    They'll do a major update to the website/SC tomorrow since Aussies and Ruskies will have the game legitimately. Almost 11 AM in Eastern Australia so 13 hours officially to midnight which is 10 AM Eastern US/3 PM UK. A couple hours sooner if you count the very eastern portion of Russia.

    I don't think anyone ever said that. Even virtual hospitals need to charge an arm and a leg to reattach your arm and leg.

    On top of the server things, the forums will also be upgraded tonight or very very soon. I think Psy stopped upgrading well over a year ago. There's a potential things could get a little messed up between the forums and the front pages but we'll see.

    When server guy can verify the issue and rectify it, the site will be resubmitted to Google.

    *bump* I think everyone knows the lag we've been experiencing recently. In preparation for Tuesday, we have been moved to a faster server. A few other upgrades are in the works to make sure we're still afloat Tuesday morning too. Hopefully this actually lasts more than a year unlike the ^previous move^....

    The problem is that if Google (or whichever browser) checks this site and sees an ad from a blacklisted site, it blacklists us too even though users probably won't catch anything (redirect aside). I know the redirect thing has come up before. This time Google saw the ad. As for the lag, it seems to happen when this site gets over 1000 viewers. When this malware thing gets resolved I'll be inquiring about the lag. This new server was supposed to resolve our crashing issues from last time.

    On the upside this probably helped reduce traffic a little bit. Right now it appears to be an ad causing the issue. Still fleshing out details. Has anyone had an issue being redirected to url4short.info? And if so, was it when you tried to log in or random times? @QD I think one of the other bigger GTA sites had a similar issue not too long ago. So it's not just us.

    I don't think they'll do that. Many people like to change it up once in a while (or weekly...). If someone wants to go through the character creator system over and over again I would say "have fun with that".
