    Just been listening to all the GTA theme tunes and decided to make a poll to find out which theme tune is the best of all time! This was a pretty hard choice for me as they are so varied, and each one fits its own game so well. Putting favourite GTA game aside I thought about which one made me feel the best and I actually think my answer was the Vice City Stories theme tune... I think the reason was because all my memories of Vice City came flooding back when I first heard it, and that was so nostalgic. BTW, GTA 3 is my favourite so the nostalgia didn't have any influence towards favourite game. so fess up, what's your favourite GTA theme tune and give a brief description why if you can?

    After looking into music and theme tunes a bit, i found this: I could imagine this being a GTA Theme tune tbh... Well maybe the first 1/3 of it anyway. Michael Hunter is the same guy who made the GTA IV theme tune if anyone here didn't know that. He also did some music for GTA SA, including the theme tune too.     Taking of eddie low up top ^ I've got a feeling they'll bring back some of the random encounter peds from IV to GTA V. I don't see them removing random encounters that's for sure. Even RDR had them.

    To be honest. I've been secretly hoping it will be Vice City again. But I'm not gonna be upset if it turns out not to be... I'd be happy if GTA V was set Somalia. Just as long as the core GTA mechanics are there I'll still enjoy it!

    Indeedee do some nice Rockstar knock offs tbh. I've seen a few images from their work that could pass off as GTA concept/cover art.

    I didn't mind the comedy as a one off thing. But to be fair i'd prefer loads of music station and other content if i had the trade off.

    Native American gangsta' protagonist, trading wraps of weed for other strange hallucinogenics from his portable wigwam. More cash means more enhancements and bells to his hideout!

    I think if there is more than one protagonist then it'd have to be the whole of San Andreas. They'd most likely do something like IV where the protagonist cross paths at different stages. It would essentially play out like a film, where the characters are unravelled individually. I think they're striving for a film quality in GTA anyway seeing as most of their inspiration comes from film.

    As much as people think they would borrow models from other R* games. I really think they wouldn't. Not for a game of this magnitude. GTA games innovate. That is their main goal. Everything will be made unique for that game.

    Yeah i was hoping for at least a visual of the city in motion. Maybe not in time laps like IV as they've already done that, and i don't think that'd work in any other city. I'm not too bothered about knowing who the protagonist is just yet, i just want know where we'll be spending all of our time!

    I'd like to say March/April. But i have a feeling it's going to be a random summer release. They'll give us a new trailer every two-three months to add the hype. They still need to give Max Payne 3 some head-room for success. So I'm guessing May/June

    They did. But now GTA V has been announced, they got stuck again! On a serious note: Does anyone think this will be a really annoying teaser trailer which only shows a small bit of actual footage and loads of build-up in the form of text and logos? I don't think that's R* Games style tbh. They wouldn't have announced it a week before if it were that, would they?

    I'm expecting this first trailer to be as amazing as the San Andreas trailer was when we first saw it. That areal shot with the plane made my nuts retract back inside me!

    Nice logo I think once there is some screens for GTA V you could have the scroll bit roll out with images blending from it? If done well anyway. It looks fine as it is though tbh. Maybe with some images behind once they're out.
