    Another publisher probably isn't going to push back their own game for someone else's. Just because Rockstar is awesome doesn't mean other companies bow down to them.

    I kind of disliked the skill level system because it forces experienced players to have crappy abilities near the begiining of the game. Although we all need to get used to a new game, it gets a little annoying later when you start a new game and cars/guns handle differently because you "have no skill". I don't care for RPG elements anyway.

    That was the Take-Two CEO talking in general about any of the games. They didn't point to any specific title and Zelnick would say the same thing about any console or device because they want to go where the money is. edit: Actually, the way the original article is written, Zelnick doesn't appear to be talking about only Rockstar either: This is how info gets misconstrued. It starts with a simple interview, another website posts some excerpts in a way that kind of changes the original meaning, and then n00bs pounce on it without looking at the source and mess it up further.

    Yes. Been bullshit for a while. There's another similar one with a van. They are both fake and I'm still pretty sure those videos have been around since before IV.

    I want the ability to rappel down a building if you get stuck on a ledge with no other way down. Alternative to the parachute or something.

    I was so rusty since I'm used to RDR (IV feels so slow). Although there was one close confrontation with Vicey where I kept moving around because I was hitting the wrong buttons and ended up getting him.

    I don't think this issue has been brought up yet, but the US just had daylight savings. So the US/UK are 4 hours apart right now unless the UK just did it too but I don't think that's the case from past years...

    Well there isn't much to it aside from slowly navigating the waters. I think if people online had a battleship-type match it would be fun but there's only so much you can do with it. Related to the tugboat, a fireboat would be nice. A little faster and with at least one water stream to knock people over with. THAT would be a fun boat to have battleship matches with.
