I don't like fast travel, not in GTA anyway. I'm happy with calling someone from Franklin's repo company to drop me off any vehicle i want though, and riding that to where ever i want to go...

The gfcc is where I first hung out and met a few of the vets here. I used to love modding the hex codes in GTA and WWF games. Then finally I saw Psy talking about making a SA fan site and I helped out with a bit of graphics and created one of the first fan maps which has now became a trending thing... Can't believe it's that long ago now...

I bought this game cheap just after Christmas in January and have only just got round to playing it. I must admit, it's better than i expected. Not amazing like GTA, but it has its own feel, and the (HK) city is a nice change of scenery i guess.

I almost played GTA IV last night. I had the urge to play it, but didn't. I wish i did now... Well, sweepstakes tonight, so i'll probably be on later after work.

Sorry i didn't make it clear enough, i meant by another Rockstar Studio, so R* North have little or no creative input in order to focus on the single player game, whilst R* San Diego for instance, created a mulitplayer game. The only reason i ask, is because i'm interested in the poll figures, to see if there is a divide between multiplayers' and single or not.

Yeah? I couldn't. As much as i love single player, and that's what i always look forward to every GTA release, the reality is, i end up playing Multiplayer more in the long run... /edit Based on GTA IV anyway. Even SA i played SAMP online more than i probably played SA in total, and i played SA single player a fuck load.

Now that i think about It, it all depends on how i was delt with. If it was death by electric chair, then i'd request an incredibly large container of beer and a tub of icecream so i would piss myself and puke during the ceremony, making it a messy job to clean up. Lethal injection, i'd ask for a shot of heroin for my meal, the concoction could be euphoric (could be, it's not like i'd have anything to lose, it's worth the gamble). If it was being beheaded, i'd request Massacre do it with a rusty axe, for the lols, and i'd request diet coke and mentos for my meal, so my neck foams up like some sort of sea cucumber. If it was death by hanging, i'd simply ask for a Viagra so i die stiff with a stiffy...

My wife has given these up now after a month, and is going full cold turkey because she said the eCigs took off the egde and helped her ween from strong, to light, to nothing... So there is benefits from using these things if you're serious about quitting, but don't have faith in yourself to quit instantly... Fingers crossed.

I doubt they'll take the same route as CJ, but there will always be reference to black people/poor/ghettos in LA because of the stereotype... R* did a great job of magnifying and poking at stereotypes in the GTA 3 era, but i'm sure they're going use a more original approach for GTA V. Sure Niko was slightly sterotypical, but that was then, this is now. -

Just a random thought about Multiplayer, but something that could possibly happen, not specifically with GTA only but other games in the near future. Would you prefer: R* North focused 100% on the single player game, release it separately, and let another studio develop an entirely independent GTA online which still had a large GTA map, but focused on personalisation of your avatar and co-op/competitive activities and a decent gameplay experience. Or leave how it is, as in add mulitplayer as a sort of afterthought, not to say GTA V multiplayer will be shit in any way, just that it's not the main focus. Or would you like them to try something completely different? Please Explain. I'm sort of on the fence here. Although i do like it how it is, i would love a full multiplayer experience which screamed "THIS IS GTA" with all the polished feeling of GTA, but with my own gangster avatar and a constant supply of updates and patches adding new content every month. I'd actually pay a monthly subscription to a GTA style MMO, but i'd still like the single player games every four or so years, because lets face it, that's where the magic is...
