  1. We all know there is only one city. But I expect at least three small country towns.
  2. I took loads of pictures on memory cards, but i have no way of recovering them now. I remember falling into the big foot fad, and trying to hunt for one, I took loads of pics of tree stubs and plantations that looked like they could be mistaken for a bigfoot.
  3. They're late. The Olympics started 4 days ago... Are you continuing the pun or didn't you read what he said? Hmmm... I'll let you work it out for your self

  5. Ah yeah that was a great take on the Russian underworld in England
  6. I agree, I love that movie. And that scene was intense. Two of the most amazing single camera takes, each from the same film. Bear in mind they all happen in one continuous tracking shot without cuts: If you've seen or read about the film, you will understand the gravity and importance of this scene: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yuZSmSBLWAg video embedding fail. You'll have to watch them on youtube.

    Saints Row

I finally got round to finishing off the last challenge on my list, which was the survival phone call triggered missions. I spent ages running around the map awaiting phone calls. This game was well worth platinuming imo. I really enjoyed getting to 100% and hope they bring something out at this standard with the next SR title. I always thought they tried too hard with sr1 & sr2, but the third hit the niche i think, it's not GTA and now they have mad something in the right style that GTA fans will love but wont treat it like a GTA game. They have finally made thier mark in the sandbox genre imo.
  8. Checking up on the Olympics, China is winning overall as usual. GB only have 3 medals on day 3, and none of them gold xD Jennifer Pinches - Gymnastics http://www.london2012.com/athlete/pinches-jennifer-1079275/index.html 18 years of age my arse...
  9. Algonquin is a big area. So i think blips should be left all visible. Unless we get a full game, then maybe...
  10. Fyi, most of those gymnists are 14-16... Even better. You can't have them all QD!

  12. I believe it works on Disc v1.0.7.0, Steam v1.0.7.0, and EFLC.

That would be the top secret area. Held a green yoshi, two fire flower pickups and two feathers. That's right. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ygMdkXztIU My wife bought a Wii about 3 years ago, and the only game I ever got for it was the Super Mario All Stars 25th Anniversary Edition. It's a shame it didn't include World, as it was easily the best...
  14. Did London 2012 opening event live up to Beijing's opening event? People keep comparing them, even though each event reflects the culture in which it is held...

  16. Good ol' Carlito and for the lols.... Oh and not forgetting this: There's too many epic moments that i remember!
  17. Yeah same, i'm not too bothered by any of the sport events tbh. Apart from maybe the female gymnastics and a tissue.
  18. Training day was pretty sick. That reminds me:
  19. http://www.metacafe....lad_it_was_him/# And I can't believe nobody has mentioned the most epic scene of all time! I know it might seem cliché to say it, but it's as powerful now as it was the first time I saw it!
  20. I liked the whole industrial revolution part of the event.

Dunno about you guys, but i was a megadrive/genisis kid. i had a snes, but was always on my megadrive games, as they always seemed more gritty and gory... I played Mortal Kombat more than street fighter and other mediocre mash-em-ups. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dF8gWIPz0WQ Alein 3 was badass for it's time. Such a tough game, but epic: Alien Storm was pretty awesome too as I recall. It was half way between Streets of Rage and Strider. This was a bit of a weird one, but a game i loved none-the-less:
