    32 player for consoles and 64 for PC? Doubtful. PC same release as consoles? Possible but they have yet to do it. A complete remake of SA? Unlikely. Rockstar is more unique than that. Another protagonist dying? I think they've killed enough in my opinion. 9 radios stations??? That's it? Bullshit. The national guard is part of the military (note the fact they use the same things). derp. Everything about this screams fantasies.

    Sped up computer voice? When will you ever be comfortable just talking normally so we can understand you? o_O And I think this style of just a pic with a recording is better/easier than animating the whole thing. Plus this is more of an Asylum thing considering the content.

    Definitely location revealed. I'm sticking to my theory that they'll "trick" us at first. Like show a still frame of "Vice City" and/or the beach but zoom out and it's just a postcard or something on a dirty sidewalk. Then we find out where it actually is. I'm on the fence about whether the main character will be revealed. I think they'll show someone who talks but not actually see their face. (but if it's Packie then we'll know his voice anyway ) I think we'll just get "2012" for a release date. No month or season.

    Found it. Just her, though. The DC part must have been added by the artist too. It's embedded into a flash gallery too so all that would explain not finding it easily in google.
