have no interest in ESO... i haven't bought anything outside of content released in the season pass i got for $30 when it was first announced... i haven't spent a dime in their creators club store, i've just been getting their free stuff... i haven't seen the microtransactions bug yet with bethesda i don't think...
-
i don't see why it would... they're using the fallout 4 engine, and a completely uncharted timeline for story...
-
i think 25 years is enough time for scavengers with guns to organize a bit... pockets of raiders here and there... i feel like this area probably wasn't directly hit by a bomb... being that it's near DC, i'm sure that was the focus of the launches... so there could still be a lot of humans roaming around trying to survive out there, probably throwing some shade at these perky vault dwellers who had a cushy life... as with fallout 4, they did introduce new mutations like the bloodbug and singwing... perhaps radscorpions are present, as well as radroaches... so we might get some mountainous like mutations, perhaps a form of cougar... yao guai is a definite...
-
hopefully it's just optional co-op... i don't think they'd force you to play online, perhaps it's a drop in drop out kind of online... in another "leak" they said the settlement building was an experiment for fallout 4 to see if they could make this 76 game work... and since settlements were largely a success, they went ahead with 76... this same "leak" also said they're gonna mention something about TES6 at E3, soooo ... i think it will be quite interesting to play a game 25 years after the great war... yes, no supermutants, but there's still deathclaws and ghouls... i'm just imagining the vault dwellers emerging from the vault and seeing a similar scene outside of vault 101 with dead skeletons wanting in... and when they walk out to cheerfully proclaim they're here to rebuild the world, a gang of raiders starts firing on them ...
-
i would play co-op survival... but i don't want to play against other players... let us team up and quest together, rebuild the land... people have been asking for fallout online for years, so this might be it... hopefully once fallout 5 rolls around, we'll be back to a normal fallout game... this seems more like an experiment of sorts, to see how the world reacts, and perhaps something that can be reduced and refined for future games... i would love to play with friends, not against them in fallout...

good video, OPX ... ----- i hope this isn't entirely true... https://kotaku.com/sources-fallout-76-is-an-online-survival-rpg-1826425333

a guy i work with has an insider who says this will be a world building game, as in, fallout meets minecraft ... he's been wrong before i guess, but he's also been right... we'll see, it does make sense that you're rebuilding the world considering that it's reclamation day...
-
they're already releasing RAGE 2 this year as well... they're having an entire conference to talk about games ... ---------- so apparently the trailer takes place after reclamation day ... note the pine trees and mountains behind vault boy...
-
they could still release a new IP, bethesda is a pretty big company lol...
-
my thinking is it's called 76, because after the vault opened its doors, it built a town around it, but never bothered to change the name due to it's patriotic number... so the main hub/town/region in the game is called 76 instead of something like new virginia... R2D2 Midget, aka broman, mentioned that it's possible this could take place in parts of the appalachian mountains because of the song being played...
-
FUCKING HYPED THRU THE ROOF!!! RDR2 who?? i know what i'll be playing more of this fall...
-
well, they're probably working on one from the ground up, but fallout 4 is already out there, so it's possible that after they dropped 4, they started working on this game because they already have engine and items in place... makes sense to be honest, it's a lot easier to make a new fallout at this point... spend more time perfecting TES6 ... i just hope they vastly improve the dialog system ... we need skill checks again, not just charisma ones...
-
nobody was! they keep their fallout franchise behind closed doors quite well... i don't buy into the talk of this being an announcement of a remaster, or something fallout shelter related... it's exactly the same way they announced fallout 4... plus that splash screen gives me new game vibes, otherwise they'd just use the fallout 3 one if it was a remaster... it might just be me, but i get new orleans/mardi gras vibes off it... could be that long awaited journey to the bayou... or it's an announcement of fallout online, which could also be something of interest around these forums...

man, i feel bad when i have 40 or 50... you guise tho ...

groovy time, gang ... but first, let me take a selfie... first initial group... kuz, dio, gtagrl, me... me and my environmentally friendly car... hang ten, bro! gtagrl, hung eleven apparently... woah this guy didn't even notice us lol... fire it up, dude! hitting the dusty trail... hard... majestic... the buds are starting to blossom... fighting over who gets the last plant... dio and nemo decided to make love, not war... while i went in for the goods ... that face tho ... nemo hit the dusty trail too... hard... then dio hit us all hard... 1 campfire... larger than life... just a bit of shenaniganery... i was hoping this looked like i was blowing big smoke clouds, but it looks more like i'm blowing giant farts lol... as i walk thru the chaos... i'll be fine... bmx's character was spot on lol... job action... taking out nemo... dio with the nice gun butt on kuz... but wait, what's that?! it was me ... a bit of racing... but wait, what's going on up there?! '' cheechbmx is having a good time, homes... a couple meh snaps from someone's job... kuz joined in and made it a bit more interesting lol... the blood on the glass is a nice touch... -------------------- fin.......
