I find your explaination a little thin, Marney. I hope the admins can say more. -

First the page wouldn't load, then it popped this message. I only got the message once so I figure it's something random. -
Have a happy holiday. Don't forget to report all your sins in your status updates.

Another nice video, Dup! Now after a browser update I can watch the video you linked to at vimeo.com. But it's the same video you had embedded in a post lol, "AI Insurgence". The graphics are very nice, but I like the music even better! The sound effects from the robots are okay, but I think the sound from fired guns should be a bit harder? Triple +.

The embedded videos posted here are working now, after I enabled iframes. They used to play without iframes but something seems to have changed recently. The robot looks really nice, but I don't think the design looks realistic. But realism is perhaps not important. The video at vimeo.com is still not working for me, I enabled everything but it's just a big black rectangle not loading anything. Maybe a browser issue since it works for you.

I have to install it on my pc? The file I mentioned was perhaps a program install file. I'm a bit hesitant installing things, and since you don't need more space now I think I'll skip it. The video you linked isn't starting, it's just a black box. But it's probably awesome stuff (as usual) so I'll try again later.

Music videos
Post-traumatic amnesia replied to Post-traumatic amnesia's topic in Graphics, Media & Entertainment
Go ahead and recommend your favorites, the whole point with this thread is to share what you like... I thought it was obvious what I meant when I set "Recommend music videos" as the subtitle, but maybe I could do a slight change to it. -
I signed up there a couple hours ago, you should have more space now. Have you got enough? A file "Dropbox 1.1.31.exe" wanted to download/run on my computer... I don't know what it wants to do, but no thanks. It's strange that right after I had denied that exe file, my router started to blink red and I lost my internet.

Number of discs/Size of GTA 5

Yeah so we may have a cartridge come-back but an ultra slim/tiny version! The only thing you'll have to worry about is losing them. I find it hard enough to keep DS games in their boxes! A comeback for the cartridge! But I have a solution to your problem with losing them. At the same time, make a comeback for the pager! Equip the cartridge with a pager that you can call up. -
your an idiot. and the stupid conspiracy theories you come up with dont make any sense. like you. good day sir(or ma'am is it . marny sounds like a girl) Marney is well established here and a licensed idiot, but you are not licensed so stop acting like one. Welcome to the forum.

I agree on that, I need physical copies as well. I don't buy digital content at all, I need that pretty cover art and nice glossy manuals etc. It also feels so much safer and more valuable than a digital copy that you have to boot up in order to check if you still got it. I have some shelves with game covers and I like to look at it sometimes. I don't have to start up the computer or console in order to do that. The day I become a cyborg and have digital storage devices in my head, then maybe I'll buy digital copies. I would be able to see the content at any time just by thinking of it. -

A portable wristwatch! It looks very old, early 80s? Here's another watch, it even has a printer: -

25... Haha. One of my games is on 11 or 12 disks, I think it maybe was Monkey Island 2. It's funny to hear new generation gamers think of disk swapping as a problem. But to be honest it is a pain to swap disks often, it's just that we've not been so used to it after discs (optical) replaced disks. I have no idea but I just guess GTA5 will be on more than one disc. -

OMG it's David Braben! I instantly recognized the name but it took me a few moments to remember where I had heard that name before, and that was about 17-18 years ago. Braben wrote Elite and Frontier: Elite II. Very skilled programmer, he managed to fit Elite II onto just one single 880 kByte 3 1/2" diskette! It's unbelievable how small and cheap computers can be, wristwatches are smaller but they can't browse the web and handle office applications (yet). The next step could perhaps be to make it wireless and build the pc in a mouse... Good story. -
The limit is set to five media files per post, so I'll only post Metallica now. Creeping Death (Seattle 1989): Enter Sandman, normal live version: Whiskey In The Jar: Turn The Page: Hero of the Day: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vyahHSVgWOs Post your favorites.

I have been thinking that thought... You mean that day Marney lost the internet connection?

Bin Laden released some video and audio messages over the last 10 years, most of them after 2001. It was maybe not proved 100% to be authentic, but it was in the least proved to be very likely to be authentic. If it is very likely that we saw and heard the real Laden, what makes you believe that he died in 01? Do you choose to believe the least likely theory? There's a link in the OP which reports his death in 2001. I'm looking into that link now. The story origins from Pakistan Observer, is that someone you trust? And the story was retold in Fox, a source you normally don't trust. But you choose to trust Fox when it fits your conspiricy paranoia? I've never heard about the Pakistan Observer before, and I don't trust them when they tell the story of 'some mountain guy'. This is hearsay spread by media. You call that proof?!

What the fuck? This reeks if true. I think I want to have a blackout myself...

Touché, I admit that's a surprisingly good analogism from you. But you missed something: Obama don't rule the US on his own. I don't think he lied when he said he wanted to close down Guantanamo. And he have already brought troops home from Iraq? Maybe not as fast as he originally said but it's happening. I don't call that a lie. I may be a sucker but when Obama say something, I take it seriously as if he really means it.

Look, a used pinata! Seriously speaking, the head wound is too big to look credible, unless that is the exit wound. But it's not likely that they shot him in the back of his head... AFAIK thy use small calibre weapons, no bigger than 9mm. That looks more like a hammer wound...

Is it being moved to the Asylum? Damn almost everything ends up in Asylum. We need the mods to define where the line is and enforce the rules instead of letting things derail to the point where Asylum is unavoidable.
