  1. I couldn't agree more. I hope GTA V multipayer has more interesting open world gameplay in it. Whilst Deathmatches are still fun, competitive gameplay shouldn't be the main attraction for most multiplayer games. They need to re-invent the multiplayer category.
  2. I'm in the UK, but i keep up to date with the US using the interwebs
  3. Did you watch the season finale Mercy?
  4. So, anyone around here still watching Dexter? The end of Season 7 felt as claustrophobic as Breaking Bad in recent months, or Scarface towards the end. There's only so far you can go with these sorts of things, and Dexter is sadly coming to an end. So, will Dexter make it off into the sunset, and keep on killing with a different identity, or will he fall like all the greats? Discuss. One more year, and one more season. It will be missed!
  5. Fair enough. You didn't get the most out of it. I used my PSP for everything, music, movies, games. GTA and MGS being the highlight of the PSP era. The Vita is something else though. It's like an upgraded version of the PS3's tired PSN, with resonable gameplay and graphics. My point here is i'd probably have invested in a Vita just for an MGS (possibly Phantom Pain) game, if i didn't buy it for Uncharted and LBP anyway. But, i would prefer a full new Metal Gear Solid on console with a decent new MGO adaptation.
  6. Nice box art. i like the way they placed the text for some reason. It really works with the angled camera. http://www.psu.com/a...-modes-in-years
  7. Lol, it is big, there's no doubt, but it's almost indestructible. I still have the original PSP and it has never broke down on me. Apart from a few scratches, i can see it lasting for many more years. The Vita is even bigger, but the screen is most of the coverage, and i like that. Why not go all out if you're going to play games on the go? Uncharted was the most amazing thing to play whilst i got my trains and buses to Uni each day. So much better than the crappy phone games i had at the time. The Phantom Pain looks like a sort of Psycho/Screaming Mantis hallucination. Maybe this is where it all started in the MGS universe. Bio-warfare towards the end of the cold war. I still think this is a Metal Gear Solid game, from all the evidence brought from the trailer. And i also still believe this is Ground Zeros. Looks like Snake... Man in fire looks like, and is wearing the same outfit as Volgin. http://t5ak.roblox.c...7526721eda5a5c7 Volgin^ Myth. A Snatcher in joke that many have taken slightly too literally. But Dr. Madnar in MGS5! Who'd have thought it? Also the end isn't "He has come to" it's "V has come to", or "V has come too", as in MGS5 has come as well as Ground Zeroes http://mgsforums.com...48200&t=7604681
  8. I didn't realise we were doing 'favourites'. I only mentioned my most favourite. 5. Ezio Auditore 4. Nathan Drake 3. John Marston 2. Solid/Naked Snake (Both equally as good, pretty much the same anyway) 1. Tommy Vercetti. Pretty much the same as most people, but that's the order i would put them.
  9. Yeah it's true that Sony did lose a hell of a lot of exclusives. I don't understand how though, as usually an exclusive is contract binding. There will never be a universal console, those days are pretty much over. Sony had that in the PSone & PS2 era, as nothing could touch them. There will never be that sort of single platform leadership ever again i think. It'll always be divided. Apple are starting to take a major cut in the gaming pie, even if it's only social gaming. I just hope there will always be triple-A hardcore game titles around. Phantom Pain is rumored to be a Vita MGS title, but that's all it is, rumors. I guess there could be a chance of PS3 to Vita gameplay, like what they're doing with the Wii U, but that's all peripheral nonsense and will die out quicker than the Wii. I don't mind a Vita MGS at all, but i'm hoping they're focusing on the one MGS title atm, and make that damn good.
  10. *Jizzes for no reasons* That would make GTA V's map look dwarf. It would probably take 10 years to create, unless they double the development team and production budget (Which they probably could/would knowing R*'s passion for games) Could totally do it, Use GTA IV/V's map for Liberty City and Los Santos and then just re-create Vice City. 2/3's of the map development would be done Yeah, i would roll with that. As long as they did some re-texturing and improved lighting, so the world looks slightly different. New characters, music and themes... It's enough to hook me imo.
  11. This always happend to me on the PC version too. I guess they never fixed it. Uploaded a couple of images to iGTA. I forgot to adjust the settings to full though. Draw distance was still only 75% default or something. LENS FLAIR'D!
  12. Nope. MGS 4 was exclusive. MG:R is multiplatform, and there's nothing saying 'Ground Zeros' or any other future MGS is exclusive.
  13. Will do. I found this 'skin' on the net. It makes me want to make a decent James Earl Cash skin for GTA IV
  14. What exactly do you mean by rebranding? Name change, theme change? R* like to explore the gritty underworlds of crime, so they would never jeopardise that. I think they could get away with making a new Manhunt using the 'Snuff footage' theme, but the violent kills would probably not make the cut, again... This is all very inspiring, i'd love to do some 3D work based on Manhunt.

  16. True but thats also stereotyping- i used to think people who said they use pot for medical reasons were just liars trying to get a legal high, that is until i got in a car accident and started using medical reasons. 1st thing the docters did was try to shove pills down my throat. Almost any pill makes me violently sick. even an asprin. So pot is the only alternative with positive side effects. I also have gluacoma and it lowers the presssure. So from my experiences and others who are "legal" pot really is a "painkiller" because it stops the pain and pressure like nothing else can for me. I have a cannabis book from the 70's. Almost everything stated as a fact in that book is age old propaganda and misinformation or opinion. Pot being used as medicine was just being questioned. Amazing to think now 2 states are legal. Yeah but did you smoke weed before your accident? Many people that say it relieves their pain, smoked weed illegally before this "pain" in their life appeared. Nothing wrong with stereotyping, it just brings out the prime examples. It's all psychological imo.
  17. After GTA, i think a new Manhunt would be my game of choice to work on if i were R*. It's a small series, and it's a controversial subject. I think with the Rage engine, they could really bring the Manhunt series back with a bang. It would be interesting if they ever crossed over universes with GTA again, using Carcer City as their subject. Only problem is, would it ever make the cut? Manhunt 2 was banned in most places, because of violent kill cams, it was then released i believe...
  18. Manhunt comes to mind. Damn, sounds pretty shit. I bet Rockstar North will make this place interesting using the gritty nature of the location and the GTA Universe.
  19. I'll make this Quick: 5. Grand Theft Auto: Vice City 10th Anniversary Edition 4. Metal Gear Solid - HD Collection 3. Assassin's Creed 3 2 .Hitman: Absolution 1. Max Payne 3 Far Cry 3 Would probably be on this list, but I've not bought it yet.

My favourite car through-out the GTA series is:
  21. ...or to film snuff flicks. Will be interesting to see what kind of missions Trevor will get up to in a place like that.
  22. Hum... Disturbing Yeah, i didn't see a single person walking around in that video. It looks mostly derelict and reclusive. Weird trailer park in the middle of nowhere, it kind of looks like a nuclear experiment lol
  23. *Wants* Thanks for informing me Fitty. *Buys*... *Downloads*....... *Watches Title Sequence* *Jizzes* *Plays for 5 Minutes* *Jizzes Again* *Goes to Bed*
  24. Exactly. It's not a pain killer, it's more like a natural diazepam. I used to smoke weed for about 3 years, between the age of 15 and 18. And the only thing it did for me was make me hungry and mong me out. I gave up smoking it in order to focus on education, and i haven't looked back.
