R* are being so careful not to show much at all in this trailer! Damn it! The stuff in St Denis looked awesome though!

Oh it's definitely not a match, compared to the other lizard shot, but it's the closest thing i've seen is what i meant. If i had the game on PS4 i'd be looking for that place non-stop. Then again, if it was in NA/NP it probably would have been found already.

Nice, we have a ring road around Valentine! Someone found an interesting quote in recently released EDGE Magazine. In their preview they got a chance to open the map, and although it was "fog of war'd" it states that the map is twice as tall as it is wide...

There was mention of pictures taken and written out text format which reveal the hidden (story) trophies in this link. I've just copied pasted it, i wont be looking at it personally. If you want to delete this post after viewing it, i'm fine with that. Enter at your own risk

I'm not looking i dont want to see anything story related. Like; *You completed "this" chapter/mission/quest"* *You saved "this" stranger* etc... I want that to be a surprise when i play it.

I just heard the Trophy List has been leaked/made public, hide yo' kids hide yo' wife! So i've heard that the story mission trophies are "Hidden Trophies". But there's apparently a text version with all the story spoilers in it. (I heard all this in a RDR2 discord channel) I'm not looking at it personally, but i have seen it's existence.

No harm in dreaming. I'd say a week before release we'll start seeing game guide book scans and that's when the map and floodgate of "how the game will end" spoilers will emerge along with other details i'd try to avoid too. That's if the pre-loaded game miners dont get their hands on some juicy data first.

Wait, are people really running with this RDR1 remaster thing? I can see the map being "remastered" with new RDR2 content, but for the old game to be remade in RDR2... that's a pipe-dream at best.

Not 100%. We have seen parts of New Austin, and Nuevo backgrounds. So maybe New Austin at least?

Ok so i posted my theory on GTAForums, Reddit and sparked some interest. And after thinking about the possibility of matching it to the RDR1 map, some guy called 'Salinoc' on GTAForums posted this: This is where it gets interesting. Ignore the dark lines, and only focus on the brown markings. They match up pretty well, if you don't include the dark lines. So what i can only suggest is that the person in-charge of making this "presentation map" obviously used two different map segments, to make things not look as obvious... If that is correct, which at this point i feel like it does match up really well, then the dark lines must be a different part of the map, possibly zoomed in closer. Maybe even the area i suggested originally.

I was sitting in bed this morning, and i decided to look at the exclusive physical map. Then i had an epiphany: What if R* were throwing us off by showing us something we couldn't possibly map to the leaked map. Then it hit me. As soon as i thought that, i started seeing New Austin and Nuevo Paraiso forming in front of my eyes! I jumped out of bed, turned on my PC and there is was, in front of me. R* have pretty much show us Austin and Nuevo for months, right under our noses, and nobody noticed! I aligned the physical map to the RDR1 compass, and the letters and numbers facing the correct way. And this is what i got: Decided to post a closer image for detail purposes. It resembles it a lot, and isn't 100% cookie cut, which is telling me that R* decided to rebuild the RDR map from the ground up and didn't just stick to the exact same placements. Which is good, i prefer that. I feel like i just found the hidden piece of the puzzle, but again, i could be wrong. But if they are UHD remastering the RDR1 territories, the scale of things will surely be slightly different. To me, this matched this map more than anything we've seen on the leaked map... That's my Theory, you decide.
