  1. We'll keep the main video/preview discussion in here since there should be plenty to talk about. If it becomes an issue we can merge.
  2. Franklin's house (or place of residence) is on a curve not a cul-de-sac. If you actually watch the other scenes from that block you can see that. ... and also the lower white house icon on my map (center of the image).
  3. That long-winded list can be simplified to: Michael did not start the game living in a mansion, but a Hotel, the Hotel Von Crastenburg. (Because he is in the FIB protection program.) For the first time in the series there is Bus routes. In the game there will be a social network where you can see video and etc Franklin has no family, money
  4. Not if he is using his local internet instead of the phone network. derp. Plus, I can see the IPs people post with and guess what? They were the same. derp. derp. derp.
  5. When I changed the password I basically logged you out of everything. Good to know it is fixed. ... and /accounts merged
  6. If it was an IP ban, he wouldn't be able to post at all. derp. I'll take a look. I don't see it being something on our end aside from forgetting your password (which I can set to whatever).
  7. There is no De Silva part of the brother theory. Trevor was never [actually] connected to Michael. It was more 2405/july 13/whatever else idiots making shit up. And after a little more research, apparently CVG's interview with Imran Sarwar confirmed that the tattoo is not about protag Michael and possibly related to motorcycle clubs.
  8. It's been discussed somewhere and on many other websites. It fueled the brother theory but when it comes to religion and "Michael", we have Saint Michael who happens to be the guardian of many things including the military. So it makes sense for Trevor to have a cross with Michael on it. "In late medieval Christianity, Michael, together with Saint George, became the patron saint of chivalry and is now also considered the patron saint of police officers, paramedics, and the military."
  9. There's at least 3 in NYC and the hotel in LA. I guess I'll be taking a nice walk the next couple of days to check them out myself. Luckily the NYC ones are somewhat near each other. edit: added pics to OP
  10. I wouldn't doubt that hands-on previews are being given. That'll keep Rockstar busy.
  11. You defnitely need thick skin for this place. Welcome to you and the rest of the newbies.
  12. You changed one little thing. That shouldn't even count as fan art.
  13. I used to see the commercials on TV but figured with a non-.com url it was just another crappy strategy game. Obviously they've made advancements since a couple years ago.
  14. This isn't Saints Row. . I heard there is a store within a mall or something that you can get ancient weapons like axes and swords from, could be wrong though. Been a long time since I have been logged on. That was some BS "leak" posted on crap sites.
  15. Lack of a locomotive doesn't mean it isn't a train. And since this discussion keeps straying from GTA V's rating, /locked.
  16. The info image says "melee hammer". The only reference I can find to the M32 being named "Hammer" is Uncharted.
  17. IMDB has user-submitted information. I wouldn't trust it until we have the booklet with credits in our hands.
  18. So we just need to hear from BBFC and PEGI then.
  19. If you didn't have ADD, you would have seen the rest of the comment about it being "hot of the press" for UK customers. Which probably won't happen since - nevermind. the ADD already kicked in and you're not reading this anymore. Also, I was referring to the data being put on the disc, thus making it the game disc and not just a disc. I'm sure the disc itself is probably made in Mexico as mentioned if not somewhere outside the US.
  20. After combing through warehouse areas on Bing Maps for an hour, I have found the mill seen during the Securicar heist: California Milling Corp / Cereal Food Processors Inc., Central-Alameda, Los Angeles Kind of hard to see from streetview on Google but it's definitely the influence. There's even Alameda St. running along the farside which has freight train tracks. That also fits with the building's location in GTA V and the map:
