often find me having a beer if anything, but i do enjoy the odd glass of whiskey (prefered) but when i'm out i'll have afew beers, mixed with the odd stronger stuff now and then, at some point i get drunk enough to not give a shit what i'm drinking aslong as it alcoholic

i know several people who smoke it and going by them i see now reason not to, unlike tobacco, but even then i have not done it myself. given the chace, yea i probably would try it but in the mean time i'm not fussed, nor do i know enough to make a call on it being legal or not. my point of view on any drug is fair nuff, i personaly wouldn't touch some of the stuff you can get, but i will sit by a watch people do it themselfs, after all, its not my life being analy raped in the background of it all

i'm just going to do afew missions then get in the blimp and crash it onto the tastest building in the game, then maybe re-enact the hindenburg disaster before exploring the map and finaly get into the missions for real until i get bored and piss about

i could understand the driver not being able to, but i failed to see why the passengers of the cars could only use the same weapons as the driver, as they don't hold onto anything lifing an rpg on the sunroof or from the helicopter if sitting at the back wouldn't be such a big deal.

in your mind maybe, personaly didn't mind the phone calls, it was only a swift press of a button to turn it off

ok so i've been posted already before finding this thread. names paul,gaming is my number 2 hobby, been following gta v updates since mid august, had it pre-ordered since january. startedlooking at many sites until this one started showing alittle reliability on its info so ended up joining the forum aswell.

i wouldn't consider this to be the case, the shear fact people know what alot of the songs and radio stations already is a reason to not update the site, given that showing the music section will do nothing to up the hype of the game due to it not being new information it makes sence to update it as planned.

it would make little sence to get only half of the site up, i expect it will be all, i expect the social club part of it wil remain closed until the 16th to avoid spoilers but i could be wrong, it depends what they are going to use it for, if its only online for the social club for what ever reason that area won't be added until the end of september or the first of october when gta online is activated. in my mind having it added on the 10th makes sence as its that last bit of info just a week before people get the game, and you learn about the housing and guns bits aswell as others, although i doubt much will be said interms of new info

i've played GTA 3, Vice City, San Andreas and IV. GTA 3 was someyhing new to me being my first 18/M rated game and i enjoed playing it but being fairly young at the time i could never enjoy the story or most of it mature content (spent most of it just driving around doing jumps) Vice City was awesome fun, i liked playing it but again it eventualy ended up being a piss around game of little interest. San Andreas remains my fav GTA game mostly because i enjoyed the amoiunt of stuff i could do and the story was interesting enough to keep me playing the missions. the exploring of the map was another thing i liked due to its size (something fallout 3 and new vegas offers which i enjoy finding the little things in) it was in some ways a life simulation having to eat now and then and going to the gym to keep that muscle on CJ or changing my mind and making him fat (always funny to see him run while fat) GTA IV, i did enjoy, its the only gta game i've actualy finished the story missions and the side missions, the graphics boost was very much welcome (i spent hours getting cars and rolling them over just to put some dents in the roof for the first time in gta), but many of the things i enjoyed from SA had been removed, gyms, car customisation, planes and so on which made it abit boring after awhile and i went back to just playing the game to crash afew cars and run after people over. so SA is my fav i guess although i don't play it anymore (going back to old game even good ones i can't seem to do as i'm abit of a graphics snob) but from what i'm seeing SA may remain a fav game of mine but V will top it maining from map size and graphics, assuming the words of rockstar and the looks of the screenshots are true to the game.

i just spent a few hours reading through this thread and thought why not, may as well add my own thoughts, mostly based on what I've seen and heard in trailers and various thoughts of other people. i think to begin with we will start off with Franklin, he is part of GSF doing the normal stuff, possibly joining mid mission doing something with his job and repo man possibly. its short lived after a few missions we learn he has bigger things in mind and through a corrupt fib agent learns about Micheal and his past before going into witness protection (may even recognize him from the street from a mission) which makes him search him out and ask for some help. after a bit of haggling Micheal reluctantly agrees and we start a few missions of basic robberies, small stores and jewelers for example, after some more time has passed trevor turns up, most likely running from the cops or disposing of a body, i'm not sure how it could work without knowing more info tbh. either way trevor finds out about micheal being in town after thing he was either dead or missing, we learn he and micheal have a history and blames him for a job that went wrong, after getting out of prison no respectable mobbster would take him on and his fall from grace has landed him in a trailer park in blaine county doing what ever he can, loosing most of his mind in the process. i expect there will be some time where thing iron out, friendships build and things go well until the FIB learn of micheals dealings/recent wrong doings and the witness protection deal ends, bringing all 3 into the firing line as multiple agency's join in to take them all down to end their crime spree. the penultimate missions would involve finding away out, possibly finding out about a bigger threat or just striking a new deal in return for ending one of the larger gangs on los santos. at the end of it all the 3 playable characters are cleared of the story line heist and wrong doings their friendship is set in stone (with a few cracks in it) and things carry on as the player chooses from then on. i have no idea how it will play out in the game itself but thats how i see it going, at least i do at this moment in time, unless i find info that makes me think otherwise.

No, if you died/failed the mission, when you restarted the mission "Trip Skip" took you to the point after the initial travel at the beginning. For example, there's a loooong drive in the mission "Photo Opportunity", if you fail the mission after you've picked up Cesar and driven out to the vantage point, Trip Skip will allow you to skip straight to the vantage point, NOT the beginning of the mission. Which video? i didn't see it on the "Map and Locations Detailed" video... Either way, Banana Pud is right, they're both from GTAforums. But also old & inaccurate. I don't know, ask the guy who said "CVGs new GTA V Minute Facts show a new map. Never before seen.", and then didn't elaborate. I was just trying to be helpful, but I ended up watching the wrong vid... i belive this is the video he was talking about:
