i want to be able to go under water like in SAN ANDREAS. and hope they improve the water graphics like when u drive a boat that foam from tha water needs to b more real and the waves need to act more like the real thing when passing other boats u get a light chop i want to b able to start riots!!! have police team up with shields and tear gas like the ones we be having across the nation
