  1. Some of the vehicle models look drastically different in terms of mesh detail, I wouldn't be surprised if they made even more car parts available in the mod shop, concidering they had to go back and revisit them anyway.
  2. Last-gen console limitations I'd assume. Yes Red Dead had them, but There's a lot more going on in GTA V. I'm sure they will be online this gen, they've gone all out creating more animal species, it'd be a waste not to.

    I've had a Samsung Galaxy since S3 and I can tell you that I've never had any problems with proximity sensors.

  5. In retrospective, I really do think the first-person implant is as brave and innovative as the third-person 3D spectacle we adored, that is GTA 3. They've taken another step forward in making GTA an even more personal and immersive world. This is a big deal. I still love the third-person camera, especially when driving, but it is brilliant that they have managed to overhaul the game, and get the fidelity to a point where a first-person view actually works well. The next step is probably Project Morpheus, and that's one of the factors in the creation of this mode, i reckon. We'll see, but i do hope the VR headset finally kicks off this generation.

    Indeed it does. I also favour Samsung, and have an S5. I spend more time on my phone than I do anything else these days.

  9. Thanks Xtercomp, saves me a job later. So you really haven't even played GTA V yet, and still you're waiting it out until PC release? Damn you know how to wait lol. I would have died of boredom by now. I will end up getting the PC version too, GTA is the only game i've bought for multiple platforms, because it generally offers something new on each. Does anyone else think this could be the new character creator or something? Otherwise I have no idea how this is linked to GTAO...

  11. I just noticed his guy walking off the train... Does that happen in current versions? because there's no metro trains available in story or online, on ps3, from what I remember... Also, helmets are visible as well as glasses' tint in FP:
  12. Most games being released on current gen are still being co-developed for last gen at the moment, so you're still getting the games the PS4 is getting. 2015 is the year where i think they'll start to pull away from last gen, and the exclusives will start to roll out. /edit oOoo 5000th post.
  13. it looks nice but no-one in their right mind would buy a PS4 just to get an enhanced game of the one they already have (maybe people with more money than sense). I wanted a PS4 anyway, for the long run, lucky for me I bought one this year and hoped GTA V would be announced, all this other stuff is a bonus.

  18. This is probably one of the better comparison shots. Last-gen car interiors looked terrible, I can't unsee the new one!
  19. Yeah i was trying to make something for next week, inspired by one of bmx's creations. I wish you could keep sets for every match type. I think the issue was with the capture maps. I heard that all interiors are no longer usable in content creator. I hope all the interior DM's we made are still playable though.
  20. This game revamp must have taken a lot of resources. Reading the interview IGN released today, R* said they had to remodel every car with higher detail, and make interiors for them, they remodelled every weapon and added new sets of animations for every one... not to mention all the extra stuff the new version has. http://m.uk.ign.com/articles/2014/11/05/grand-theft-auto-5-leaping-the-generation-gap I kinda think they were probably too busy this year to create story dlc. Might be a long wait if that's on peoples minds.
  21. So i spent over an hour making a new content creation to realise that i can't even put spawn points stacked on props anymore... why did they remove something as harmless as that?!

  24. I believe they are going to add first person as an option in the content creator, so if you want everyone to use it, it will make it fair. First person aside, i still can't wait so replay the game with all the graphical improvements. And I also heard that they have revamped the character creator. I hope that means fuck parents and grandparents, and welcome, facial sliders... That would give me the incentive to start a fresh.
