Yeah i'd say they're all pretty good. But Dead Nation, inFamous and LBP stand out as better games imo.
-
That was pretty epic. I think i'm going to spend a lot of time roaming those lands. Mostly because it all looks so nice i think i could cope with walking around in it. Ahhh too many good games at E3. Head Impoad!!!

With greater tech advancements comes greater effort needed by the entire dev team. Greater effort requires more time and people to work on it. More power doesn't just aid the development, it creates new ways of doing things which may look much better but takes twice as long to produce. Sony Press Conference is about to start. /edit O_O OMFG UNCHARTED 3 opening was EPIC!

E3 - 2011 - 6th-9th June Every year, one of the biggest gaming events occurs. And this is the place for big companies to reveal new and possibly exciting news. This could be anything from a new triple a looking game title to an entirely new console. Lets hope we get something good this year Anyway, I thought I'd gather some pre-exhibition videos which will/should be in E3 this year, and i thought you guys could add to the thread as more news is revealed. And we can generally discuss it. This is the schedule for the next couple of days: Source: http://www.e3expo.com/ More will be posted when available. Here is a couple of teaser videos which I've found so far related to E3 and they do not disappoint! Tomb Raider: Pray 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j0SE1Os1vEg Saints Row: The Third Some Actual Gameplay/realtime graphics: Silent Hill: Downpour And this is just SO random it's funny. If you find limbless bodies flapping around killing snakes and demons with faces for butt's which chase young girls funny! xD Never Dead: Feel free to add to this. Hopefully we'll see some interesting things this year, maybe Max Payne if we're lucky! Live coverage available from both Gametrailers and Gamespot.

Looks pretty nice. The .tv works well. Possibly it could be darker in parts of the bevel. But I'm a bit of a perfectionist at times.
-
Assassins Guild sounds good , that'd be nice to see again. I'm interested in the different equipped weapon/magic combos that may be available to us!
-
I'm gonna have to get Rachet and Clank and that's not even a choice! :/ lol I managed to get a 30 day trial of Streets of rage! That shit's old school!
-
Well at least the hacker group grew some balls and made them selves known.
-
I finally managed to download the pass and all the dlc a couple of hours ago. Just started playing 'Slip of the Tongue' atm, pretty standard mission so far. They managed to drop the "GTA" word. lol
-
According to the Playstation twitter page, the welcome back package should go live shortly.
-
Well I just tried my free content redeem code and it failed. Dunno if it's to do with the crappy store errors at the moment or not. Either way I'm not too bothered as I'm getting the Rockstar pass anyway. But I was hoping to get the naked city a little earlier... as I'm not gonna even try to pay for and download the pass until the store is working correctly.

Has anyone been able to download any L.A. Noire dlc yet? I managed to download some free dlc which i can't seem to find in game yet (Chicago Piano weapon) . I did that through he main store. I can't even get past the "Retrieving Catalog Data" screen when trying to access it through the game. PSN is still having fits atm though, maybe i should wait...
-
I haven't checked here yet, but im guessing that's North America only for now... I'll update my post when i find out though... /edit Ok just been clicking away for ages. Seems like every 1 out of 5 clicks i manage to get around. The rest of the time it's the error. Fuck buying the L.A.Noire dlc when it's like this. Also, it would seem that my download history has been wiped in the store. And where the fuck is my free PSN plus subscription?!
-
The pass will cover all revealed DLC so far, including up coming new cases. If it's only $10/whatever in £, for a limited time, I think I may get it. Even though I already have the Naked City and the Badge Pursuit waiting for me, the rest of the content should still add up to more than $10 which makes the pass still worth a purchase... I'll wait until the PSN store is up before i make my final decision, but that does sound like a good deal.
-
Would adding some new (better quality) thermal paste to the heatsink help with that though QD?
-
^ Congrats. I'm on my last Trophy which is to get 5 stars on all cases. It's been a slow process though, I've only been doing like 2 cases each evening. I wanna play the new cases asap!
-
Well I'm going to quickly grab what i can just in case then.
-
Anyone know if the PSN store is up today? After completing L.A.Noire I really want to play this "Naked City" dlc! Sony did say they were aiming for an end of May reopening... but i guess that isn't set in stone so... /EDIT Sony released this last night; And suggests that the other regions will be restored by the end of the week! On "THE RED LIPSTICK MURDER" you missed the clue on the fridge at Celine Henry's home in your guide. It looks like you're cleaning up your guide though since the first few missions have the clues broken down but on this they're all in one list, but if i see any more mistakes/missing intel I'll let you know. On a lighter note, what is everyone else's favourite car/s? I know most of them look very much the same, but there is a couple I really like the look of, which reminded me of Mafia cars for some reason; 1. Cord 810 Softtop, 1936, 170bhp, 130mph. (Bonus 4/15) 2. Cord Hardtop, 1936, 115bhp, 92mph. (2-Door 9/25) 3. Willys Overland, 1939, 61bhp, 55mph. (4-Door 19/19)

Psy i think there is an error on your guide here: The second one was wrong when i followed it. I think the correct answer is doubt.
-
That would be a collision file fail. Collision files can be auto-generated if they had little time to make them. Sometimes the auto-generated collisions don't fit the mesh properly, in your case it created an invisible slope instead of a wall-barrier! lol
-
Nice One Psy. Best presented L.A.Noire guide/walkthrough website out there so far. Most websites have bits of information here and there. But yours is more unified. All you need now is a solid vehicle location guide and you're on to a winner!
-
That's pretty cool. Would've been good for location guides when the game first come out. Too bad it's many years too late!
-
That's true, I decided to do that on one case and some of the replies were pretty funny.

Yeah i started using that towards the end, with the last 10 or so cars. I managed to find the two cars i needed in the same game i just fast travelled to the hollywood police station and found the limo lurking around the upper area of hollywood, then i fast travelled back down to Wilshire and found the Plymouth almost right outside the police station! Now i think i'll have a crack at getting this platinum trophy.
