    They said it is nonsense since they didn't specifically leave that point out. The only time they address children directly (in these Q&A's) was in Part 1 where they talked about Darkel: "None of these missions involved blowing up buses of school children although that is a funny rumor! " I think there is an interview with Dan or Sam where they talk about kids never being in GTA or something to that effect.

    And "considering" doesn't mean anything. I'm sure top people at Rockstar said good things about it and that it could have possibilities outside of L.A. Noire. I think it takes up too much time and disc space to be practical with GTA. No real use for it either.

    So basically regenerating health. There was an interview with Jeronimo Barrera (I believe with him) a month or two ago about Max Payne 3 saying the problem with regenerating health is people sit behind cover too much instead of getting through the mission.

    Prices always go up. Pachter (believe what he says if you will) stated he thinks the game is already $80 million into development.
