How do I change my settings so that other players can get in my vehicle with me for missions?

I used a big box truck to pin him against a building to take it. Spent two full in-game days chasing the fucker.

I resolved my problem with a five dollar Cat5e Ethernet cable. Since my xbox and my router are literally inches apart. Now that hasn't done anything about the Rockstar cloud issue, but at least my Xbox live connection is reliable now.

Is it just me or does the whole Xbox Live and Rockstar cloud thing pretty much suck donkey balls? Can't sign int Livand whe I do manage t I get tat he cloud is don and save is unavailable. So what's the point if it won't save progress? And every time I try GTAO, it tells me I'm not signed in. Even though when I power up the console it tells me I' signed in t XBox Live. This is seriously pissing me off. Now my keyboard is fucking up.

I've had issues with cars and planes. Plane disappeared from the airport that Trevor uses for gun running. I've also had issues with the private hangar at LSX. I steal a plane, fly it around, land it, and taxi to the hangar. When I get there the only plane there is the last one I parked there. Don't tell me I paid 1.6M for a hangar that holds one fucking airplane.

Ok, then how do you deal with sharks? I equipped my pistol and until I dive it fires from the boat. But once I dive then all the character does is point at the shark. As you can imagine, not very effective.

Currently searching for sub parts. Pretty straightforward. But, is there a way to anchor the dinghy? I mean, what kind of dickhead goes diving from a boat he can't anchor in place?

Where do you find the banker that gives you the stock tip?
