    I really, really could do without a mainstream radio station. But the essentials for me are: 80's/90's Hip-Hop, G-Funk/West Coast and Lazlow. My favourite radio station of all time in GTA was Radio Los Santos, it just brings back SO many memories. I think there should be one station from classic west-coast, and one for general 80's/90's rap.

    Or it's possible we haven't even seen the protagonist yet, maybe these characters are just there as red herrings and for GTA fanatics to over-analyse.

    Now with 4 years of feedback of GTA IV, Rockstar should have a huge list of improvements and implement them into GTA V. They will also have a much easier time making the game, since they have a lot more experience with the RAGE engine than back in 07/08, with GTA IV,RDR and all. But there will always be things people want, no matter how much the game advances. GTA IV was a great game, but it was just missing those little things that make up that fantastic experience.

    PS2: 2000-2006 PS3:2006-??? Xbox:2001-2005 Xbox360:2005-??? The lifespan of newer consoles are definitely expanding, So I highly doubt the next Xbox will be launched next year. I predict the next generation of consoles will be released sometime 2013-2015, by then the current generation should be at the end of their lifespan.

    Yeah, just because III > IV was a huge transformation doesn't mean SA > V will be. III was TINY, San Andreas was huge, although the cities were actually quite tiny. Rockstar could easily incorporate Grove Street, under another name or not. Or even Ganton. If not, an easter egg would be great. It was indeed very similar to LA, but only much smaller. If it was just bigger, it would be almost an exact replica of a fictional LA.

    Fake, but pretty damn good. What makes me believe it's fake is all the distortion and such. And the fact that it seems tiny, or maybe that's because of the vast amount of water on either side, which is very unusual! And it's very vertical, I would've thought it would be at least a little more horizontal. But that Island looks awesome.

    They weren't bad, but the thing that makes everyone think the graphics must be amazing is the facial scanning technology.

    My dislikes: -Very, very, VERY little character customization -No car customization -Pointless to save cars as they were all easily obtainable -Friends constantly calling you -Few minigames -Wanted system, as you said sometimes the cops find you from miles away. They are also generally stupid. -Car sounds weren't so great, with such advanced technology and quite a majority of game time in cars I thought it would've been better. -No stealth moves, like slitting throats in San Andreas -Generic, boring cheats (Only really fun one was super punch in TBOGT) That's all the major stuff, theres some more minor stuff that doesn't really matter.

    Yeah but R* San Diego didn't make GTA IV did they? Correct me if I'm mistaken. It's usually Rockstar North since they were the original creators of GTA.

    If it is released in 2012, there is a 99% chance it will be in the second half of the year, due to Max Payne 3 releasing in March. I predict an October release maybe the 2nd 9th or the 16th, following the Tuesday release pattern.October is just like San Andreas and GTA IV's original release date (Before GTA IV got pushed back) Quick answer: I predict it will be released on: 10/2/12 (2/10/12 for Europeans)

    Like there aren't enough first person games. 3rd person is much better for GTA, if it was first person it would be like CoD in an open city. But since FPS games are so popular these days, I can't blame you for only wanting that... Actually I can, shame on you.

    I sincerely hope Ned Luke isn't the protagonist, in my opinion he's way to old for the action-packed GTA. He would definitely suit a "boss" character, but not a protag. And as Psy said, he's not South/Latin American.

    Guys, my friend Mike Hawk who works at Rockstar just leaked this photo of the protag about to jack a car, check it out. Looks pretty legit to me, and it's hinting car customization as the bobcat says "GTA" on it. Can't wait to actually play the game!

    I hope it's PS3 exclusive, I want to see all the Xbox fanboys cry.But then I also want it on PC... But knowing Microsoft, they will probably pay another $75,000,000 for it to be on Xbox.

    Even though the game is set on the west-coast, I doubt it will be "westside" themed like San Andreas was, I mean just listen to the music in the trailer... It would be great if they had a 70's, 80's 90's, modern station for each of the basic genres like rock and hip-hop. I would also like to see some old pop, funk, soul, reggae and jazz.
